Claims (7)
- 天然ガスストリームを液化するプロセスであって、
(a)上流冷媒との間接型熱交換を介して上流冷却サイクルの少なくとも1つの上流熱交換器内の前記天然ガスストリームを冷却し、それにより、主としてメタンを含む冷却された天然ガスストリームを生成するステップと、
(b)前記冷却された天然ガスストリームを還流式重質成分除去カラム内に導入するステップと、
(c)前記還流式重質成分除去カラムを用いて前記冷却された天然ガスストリームから重炭化水素成分を取り除き、それにより、重質成分が減少させられた天然ガスストリームと重質成分リッチなストリームとを生成するステップと、
(d)メタン冷却サイクル内でメタン主体の冷媒との間接型熱交換を介して前記重質成分が減少させられた天然ガスストリームを冷却するステップと、
(e)上方コアインケトル式熱交換器内で前記上流冷媒との間接型熱交換を介して前記メタン主体の冷媒の一部を冷却し、それにより、冷却されたメタン主体のストリームを提供するステップであって、前記上方コアインケトル式熱交換器は、前記少なくとも1つの上流熱交換器と並行して作動するステップと、
(f)前記冷却されるメタン主体の冷媒ストリームの少なくとも一部を前記還流式重質成分除去カラム内で還流ストリームとして採用するステップと、
(g)下方コアインケトル式熱交換器内で前記上流冷媒との間接型熱交換を介して前記メタン主体の冷媒の少なくとも一部を冷却するステップとを含み、
前記上方及び下方コアインケトル式熱交換器は、前記上方コアインケトル式熱交換器が前記下方コアインケトル式熱交換器の上に配置された状態の積層構成において位置付けられ、エコノマイザが前記上方及び下方コアインケトル式熱交換器に隣接して或いは前記上方及び下方コアインケトル式熱交換器の間に概ね配置され、前記エコノマイザは、前記下方コアインケトル式熱交換器から排出される前記上流冷媒の第1のガス相部分と前記上方コアインケトル式熱交換器から排出される前記上流冷媒の第2の液相部分との間の間接型熱交換を行い、前記メタン主体の冷媒は、前記下方コアインケトル式熱交換器の前に前記上方コアインケトル式熱交換器に送られ、前記上方コアインケトル式熱交換器を出るや否や、前記メタン主体の冷媒は、次に前記下方コアインケトル式熱交換器に送られる、
プロセス。 - 前記上流冷媒は、主に、エタン、エチレン、プロパン、プロピレン、又は二酸化炭素を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記上流冷媒は、主にエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、
(h)前記上流冷却サイクルの上流側で、プロパン主体の冷媒との間接型熱交換を介して前記天然ガスストリームを冷却するステップを含む、
プロセス。 - 前記天然ガスストリームは、前記メタン主体の冷媒の主要源である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 当該プロセスは、カスケード型の天然ガスストリーム液化方法である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、
(i)前記ステップ(a)乃至(f)を介して製造される液化天然ガスを蒸発させるステップを含む、
プロセス。
