Description
Claims (10)
- 流動層反応器の反応室(20)を形成する底部(12)、屋根部(16)及び前記底部と前記屋根部との間を垂直に延びる複数の側壁(14)を備える流動層反応器(10)であって、前記反応室の少なくとも1つの側壁(30.1)が前記反応室(20)内に少なくとも1つの垂直な窪み(34)を形成し、前記側壁及び前記少なくとも1つの窪みが、水管壁から形成されており、前記窪みが、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の面から前記反応室に向かって突出する前記少なくとも1つの側壁の一部で形成されることによって、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の面から前記反応室に向かって延びており、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の一部が、互いから少なくとも1mの距離にある垂線において前記少なくとも1つの側壁の前記面から偏倚した、少なくとも2つの垂直な窪んだ壁部を備えることを特徴とする、流動層反応器。
- 前記反応室の2つの対向する側壁(30.2、30.4)が、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の前記面から前記反応室に向かって延びる、少なくとも1つの垂直な窪みを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記反応室の前記2つの対向する側壁(30.2、30.4)が、前記反応室の2つの他の対向する側壁(30.1、30.3)より水平方向に長いことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記流動層反応器が、支持構造(40)によって少なくとも部分的に支持され、その支持構造が、少なくとも部分的に前記流動層反応器の下にある土台(44)によって支持される垂直な柱(42)を備え、前記柱(42)が、少なくとも部分的に前記垂直な窪み(34)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも2つの垂直な窪んだ壁部が、前記垂線の間の前記距離の少なくとも2倍の距離にわたって、前記反応室に向かって延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも2つの垂直な窪んだ壁部の前記反応室側の端部が、終端部(30.23)によって互いに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記窪みが、含酸素反応ガスを前記底部の上の前記反応室に導入するための手段、及び/又は燃料を前記反応室に導入するための手段、及び/又は前記反応室内で発生する反応に関連する量を測定するための少なくとも1つのセンサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも2つの垂直な窪んだ壁部が、平らであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の流動層反応器。
- 前記少なくとも2つの垂直な窪んだ壁部が、前記少なくとも1つの側壁の面の法線から偏倚したある角度にあり、それにより、窪んだ壁部が、前記反応室に向かって延びて三角形又はくさび状の窪みを形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の流動層反応器。
- 互いに面する2つの窪みが、前記反応室の2つの対向する側壁上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は9に記載の流動層反応器。
