Description

The present invention relates to a disposable diaper.

A disposable diaper having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings, a front part and a rear part which are separated from each other in the longitudinal direction when the diaper is deployed, and an elastic sheet joined to the front part and the rear part A disposable diaper is known in which the side edge regions of the front part and the rear part are joined to each other by a tape fastener (see Patent Document 1). If it does in this way, since an elastic sheet contacts a wearer, a diaper can track a wearer's movement easily and can suppress a gap fall of a diaper.

However, in the above-mentioned diaper, since the tape fastener is located away from the elastic sheet, the elastic sheet portion adjacent to the front portion and the elastic sheet portion adjacent to the rear portion are not joined to each other. As a result, the leg opening is greatly expanded by the movement of the wearer, and the elastic sheet may be detached from the wearer. Therefore, there is a possibility that the lowering of the diaper can not be sufficiently suppressed. Further, since the elastic sheet portion adjacent to the front portion and the elastic sheet portion adjacent to the rear portion are not joined to each other, the elastic sheet portion may be separated from the front portion and the rear portion.

According to the present invention, a pants-type disposable diaper having one waistline opening and a pair of leghole openings, comprising a front part, a rear part, and a crotch part, wherein the front part and the rear part are when the diaper is deployed. 1, 2 and 3 show a first embodiment according to the present invention. In FIG. 2, L indicates the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1, and T indicates the transverse direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the pant-type disposable diaper 1 includes a front portion 4F, a rear portion 4B and a crotch portion 4C. The front part 4F and the rear part 4B are located on the wearer's ventral side and back side, respectively, when worn.

The front part 4F and the rear part 4B each have a rectangular shape and are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction L when deployed. Each of the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B is provided with a plurality of elastic members 5F and 5B extending substantially parallel to each other in the transverse direction T. In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B each include two liquid-impermeable sheets stacked on each other, and the elastic members 5F and 5B are arranged in an extended state between these sheets. It is fixed to these sheets. The elastic members 5F and 5B are not provided in the lower edge regions 4FB and 4BB of the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B.

The crotch portion 4C also has a rectangular shape, extends in the longitudinal direction L, and is joined to the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B at the intermediate position in the transverse direction. In this case, the longitudinal peripheral regions 4CF and 4CB of the crotch portion 4C are joined to the lower edge regions 4FB and 4BB of the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B, respectively. As a result, the crotch portion 4C is located on the wearer's crotch when worn.

The crotch portion 4C includes, for example, a liquid-permeable top sheet positioned on the skin side of the wearer, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body held between the top sheet and the back sheet. Prepare. The absorbent includes an absorbent core comprising, for example, fiber assemblies and superabsorbent polymer particles. The fiber assembly is composed of, for example, one or both of pulverized pulp and thermoplastic synthetic fiber. In addition, a wrap sheet that wraps the absorbent core may be provided, or the wrap sheet may be omitted.

The diaper 1 further includes a pair of generally leg-shaped leg seat portions 6L and 6R, that is, a left leg seat portion 6L located on the left side of the crotch portion 4C in FIGS. 1 and 2, and a right side of the crotch portion 4C. And a right leg periphery seat portion 6R. The leg-hole sheet portions 6L and 6R have stretchability or stretchability, and preferably have stretchability.

The elongation of the leg periphery sheet portions 6L and 6R is higher than the elongation of the sheets constituting the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B, preferably 140% or more, and more preferably 180% or more. Here, the elongation of the sheet material is obtained as follows. That is, a line segment of 50 mm is drawn on a sheet material in a natural state, and then the sheet material is pulled and stretched, and the length B (mm) of the line segment when fully stretched is measured. Next, the elongation is calculated using the following equation.

伸度=B/50x100(%)       Elongation = B / 50x100 (%)

Further, the leg periphery sheet portions 6L and 6R have at least one of liquid impermeability, water repellency, and air permeability.

The leg periphery sheet | seat part can be comprised from an extensible sheet | seat or an elastic sheet. As the extensible sheet, for example, a thermoplastic resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene can be used. Or it can also comprise from the composite sheet which bonded the non-extensible nonwoven fabric partially cut | disconnected or weakened to the thermoplastic resin film. On the other hand, as a stretchable sheet, for example, a non-stretchable nonwoven fabric partially cut or embrittled into a nonwoven fabric composed of stretchable fibers obtained by melting a thermoplastic elastomer resin such as urethane or styrene, or a nonwoven fabric composed of stretchable fibers. It can also comprise a composite sheet that is bonded together.

Each of the front side portion 4F and the rear side portion 4B can be made of a non-stretchable or stretchable nonwoven fabric sheet, a plastic sheet, or the like. Specifically, for example, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a pointbonded nonwoven fabric, an SMS (spunbond / meltblown / spunband) nonwoven fabric, a liquid-impervious plastic film having a basis weight in a range of about 10 to 40 g / m 2 , and the like Laminate or the like can be used. As the stretchable sheet, for example, a nonwoven fabric made of stretchable fibers obtained by melting a thermoplastic elastomer resin such as urethane or styrene can be used.

The longitudinal peripheral edge regions 6LF and 6LB of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L are joined to the lower edge region 4FB of the front portion 4F and the lower edge region 4BB of the rear portion 4B, respectively, on the left side of the crotch portion 4C. Further, the inner side edge region 6LI of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L is joined to the left side edge region 4CL of the crotch portion 4C. As a result, the left leg periphery seat portion 6L is disposed in the gap 7L between the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B on the left side of the crotch portion 4C.

Similarly, the longitudinal peripheral regions 6RF and 6RB of the right leg-around seat portion 6R are joined to the lower edge region 4FB of the front portion 4F and the lower edge region 4BB of the rear portion 4B, respectively, on the right side of the crotch portion 4C. . Further, the inner side edge region 6RI of the right leg periphery seat portion 6R is joined to the right side edge region 4CR of the crotch portion 4C. As a result, the right leg periphery seat portion 6R is disposed in the gap 7R between the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B on the right side of the crotch portion 4C.

Here, the front side portion 4F, the rear side portion 4B, the crotch portion 4C, the left leg periphery seat portion 6L, and the right leg periphery seat portion 6R are joined to each other by, for example, hot melt adhesive A (FIG. 3).

In this case, the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R are joined to the front portion 4F, the rear portion 4B, and the crotch portion 4C, respectively, in a non-extended state or a low-extended state. That is, the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R are joined to the front side portion 4F, the rear side portion 4B, and the crotch portion 4C in a state in which the leg-around seat portions 6L and 6R are extended by 1.0 to 1.5 times, respectively. In this case, the extending direction may be the longitudinal direction or the transverse direction.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 2, the diaper 1 has recesses 1DL and 1DR that are directed inward from both side edges 1LE and 1RE, respectively, when deployed. In the first embodiment according to the present invention, the left leg periphery seat portion 6L has a notch 6LC inward from the outer side edge 6LOE, and the right leg periphery seat portion 6R is inward from the outer side edge 6ROE. The recesses 1DL and 1DR described above are defined by these notches 6LC and 6RC. In the first embodiment according to the present invention, the notches 6LC and 6RC each have a semi-elliptical shape having a long axis extending in the transverse direction T.

In addition, the outer side edge region 6LOF of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L adjacent to the front start end 6LCF of the recess 1DL or the notch 6LC and the left adjacent to the rear start end 6LCB of the recess 1DR or notch 6LC. The outer side edge region 6LOB of the leg portion seat portion 6L is joined to each other. Further, the left side edge region 4FL of the front side portion 4F and the left side edge region 4BL of the rear side portion 4B are joined to each other.

Similarly, the outer side edge region 6ROF of the right leg periphery seat portion 6R adjacent to the front start end 6RCF of the notch 6RC and the right leg periphery seat portion 6R adjacent to the rear start end 6RCB of the notch 6RC. The outer side edge region 6ROB is joined to each other. Further, the right side edge region 4FR of the front side portion 4F and the right side edge region 4BR of the rear side portion 4B are joined to each other.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the left leg periphery opening 1LL is defined by the left leg periphery seat portion 6L, and the right leg periphery opening 1LR is defined by the right leg periphery seat portion 6R. Further, one waistline opening 1W is defined by the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B.

Here, the outer side edge regions 6LOF and 6LOB of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L, the outer side edge regions 6ROF and 6ROB of the right leg periphery seat portion 6R, the left side edge of the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B The regions 4FL and 4BL and the right side edge regions 4FR and 4BR are respectively joined by, for example, a sonic seal, and are thus joined in a non-rejoinable manner. As a result, the diaper 1 has a pants shape.

Of the leg-surrounding seat portions 6L and 6R, regions not joined to the front portion 4F, the rear portion 4B, and the crotch portion 4C can be extended relatively freely. When such regions are referred to as expandable regions 6LEX and 6REX, the leg-surrounding sheet portions 6L and 6R include the expandable regions 6LEX and 6REX, respectively.

The edge of the notch 6LC of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L is separated from the joining region between the left leg periphery seat portion 6L and the front portion 4F, the rear portion 4B, and the crotch portion 4C. Accordingly, the left leg opening 1LL is surrounded by the extensible area 6LEX of the left leg seat portion 6L.

Similarly, the edge of the notch 6RC of the right leg periphery seat portion 6R is separated from the joining region between the right leg periphery seat portion 6R and the front portion 4F, the rear portion 4B, and the crotch portion 4C. Accordingly, the right leg-hole opening 1LR is surrounded by the extensible region 6REX of the right leg-hole seat portion 6R.

Further, wrinkles are not formed in the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R around the leg-hole openings 1LL and 1LR. That is, the wrinkle height of the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R around the leg-hole openings 1LL and 1LR is 0.5 mm or less.

The height of the wrinkles is measured using a dial thickness gauge manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho. In this case, a measurement terminal having a diameter of 10 mm is used, and a load of 2.8 gf / cm 2 is applied to the leg periphery sheet portions 6L and 6R to be measured. The height of the wrinkles of the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R around the leg-hole openings 1LL and 1LR is measured every 10 mm. The average value of these measured values is calculated as the height of the wrinkles of the leg seat portions 6L and 6R.

In the first embodiment according to the present invention, the notches 6LC and 6RC or the recesses 1DL and 1DR are formed so that the circumference or inner diameter of the leg opening 1LL or 1LR is smaller than the circumference or outer diameter of the wearer's leg. Has been.

At the time of wearing, the wearer's legs are passed through the leg openings 1LL and 1LR, and the diaper 1 is pulled up. In this case, the extensible areas 6LEX and 6REX of the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R extend according to the shape of the wearer's leg. Accordingly, the leg seat portions 6L and 6R are in close contact with the wearer.

In addition, since the left leg periphery seat portion 6L and the right leg periphery seat portion 6R form a ring shape, the leg periphery seat portions 6L and 6R can be kept in close contact over the entire circumference of the wearer's leg. As a result, the leakage from the pair of leg openings 1LL and 1LR can be reliably suppressed. Moreover, it can also suppress that the leg periphery sheet | seat parts 6L and 6R isolate | separate from the front side part 4F and the rear side part 4B.

On the other hand, as described above, the elongation of the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R is higher than the elongation of the sheets constituting the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B. In other words, the front side portion 4F and the rear side portion 4B are less likely to extend than the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R. Accordingly, excessive extension of the leg seat portions 6L and 6R is suppressed.

Here, the longitudinal length LLO (FIG. 1) of the outer side edge regions 6LOF and 6LOB of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L and the longitudinal direction of the outer side edge regions 6ROF and 6ROB of the right leg periphery seat portion 6R. Each of the lengths LRO (FIG. 1) is preferably 5 mm or more.

The leg periphery sheet portions 6L and 6R preferably have extensibility or stretchability in at least two directions, for example, two directions orthogonal to each other, and preferably have stretchability or stretchability in the longitudinal direction L and the transverse direction T, for example. The leg seats 6L and 6R may be extendable or stretchable in only one direction. If the notches 6LC and 6RC have a semi-elliptical shape extending in the transverse direction, the leg seats may be changed. The portions 6L and 6R preferably have stretchability or stretchability in the transverse direction T.

Further, as described above, no wrinkles are provided in the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R. Further, the leg periphery seat portions 6L and 6R are joined to the front side portion 4F, the rear side portion 4B, and the crotch portion 4C in a non-extended state or a low-extended state. As a result, the leg-hole sheet portions 6L and 6R come into contact with the wearer in the form of surface contact rather than line contact, so that the adhesion of the leg-hole sheet portions 6L and 6R to the wearer is improved.

Thus, the leakage from the leg-hole openings 1LL and 1LR is suppressed. As a result, when the leg-surrounding seat portions 6L and 6R are liquid permeable, the space formed between the wearer's body and the diaper 1 functions as a storage space for temporarily storing urine. To do. Therefore, even if a large amount of urine is excreted by one urination, the leakage can be reliably suppressed. The urine in the storage space is gradually absorbed by the absorber.

Moreover, in the first embodiment according to the present invention, for example, there is no leakage preventing member that rises along both side edges of the absorber 4CA. As a result, the volume of the storage space increases. Therefore, the leakage can be further reliably suppressed.

Further, in the first embodiment according to the present invention, the joining region of the leg periphery sheet portions 6L and 6R is formed substantially along the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. Specifically, the vertical peripheral edge regions 6LF and 6LB of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L are substantially along the transverse direction T to the lower edge region 4FB of the front portion 4F and the lower edge region 4BB of the rear portion 4B, respectively. The inner side edge region 6LI of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L is joined to the left side edge region 4CL of the crotch portion 4C substantially along the longitudinal direction L. Similarly, the vertical peripheral edge regions 6RF and 6RB of the right leg periphery seat portion 6R are joined to the lower edge region 4FB of the front portion 4F and the lower edge region 4BB of the rear portion 4B substantially along the transverse direction T, respectively. The inward side edge region 6RI of the right leg periphery seat portion 6R is joined to the right side edge region 4CR of the crotch portion 4C substantially along the longitudinal direction L. If it does in this way, the longitudinal direction length and transverse direction length of the diaper 1 in an unfolded state can be reduced significantly, and therefore the amount of materials necessary for manufacturing the diaper 1 can be greatly reduced. This will be described with reference to FIG.

A conventional disposable diaper 10 shown in FIG. 4 is arranged in the exterior body 11, the interior body 12, a notch 13 formed in the exterior body 11 to form a leg opening, and the leg body opening along the leg opening. The elastic member 14 is provided. In this diaper 10, the outer package 11 around the leg opening is contracted by the elastic member 14 and pressed against the wearer's leg. At the time of manufacturing the diaper, the elastic member 14 is supplied onto the outer package web that is conveyed in the conveyance direction MD while being vibrated in a sine curve. For this reason, the elastic member 14 is comprised from the elastic member 14a and the elastic member 14b.

However, when the elastic member 14 is supplied in this way, it is difficult to change the curvature of the locus of the elastic member 14 abruptly. Therefore, the elastic member 14 has a relatively large amplitude along a relatively gentle curve. It will be supplied with it. For this reason, the exterior body 11 which receives the elastic member 14 must be large.

On the other hand, in the first embodiment according to the present invention, such an elastic member is not required. And the joining area | region of the leg periphery sheet | seat parts 6L and 6R is formed along the vertical direction and a cross direction substantially. As a result, the dimension of the diaper 1 can be significantly reduced.

By destroying the joint between the outer side edge regions 6LOF and 6LOB of the left leg periphery seat portion 6L or the joint between the outer side edge regions 6ROF and 6ROB of the right leg periphery seat portion 6R, The size of the leg opening 1LL, 1LR can also be adjusted. In this case, the bonding strength of the above-described bonding portion is preferably 6 N / 25 mm to 40 N / 25 mm, and more preferably 8 N / 25 mm to 30 N / 25 mm. This is because the size of the leg openings 1LL and 1LR can be adjusted by breaking the joint, and unintentional breakage of the joint when using the diaper 1 can be prevented.

5A and 5B show another embodiment of the notches 6LC and 6RC. Each of the notches 6LC and 6RC has a semi-elliptical shape having a long axis extending in the vertical direction in the example shown in FIG. In the example shown in FIG. 5B, the notches 6LC and 6RC are each formed of a slit.

As shown in FIG. 6 (A) and FIG. 6 (B), the cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC may be formed in the leg periphery sheet portions 6L and 6R instead of the cutouts 6LC and 6RC. In the example shown in FIG. 6A, each of the cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC has a semi-elliptical shape having a long axis extending in the transverse direction. In the example shown in FIG. 6B, each of the cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC is formed of a slit. The cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC can be elongated in the vertical direction.

In the example shown in FIG. 5A, it is preferable that the leg periphery sheet portions 6L and 6R have stretchability or stretchability at least in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, in the example shown in FIGS. 5B, 6A, and 6B, it is preferable that the film has stretchability or stretchability at least in the transverse direction.

When the cutouts 6LC and 6RC or the cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC are elongated in the transverse direction as shown in FIGS. 2, 5B, 6A, and 6B, the leg openings 1LL and 1LR are opened. Can be located on the wearer's thigh. In this case, it is possible to cover the wearer's body over a wide range with the diaper 1 while suppressing the movement of the wearer.

On the other hand, when the notches 6LC and 6RC are elongated in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 5A, the leg opening 1LL and 1LR can be positioned at the groin portion of the wearer. In this case, the wearer's appearance can be simplified.

In any case, since the leg hole openings 1LL and 1LR are formed smaller than the wearer's leg, the leg sheet portions 6L and 6R can be in close contact with the wearer's leg when worn.

Next, the dimensions of the cutouts 6LC and 6RC or the cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC will be described with reference to FIG. In the first embodiment according to the present invention, the longitudinal length LND of the notches 6LC and 6RC is not more than one third of the longitudinal length LN1 of the diaper 1 (LND ≦ (1/3) LN1), and The notches 6LC and 6RC are formed such that the transverse length WDD of the notches 6LC and 6RC is equal to or less than one third of the transverse length WD1 of the diaper 1 (WDD ≦ (1/3) WD1).

If it does in this way, the size of leg opening 1LL and 1LR can be made small, fully covering a wearer's body with diaper 1. Therefore, the leg periphery sheet | seat parts 6L and 6R can be firmly stuck to a wearer's leg.

This has been confirmed by experiments. That is, LND ≦ (1/3) LN1 and WDD ≦ (1/3) WD1 for a plurality of diapers having different longitudinal lengths LN1 and transverse lengths WD1 such as children's diapers and adult diapers. Diapers and diapers with LND> (1/3) LN1 or WDD> (1/3) WD1 were prepared. When the occurrence frequency of leakage was confirmed for these diapers, a low occurrence frequency of leakage was obtained for diapers in which LND ≦ (1/3) LN1 and WDD ≦ (1/3) WD1. On the other hand, a high frequency of occurrence of leakage was obtained in diapers where LND> (1/3) LN1 or WDD> (1/3) WD1.

The dimensions can be similarly set for the cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC.

8, 9 and 10 show a second embodiment according to the present invention. Referring to FIGS. 8, 9 and 10, in the second embodiment, a single leg-hole seat 6 is provided. The leg periphery seat 6 has substantially the same transverse length as the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B.

The leg periphery seat 6 includes a left leg periphery seat portion 6L disposed in a gap 7L between the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B on one side of the crotch portion 4C, and a front portion 4F on the other side of the crotch portion 4C. And a right leg leg seat portion 6R disposed in a gap 7R between the rear portion 4B and the rear portion 4B. These leg-around seat portions 6L and 6R are joined to the front portion 4F, the rear portion 4B, and the crotch portion 4C, respectively, as in the first embodiment.

In other words, in the second embodiment according to the present invention, the leg periphery seat portions 6L and 6R are formed of a single member. On the other hand, in the above-described first embodiment, the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R are composed of different members.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 9, the leg-hole seat portions 6L and 6R have cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC, respectively. In the second embodiment according to the present invention, each of the cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC has a semi-elliptical shape having a long axis extending in the transverse direction. It should be noted that cutouts 6LCC and 6RCC that are elongated in the vertical direction may be formed in the leg periphery sheet portions 6L and 6R, or notches 6LC and 6RC may be formed.

Other configurations and operations of the second embodiment according to the present invention are the same as those of the first embodiment.

11 and 12 show a case where one example of the crotch portion 4C is applied to the first embodiment according to the present invention. This example can also be applied to the second embodiment according to the present invention.

In the example shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the crotch portion 4C includes a top sheet 4CTS, a back sheet 4CBS, and an absorber 4CA. The absorber 4CA is covered with a top sheet 4CTS and a cover sheet 4CC that are bonded to each other, and the cover sheet 4CC is bonded to the back sheet 4CBS. In this case, the width of the back sheet 4CBS is larger than the width of the absorber 4CA, and therefore the back sheet 4CBS extends from the absorber 4CA to both sides in the transverse direction T. The leg-surrounding sheet portions 6L and 6R are joined to the back sheet 4CBS at these extended portions. In FIGS. 11 and 12, A indicates a hot melt adhesive. In FIGS. 11 and 12, A indicates a hot melt adhesive.

In the embodiment described so far, the crotch portion 4C does not overlap the elastic members 5F and 5B of the front portion 4F and the rear portion 4B. However, the crotch portion 4C may be extended in the longitudinal direction L or the elastic members 5F and 5B may be arranged so that the crotch portion 4C overlaps at least a part of the elastic members 5F and 5B. In this case, the crotch portion 4C may overlap only one of the elastic members 5F and 5B, or may overlap both.

Moreover, in the Example described so far, notch 6LC, 6RC or notch 6LCC, 6RCC is formed in the leg periphery sheet | seat parts 6L, 6R.
