この内筒1は、内筒1の外面1bと外筒2の内面2aとの間に複数本設けた支持腕5を介して、外筒2内に架承する。この架承により、前記通路3が形成される。そして、この内筒1は、金属製の一方筒部100(筒部:筒体)と、金属製の他方筒部101と、この一方筒部100、及び他方筒部101を繋ぐ、金属製の吸音材(制振材)でなる吸音筒部102とで構成される。尚、この吸音筒部102は、内筒1の一部か、必要により全部でも可能である。この一部等の場合には、より消音と、防振等に有効と考えられる。この吸音筒部102は、メッシュの間にアルミ繊維を挿入し、プレス成型した構造であり、多数の気孔を備え、吸音性と、通気性、防振性等を備える。尚、その他として、アルミ粒子をプレス成型した構造で、かつ多数の気孔を備え構成も採用可能と考えられる。また、この内筒1に設けた複数本の支持腕6で、その内部にモータ7を架承する。このモータ7の出力軸700(回転軸)にはファン8が、回転可能に設けられている。この内筒1内には、ビニール膜10aとスプリング10bで構成する蛇腹構造のダクト10が収容される。このダクト10のダクト吸込口1000(の外周部)は、内筒1の内面1aに、密着して設けるとともに、モータ7の尻側7aに、連結具を介して固止される。この一例の連結具は、このビニール膜のダクト吸込口1000には環状の帯体1001を被覆し、この帯体1001の内側には、椀状で、かつ複数本のバネ板材でなる取付腕1002を設けた構成とし、この取付腕1002の中心孔1002aを、モータ7の尻7a側に設けた螺軸701に遊嵌するとともに、この螺軸701に螺着した止め具702で固定される。この固定により、ダクト10がモータ7に取付けられるとともに、ダクト吸込口1000を、内筒1の内面1aに、密着して設けられる。このように、ダクト10は、モータ7と内筒1に、簡易に取付け、又は取外される。尚、吸音筒部102は、ダクト10のダクト吸込側10cに相当する箇所(モータ7の一部を含む)を囲繞する構造が望ましい。その理由は、経済性と、強度の確保、並びに軽量化等を達成するためである。   The inner cylinder 1 is mounted in the outer cylinder 2 via a plurality of support arms 5 provided between the outer surface 1 b of the inner cylinder 1 and the inner surface 2 a of the outer cylinder 2.
