Description

第1の態様による熱センサであって、その支持体が固定手段によって受容領域にしっかりと保持され、したがって支持体の第2の表面が、加熱器によって受容領域を通して放出される熱に曝される、熱センサと
を備えるアセンブリに関する。
第2の態様によるアセンブリと、
とりわけ加熱器及び熱センサに結合された制御手段であって、熱センサから得られる温度測値に従って加熱器を制御するように構成された、制御手段と
を備える、加熱システムに関している。
Claims (10)
- 飲料調製装置内の液体回路を経て流通する液体を加熱するように構成された加熱器であって、受容領域を有する加熱器と、
熱センサ(10)と、
を備え、
前記熱センサ(10)が、
コネクタ(14a、14b)と、
電気結合回路(16a、16b)と、
検知要素(12)と
を備え、
前記検知要素が、該検知要素の温度に応じて変化する少なくとも1つの測定可能な電気量を有し、
前記検知要素が、前記電気量を前記コネクタのレベルにて測定することができるよう、前記電気結合回路を介して前記コネクタに電気的に結合され、
前記熱センサ(10)が、第1の表面(18a)及び第2の表面(18b)を有する支持体(18)をさらに備え、
前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面が互いに熱的に結合され、且つ、互いに電気的に隔離され、
前記検知要素が前記第1の表面に熱的に結合され、
前記第2の表面が温度を測定すべき領域に熱的に結合されるように構成され、
前記支持体が固定手段によって前記加熱器の前記受容領域にしっかりと保持され、したがって前記第2の表面が、前記加熱器によって前記受容領域を経て放出される熱に曝される、アセンブリ。 - 前記支持体が少なくとも15W/(m・K)の熱伝導率値を有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記支持体が少なくとも2kVの電気絶縁値を有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記支持体が主としてセラミック材料で構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記受容領域が、前記加熱器の水出口の近傍に位置している、前記加熱器の外側の略平坦な面である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記固定手段が、前記受容領域と前記第2の表面との間に熱伝導性接着剤の層(30)を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記固定手段が、前記熱センサを前記受容領域に保持するためのクランプ手段を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記熱センサが、前記第2の表面の実質的な部分を除いてカバーボディ(30)で覆われる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 飲料調製装置内の液体回路を通して流通する液体を加熱するように構成される加熱システムであって、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリと、
特に前記加熱器及び前記熱センサに結合された制御手段(30、40、50)であって、前記熱センサから得られる温度測値に従って前記加熱器を制御するように構成された、制御手段(30、40、50)と
を備える、加熱システム。 - 請求項9に記載の加熱システムを備えた、液体回路を有する飲料調製装置であって、前記液体回路を通して流通する液体を加熱するように構成された、飲料調製装置。
