Description

The present invention relates to a building block, in particular, a joint member used for construction of a boundary block used for a boundary between a roadway and a sidewalk of a road or a median strip, and a building block having the joint member.

Conventionally, when constructing construction blocks (boundary blocks) along the longitudinal direction of the road, it is intended to integrate adjacent construction blocks and to prevent the outflow of rainwater and soil particles from the back during rain In general, a construction method in which a certain amount of space (joint portion) is provided in advance between the individual building blocks on the basis of 10 mm, and the joint portion is filled with mortar.

On the other hand, Patent Document 1 proposes a joint construction method for building blocks that can omit the work of filling the joints between the construction blocks with mortar and can easily perform construction. In this joint construction method, the fixing pins are respectively inserted through the locking holes formed at the four corners of the joint plate, and one end of each fixing pin is inserted and locked into the insertion hole formed on the end surface of the building block. . After that, the other building block is moved by a crane or the like, the insertion hole of the other building block is made to face the fixing pin protruding on the other side of the joint plate, and the building block is pressed against the joint plate to be fixed pin. The other end of is fitted and locked into the fitting hole of the other building block. In this way, both the building blocks are connected by the fixing pins with the joint plate interposed between the end faces of the adjacent building blocks. In Patent Document 2, an improvement of the fixing pin is proposed.

By the way, the building block is made of concrete, and a slight error may occur from the concrete manufacturing method. This is due to dimensional errors in concrete product manufacture. For example, the dimensions of the pedestrian boundary block, which is unreinforced concrete, are listed in Appendix 2 Table 5 in “Appendix 2 (Regulation) Pavement / Boundary Blocks” of JIS A5371: 2004. It is assumed that a dimensional error will occur as can be seen from the following contents prescribed in “Boundary block dimensions and dimensional tolerances”.
-Upper surface width tolerance: ± 2mm
-Bottom width tolerance: ± 3mm
-Height tolerance: ± 3mm
・ Round chamfer tolerance:-(Not applicable)
・ Length tolerance: ± 3mm
Similarly, in the “Recommended Specification 2-2 Boundary Block” of JIS A5371: 2004, it is assumed that a dimensional error will occur even in the following contents specified in the Recommended Specification 2-2 Table 3 “Dimensional and Dimensional Tolerance”. It has become.
-Upper surface width tolerance: ± 2mm
-Bottom width tolerance: ± 3mm
-Height tolerance: ± 3mm
・ Length tolerance: ± 3mm

In this way, when the position of the above-mentioned insertion hole is shifted due to a dimensional error that tends to occur in the building block that is a concrete product, or the direction is slightly shifted, it is made to match the end face shape of the building block. When positioning a joint plate that hardly shows a dimensional error by being applied to the end face of the building block, the engaging hole of the joint plate corresponding to the fitting hole of the building block may be slightly shifted. For this reason, it can be seen that it is not easy to insert a fixing pin that linearly connects the building blocks through the engaging holes of the joint plate.

特許第3153859号公報(特開平7−252829号公報)Japanese Patent No. 3153859 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-252829) 特許第3106149号公報(特開平8−328609号公報)Japanese Patent No. 3106149 (JP-A-8-328609)

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to connect the building blocks by fitting both end portions of the fixing pins that penetrate through the engaging holes of the joint plate into the fitting holes on the end surfaces of the adjacent building blocks. In joint construction, even if the position and orientation of the insertion holes are shifted due to the dimensional error of the construction block, the construction blocks are easily connected with the fixing pins, and the joint plate is placed at a predetermined position on the block end face. An object of the present invention is to provide a joint member of a building block to be attached and a building block having the joint member.

According to the present invention, the following (1) to (5) building block joint members and building blocks are provided.
(1) A contractible joint plate interposed between the end faces of adjacent building blocks, and fitted through the engaging holes of the joint plate, and both ends are fitted into the end faces of the building block. In the joint member of the building block provided with the fixing pin fitted into the hole, the engaging hole of the joint plate has an outer peripheral surface of the fixing pin when the fixing pin is mounted. when with contact at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction, it has a shape that the gap portion between these contact portions are formed, the gap portion equilateral triangle or upon the bottom of the center side of the locking hole A joint member of a building block having an isosceles triangular shape .
(2) A contractible joint plate interposed between the end faces of adjacent building blocks, and fitted through the engaging holes of the joint plate, and both ends are fitted into the end faces of the building blocks. In the joint member of the building block provided with the fixing pin fitted into the hole, the engaging hole of the joint plate has an outer peripheral surface of the fixing pin when the fixing pin is mounted. And in a circumferential direction, a space is formed between these contact portions, and the space is an equilateral triangle when the center side of the locking hole is the base. A joint member of a building block having an isosceles triangular shape.
(3) A retractable joint plate interposed between end faces of adjacent building blocks, and fitted through the engaging holes of the joint plate, and both ends are fitted into the end faces of the building block. In the joint member of the building block provided with the fixing pin fitted into the hole, the engaging hole of the joint plate has an outer peripheral surface of the fixing pin when the fixing pin is mounted. And in a circumferential direction, a gap is formed between the contact portions , and a protrusion that extends in the longitudinal direction of the fixed pin is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fixed pin. And a joint member of the building block, wherein a part of the protrusion can be fitted into the gap when the fixing pin is mounted in the locking hole.
(4) The joint member of the building block according to (3) , wherein the number of the gaps is equal to or greater than the number of the protrusions.
(5) A building block having the joint member according to any one of (1) to (4) .

In the joint member of the building block of the present invention, when the fixing pin is attached to the locking hole of the joint plate, the peripheral surface of the locking hole comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fixing pin at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction. The fixing pin is supported, and a gap is formed between these contact portions. Due to the presence of this gap, the degree of freedom in adjusting the position and orientation of the fixing pin in the locking hole is increased. Therefore, even if the positions and orientations of the fitting holes are shifted due to the dimensional error of the building blocks, the building blocks can be easily connected by the fixing pins. In addition, the joint plate has been put to practical use in order to prevent damage to the joint plate due to collision of the vehicle tires or cleaning brushes installed in the road sweeper with the building block joints, or contact with the joints and rubbing. The shape is reduced by 1 mm from the outer periphery of the building block end face to the inside so that the brush or the like does not directly hit the joint plate. Due to the presence of this gap, the position and orientation of the fixing pin in the locking hole By increasing the degree of freedom of adjustment, it is possible to attach the joint plate shape, which has been put to practical use after its ingenuity, to a predetermined position that is 1 mm smaller from the outer periphery of the building block end face to the inside.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on examples shown in the drawings. In this embodiment, the joint member of the present invention is applied between a roadway and sidewalk boundary construction block (walkway boundary block).

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing components of a joint member according to the present embodiment and a use state thereof. Specifically, the upper part of FIG. 1 shows the components of the joint member, and the lower part shows the usage state, but in the lower part of the use state, some of the components of the joint member are omitted.

In FIG. 1, reference numerals 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B denote concrete walkway boundary blocks (hereinafter simply referred to as “boundary blocks”). In the vicinity of the four corners of both end faces of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B, tapered insertion holes 11 are formed so as to have a smaller diameter toward the inner end. A joint plate 20 is interposed between the end faces of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B connected in series.

The joint plate 20 has a shape that matches the end face shape of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B, but the joint plate that has been put into practical use has a shape that is 1 mm smaller from the outer periphery to the inside of the boundary block end face. This is because after the joint plate is attached to the boundary block, the road construction is completed, the road is provided, and the vehicle starts to pass, the vehicle tire part collides with the block joint part or both sides of the road cleaning vehicle In order to prevent the brush on the boundary block side of the cleaning brush installed on the surface from coming into contact with the block joint and rubbing the joint plate by rubbing, the brush should be 1mm inward so that the brush does not directly hit the joint plate. This is the practical application of ingenuity. The material of the joint plate 20 is formed of a material having excellent light resistance, such as polyethylene resin foam, and being contractible, and can also have a function as a buffer material.

At the four corners of the joint plate 20, four locking holes 21 are formed at the same positions as the insertion holes 11 on the end faces of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B. A fixing pin 30 is inserted through each of the locking holes 21. Both ends of each fixing pin 30 are fitted and locked in the fitting holes 11 of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B, and the joint plate 20 is sandwiched between the opposing end surfaces of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B. The fixing pin 30 has a function of accurately aligning the end faces of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B and a function of preventing relative movement of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B to the sides.

Next, the detailed configuration of the fixing pin 30 and the locking hole 21 through which the fixing pin 30 is mounted will be described. 2 is a perspective view showing a detailed configuration of the fixing pin 30, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the main part showing a use state in which the fixing pin 30 is mounted in the locking hole 21 and inserted to the block end surface, and FIG. It is an AA end elevation of FIG.

The fixed pin 30 is formed by integrally forming tapered portions 32 at both ends of a horizontal cylindrical center portion 31. Both tapered portions 32 are formed so as to have a smaller diameter toward the tip. On the outer peripheral surface of both the taper portions 32, a protrusion 33 extending in the longitudinal direction of the fixing pin is integrally provided. In this embodiment, six ridges 33 are provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the fixing pin 30. Moreover, the edge part by the side of the center part 31 of each protrusion 33 is made into the inclined part 33a, and when inserting the fixing pin 30 in the locking hole 21, the protrusion 33 does not become obstructive.

As described above, the protrusion 33 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fixing pin 30, but basically includes a horizontal cylindrical center portion 31 and both tapered portions 32, and the cross-sectional outline of the fixing pin 30 is substantially the same. It is a circle. A tapered hole 34 is formed in the tip surface of both the tapered portions 32 so as to save the material and cost of the fixing pin 30.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the fixing pin 30 is attached to the locking hole 21, the peripheral surface of the locking hole 21 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the fixing pin 30 at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction (this contact). And a space 21b is formed between the contact portions 21a. In this embodiment, the gap portion 21b has a regular triangular shape with a height of 3 mm when the center side of the locking hole 21 is the base, and is equally spaced along the circumferential direction of the locking hole 21 (30 ° interval). In total, 12 pieces are formed. In other words, the gap portion 21b is formed by cutting out the circumferential surface of the round hole including the contact portion 21a in the circumference at regular intervals (30 ° intervals) along the circumferential direction.

Next, an operation of constructing the boundary blocks 10A and 10B at predetermined positions using the joint plate 20 and the fixing pin 30 configured as described above will be described.

In construction, after the floor moat, foundation materials are applied and the boundary block 10A is installed. Then, a locking hole 21 is assigned to the insertion hole 11 formed on the end face of the boundary block 10A, and one taper portion 32 of the fixing pin 30 is formed on the end face of the boundary block 10A while being attached to the locking hole 21. The fitting hole 11 is fitted and locked. When the protrusion 33 provided on the outer periphery of the taper portion 32 of each fixing pin 30 is inserted into the taper inner peripheral surface 11a of the insertion hole 11 of the boundary block 10A, the tip edge of the protrusion 33 is the taper inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole 11. Since the elastic pin 11 is pressed while being elastically deformed, the fixing pin 30 is pressed and brought into contact with the tapered inner peripheral surface 11a by the elastic force of the protrusion 33 (see FIG. 3). Therefore, the fixing pin 30 in the insertion hole 11 of the boundary block 10A does not come out of the insertion hole 11 even if an impact is applied due to vibration of the joint plate 20 or vibration of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B. The joint plate 20 does not come off from the end face of the block 10A.

Next, the boundary block 10 </ b> B is installed so that its end surface is adjacent to the other surface of the joint plate 20. Then, the insertion hole 11 of the boundary block 10B is opposed to the taper portion 32 of the fixing pin 30 protruding from the other surface of the joint plate 20, and the boundary block 10B is pressed and contacted with the joint plate 20 to taper the fixing pin 30. The portion 32 is fitted and locked in the fitting hole 11 of the boundary block 10B. Thus, both the boundary blocks 10A and 10B are connected by the fixing pin 30 in a state where the joint plate 20 is interposed between the end faces of the adjacent boundary blocks 10A and 10B.

In the above construction, as described in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the fixing pin 30 is attached to the locking hole 21 of the joint plate 20, the contact portion 21 a on the peripheral surface of the locking hole 21 is fixed to the fixing pin 30. The fixing pin 30 is supported by contacting the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral surface with an interval in the circumferential direction, and a gap portion 21b is formed between the contact portions 21a. The presence of the gap 21b increases the degree of freedom in adjusting the position and orientation of the fixing pin 30 in the locking hole 21. Therefore, even if the position and orientation of the insertion hole 11 are shifted due to the dimensional error of the boundary blocks 10A and 10B, the connection between the boundary blocks 10A and 10B by the fixing pin 30 can be easily performed. In addition, due to dimensional errors in the boundary blocks 10A and 10B, there is a concern that the shape of the joint plate, which has been put into practical use after practical use, may be displaced from the predetermined position by 1 mm from the outer periphery of the block end surface. Since the degree of freedom in adjusting the position and orientation of the fixing pin 30 in the locking hole 21 is increased, the deviation of only 1 mm is eliminated following the degree of freedom in adjustment. In addition, the height (3 mm) of the gap 21b in the present embodiment is universal in accordance with the above-described “boundary block dimension and dimension tolerance” and “dimension and dimension tolerance” of JISA5371: 2004. It has been pursued.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a part of the protrusion 33 provided on the outer periphery of the fixing pin 30 can be fitted into the gap portion 21 b. Since the protrusion 33 can be fitted into the gap 21b as described above, the protrusion 33 can be smoothly inserted without interfering when the fixing pin 30 is inserted into the locking hole 21. In addition, after the fixing pin 30 is inserted into the locking hole 21, the fixing pin 30 is reliably positioned and fixed by fitting the protrusion 33 into the gap 12b.

In this embodiment, since the number of the gaps 21b is 12 and the number of the protrusions 33 is 6, as shown in FIG. 4, every other protrusion 33 is fitted into the gap 21b. Is possible. Thus, when the number of the gaps 21b is equal to or greater than the number of the protrusions 33, the protrusions 33 are easily fitted into the gaps 21b.

Hereinafter, modifications of the shape of the locking hole 21 of the joint plate 20 will be described.

FIG. 5A shows an example in which the shape of the locking hole 21 is a regular hexagon that circumscribes the outer peripheral circle of the fixing pin 30. In this case, there are six contact portions 21a, and an isosceles triangular gap portion 21b is formed between the contact portions 21a. The shape of the locking hole 21 is not limited to this regular hexagon, but may be another regular polygon (a regular polygon circumscribing the outer circumference of the fixing pin 30). These locking holes 21, including the example of FIG. 4, all have a rotationally symmetric shape. When the shape of the locking hole 21 is rotationally symmetric, the fixing and fixing of the fixing pin 30 in the locking hole 21 becomes uniform, and the gap portion 21b is also uniformly arranged. The degree of freedom in adjusting the position and orientation of 30 is further increased. However, in this invention, as shown in FIG.5 (b), the locking hole 21 can also be made into the shape which is not rotationally symmetric.
