Description
The present invention relates to a displacement detector and an elongation measuring device used when a material test such as a tensile test or a compression test is performed on a test piece , and a material testing machine including them .
Material cost tester, for example, tables and, an upper crosshead which is connected via the post to this table, the ram cylinder synchronously with raising and lowering the table and the upper crosshead, liftable bottom along the column A cross head, a pair of screw rods for raising and lowering the lower cross head, and a force detection sensor for detecting a test force applied between the table or the upper cross head and the lower cross head are provided.
When performing a tensile test in this material testing machine, the upper end of the ram cylinder is gripped by the upper gripping tool disposed on the upper crosshead and the lower gripping tool disposed on the lower crosshead. The upper crosshead is raised with respect to the lower crosshead by driving. On the other hand, when a compression test is performed in this material testing machine, the table is raised with respect to the lower crosshead by driving the ram cylinder in a state where a test piece is disposed between the lower crosshead and the table.
Such a material testing machine is provided with a ram stroke detecting device for detecting a stroke amount of the ram cylinder in order to perform a constant speed control test in which the ram cylinder is stroked at a constant speed. As this type of ram stroke detection device, a wire having one end fixed to a table and the other end fixed to a holding member that moves up and down with the table, a buffer elastic body interposed at a connection point of the holding member, and a wire There is known one that includes a pulley that is wound around and rotates as the wire moves, and a rotary encoder that detects the rotation of the pulley (see Patent Document 1). The buffering elastic body is for preventing loosening of the wire and applying a predetermined tension to the wire. The ram stroke detection device having such a configuration is also called a so-called wire displacement detector.
As a wire type displacement detector, an elongation measuring device for a material testing machine for performing a tensile test described in
In such a wire type displacement detector, the wire moves by raising and lowering a load member such as a table or a cross head. Then, the rotation of the pulley accompanying the movement of the wire is transmitted to the rotary encoder, and the number of pulses corresponding to the amount of rotation is output to the control circuit or the like. Then, the moving amount of the table, that is, the stroke amount of the cylinder, the moving amount of the crosshead, that is, the elongation amount (displacement amount) of the test piece can be known. The amount of movement of the load member per one rotation of the pulley is a value obtained by multiplying the sum of the diameter of the pulley and the diameter of the wire by the circumference ratio. Therefore, the movement amount of the load member per one rotation of the rotary encoder can be obtained in advance by calculation.
However, the pulley diameter and circumferential length include processing errors, and the wire diameter varies depending on the elongation rate of the wire itself. For this reason, the number of pulses per predetermined movement amount of the wire varies depending on individual displacement detectors, and the actual movement amount of the load member per one rotation of the rotary encoder is slightly different from the calculated value. Thus, the stroke accuracy of the ram cylinder per one rotation of the rotary encoder and the displacement detection accuracy of the test piece are affected. On the other hand, in order to keep the stroke accuracy and displacement detection accuracy within the specified values, multiple wires with different diameters are prepared, and appropriate measures such as replacing the wire with a wire that can ensure the target accuracy are made. There is a problem that it takes a lot of time to repaint. Further, although it is conceivable to make the processing accuracy of the pulley more precise, there is a problem that the apparatus becomes expensive.
Furthermore, it is technically very difficult to accurately arrange the rotation center of the pulley at the rotation center of the rotary encoder. For this reason, there is a slight deviation between the rotation center of the pulley and the rotation center of the rotary encoder. Such an error in the amount of wire movement that is less than one rotation of the rotary encoder due to the eccentricity between the pulley and the rotary shaft of the rotary encoder also affects the stroke accuracy and displacement detection accuracy.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a displacement detector and an elongation measuring device capable of reducing an error in the amount of movement of a load member , and a material testing machine including them.

When the
When the output timing signal (750 Hz) is generated at the timing when neither the UP pulse nor the DOWN pulse is input when the value of the
In this example, as a result of the comparison by the
In addition, after adding “-denominator” or + “denominator” to the value of the accumulator 72 (steps S 7 and S 9), an output timing signal is generated faster than the input of the next UP pulse or DOWN pulse. When the stored accumulator value is smaller than the denominator or larger than the − denominator (steps S6 and S8), the next “-denominator” or + “denominator” is not added to the
When the
As described above, when the
When the setting of the
In the above example, the case where the setting of the

In the material testing machine according to the present invention, by interposing the pulse
In addition, since the pulse

As shown in FIG. 9, this embodiment includes a
First, creation of a calibration value table stored in the
First, the signal output from the
A graph showing the relationship between the displacement detected by the calibrator and the phase of the
When the material test is started and the displacement of the table 21 is measured by the
The signal output from the
Although the
When the address value is generated by the
In the pulse
Thus, in this embodiment, the error of the movement amount of the
In this embodiment, the
FIG. 13 is a diagram showing an outline from detection of the movement amount of the table 21 to display on the
In this embodiment, the value of the electronic gear numerator corrected according to the phase of the
In this embodiment, in order to obtain the correction value of the electronic gear molecule by the
A graph showing the relationship between the displacement detected by the calibrator and the phase of the
As shown in FIG. 14, the difference in displacement amount for one rotation of the
In the second embodiment described above, the function f (θ) that determines the value of the electronic gear numerator is tabulated and stored in the
When the material test is started and the displacement of the table 21 is measured by the
The signal output from the
The
The
The
Assuming that 2000 is set as a fixed value for the electronic gear numerator and 2005 (correction value) is given to the electronic gear numerator, the pulse
