Description
生体組織もしくは人体の状態の情報を検知もしくは検出する生体組織もしくは人体状態検知器を含む細胞もしくは生体組織励起端末もしくは機器と、遠隔医療システムもしくは励起端末と遠隔医療システムの間におかれるシステムなどの外部と細胞励起端末とのコミュニケーションのためのコミュニケーション装置もしくは回路と、
各EM波発生装置が駆動電子機器を介してプロセッサーもしくはCPUに接続され、該プロセッサーもしくはCPUは人体状態検知器により検知されたシグナルに従い、検知された状態もしくは対象に対応して生体電磁波を照射もしくは送るように適用もしくは構成されている生体電磁波発生装置を制御する一以上の生体電磁波形成器と、
電圧および/または電流などの電源を機器に供給するために使われる電源装置と、
コンピューターもしくはサーバーとを含み、該コンピューターもしくはサーバーは、有線もしくは無線のネットワークを介して細胞もしくは組織励起端末もしくは機器と接続されており、細胞もしくは組織励起端末から送られてきた人体状態検知情報を受信および処理し、指示もしくは別の情報の送信し、それにより、検知された状態もしくは被験者に対応したした生体電磁波を送るようにプロセッサーもしくはCPUが生体電磁波発生装置を制御もしくは操作に関与する。
外部サーバーに接続する公知の種々の無線コミュニケーション手段とプロトコルを使用してもよく、例えば、種々の携帯電話信号およびプロトコル、WiFi、WiMax、ブルートゥース、他の適切な無線信号手段およびプロトコルなどがあるがこれらに限定されるわけではなく、また当該技術分野において将来的に開発されていることが分かっているものも含む。
さらに、携帯式細胞もしくは組織励起端末もしくは機器5は、断続的に、外部データベースおよび/またはコンピューターもしくはサーバーと、接続しもしくは組み合わされて上述の診断および治療を提供する。携帯式細胞もしくは組織励起端末もしくは機器5は、想定する製造および販売価格において選択され、有利には機器5の価格は低く、サーバーと一緒になっているシステム構成が使われる。また、サーバーを構成する際、クラウド仕様のサーバーを採用して、追加の処理および/またはデータ保管および回収へのアクセスを提供する。

‐tは、所定時間のポイントを示し、
‐(t1−t)は、パルスの持続時間もしくはその時間であり、
‐Imaxは、回路内の最大直流電流(DC)である。

τは、ドライバー回路内のインダクタ要素で作られる時定数とイコールであり;
tは、時間における所定の点を示し;
(t1−t)は、パルスの時間もしくはオンタイムであり;
Imaxは、ドライバー回路を流れることができる最大DC電流である。

のあたりのK11もしくは湧泉における経穴)は、この用途に限られるわけではない。携帯式励起端末機器は、手の平に保持されるようになっている(労宮の経穴付近)。心拍数もしくは他の情報のディスプレイも表示される。ディスプレイは、異なる状態情報を巡るようにプログラムされてもよく、もしくは使用者が見て回るようにする入力、もしくは作動もしくは状態を決定するために見てまわるようにされていてもよい。ハウジングの形は、EM波エミッタ領域を最適なポイントもしくは治療の場所の中心にくるようにされている。さらに、心拍数、皮膚保潤度、脈、体温、室温、もしくは他の検知された状態もしくは情報を計測するための一以上のセンサーが、有利には、ハウジングの適切な場所にあり、それにより意図する検知された情報が得られるようにする。
追加の詳細
(a)データを受信および転送する携帯電話アプリケーション、および(b)携帯式励起端末もしくは機器がモバイルユニットであり携帯電話がサーバーに発信するようにするビルトイン情報を有している。

Claims (8)
- 携帯式手持ち可能で治療効果の動的最適化のための細胞もしくは組織励起端末であって、前記励起端末は、
中央処理ユニット(CPU)と、
前記CPUに接続され、人体状態情報を検知するのに使われる人体状態検知装置と、
一以上の電磁(EM)波形成器と、
前記励起端末内で機器を作動させる電力を供給するのに使われる電源装置と、を有し、
各前記EM波形成器は、前記CPUに接続され、前記CPUは、前記人体状態情報検知装置により検知されたシグナルに従って前記EM波形成器を制御し、前記EM波形成器に検知された状態もしくは対象に対応するEM波を送るように構成され、
EM場(EMF)は、パルスEMF(PEMF)であり、
前記EM波の波形は、以下の式で表されることを特徴とする細胞もしくは組織励起端末。
この式において、
a)300μ秒 < τ <0.02秒で、
b)5ミリ秒 < t1 <0.1ミリ秒で、
‐τは、波形形成器の形成の時定数であり、
‐tは、所定時間のポイントを示し、
‐(t 1 −t)は、パルスの持続時間もしくはその時間であり、
‐I max は、前記回路内の最大直流電流(DC)である。 - 前記請求項1に記載の励起端末であって、前記励起端末は、前記励起端末内の利用可能な電源が作業を続けるのに十分でない時に、電源を補充するようにシグナルを発生および送信して注意を喚起する電源モニタリング装置をさらに有する励起端末。
- 前記請求項1に記載の励起端末であって、前記EM波形成器は、波形多重変換器を有し、前記多重変換器は、必要な複数の前記EM波を処理および出力するためのコンピューター、サーバー、情報機器、スマートフォン、もしくは他の外部ソースに保存された利用可能な複数のEMシグナルもしくはEM波形シグナル特性もしくはシグナル特徴から対応するEM波を選択するのに利用可能で、前記複数のEM波は同じでもあっても異なっていてもよい励起端末。
- 前記請求項1に記載の励起端末であって、前記人体状態検知器は、心拍検知器を有する励起端末。
- 前記請求項1に記載の励起端末であって、前記人体状態検知器は、血圧検知器を有する励起端末。
- 前記請求項1に記載の励起端末であって、前記人体状態検知器は、動作センサーを有する励起端末。
- 前記請求項1に記載の励起端末であって、前記EM波形成器は、駆動回路を有し、前記駆動回路は、波形形状形成器から波形シグナルを受信し、インダクタ回路を駆動して対応するEM波を形成するようになっている励起端末。
- 前記請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の励起端末であって、前記励起端末は、前記CPUからデジタルシグナルを受信し、アナログシグナルを出力して波形形状形成器に送るデジタル‐アナログ(D/A)変換器を有する励起端末。
