Description
The present invention relates to an electric wire routing device for routing electric wires across a support and a slide body.
For example, in an automobile or the like, a slide sheet as a slide body is slidably provided on a vehicle body as a support body. Electronic devices such as a seating sensor for detecting whether or not an occupant is seated and a seatbelt sensor for detecting whether or not a seatbelt is worn are attached to the slide seat. For this reason, in order to connect the electronic device attached to the slide sheet and an electronic device such as a control device provided on the vehicle body side, the vehicle provided with the slide seat is connected between the vehicle body and the slide seat. Various electric wire arrangement apparatuses for arranging electric wires have been used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The wire routing device accommodates an electric wire connecting an electronic device attached to the slide sheet and an electronic device such as a control device provided on the vehicle body side, and an excess length portion of the electric wire disposed below the slide sheet. The case includes a case, a rail provided inside the case, and a protector (sliding member) that is slidably supported by the case and the rail and guides the electric wire that passes through the inside from the case to the slide seat side. The case is formed in a box shape extending in the sliding direction of the slide sheet, and this case is provided with a surplus length accommodating portion that accommodates the surplus length portion of the electric wire bent in a U shape. In addition, an opening that extends in the sliding direction and through which the protector is inserted is formed in the upper part of the case.
The protector includes a fixed portion that holds a part of the extra length accommodating portion of the electric wire, an electric wire accommodating portion that is connected to the fixed portion and formed in an L-shaped cylindrical shape, and is provided on the outer surface of the electric wire accommodating portion in the rail. And a sliding portion accommodated slidably. The protector slides in conjunction with the slide sheet by being pulled from the slide sheet via the bracket by a string or the like. This protector guides the electric wire gripped by the fixing portion to the inside of the electric wire housing portion and guides it to the slide sheet side.
A pair of moldings is attached to the opening through which the protector is inserted. Each of these moldings is made of synthetic resin, and is formed with an elastically deformable covering piece that covers the opening of the case. In a position where the protector is not inserted between the pair of moldings, the cover pieces in the natural state contact each other to cover the opening, thereby preventing foreign matter from entering the case. On the other hand, at a position where the protector is inserted between the pair of moldings, each cover piece is elastically deformed by being pushed and spread by the protector, and the cover piece is in contact with the surface of the protector.
However, in the conventional wire routing device as described in
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric wire routing device that can suppress the entry of foreign matter into the case without obstructing the sliding of the slide member.
In order to achieve the above object, the wire routing device according to
The electric wire routing device according to
The wire routing device according to
The electric wire routing device according to claim 4 is the electric wire routing device according to any one of
The wire routing device according to
According to the invention described in
In addition , since the intermediate portion formed to be thicker than the base end portion and the tip end portion of the first projecting piece is provided so as to overlap the second projecting piece, the first projecting piece is inward of the case. When trying to deform | transform, an intermediate part can be contact | abutted to a 2nd protrusion piece, and a deformation | transformation of a 1st protrusion piece can be suppressed. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent problems such as the first projecting piece entering the case and hindering the sliding of the slide member, or a foreign object entering the case while deforming the first projecting piece. Moreover, since the rigidity which united the 1st and 2nd protrusion piece is obtained by making the intermediate part of a 1st protrusion piece contact | abut to a 2nd protrusion piece, it has a big resistance force with respect to the foreign material which tries to approach Can prevent entry and reduce the thickness of the first protrusion. By reducing the thickness of the first projecting piece in this manner, the sliding contact resistance with the slide member with which the first projecting piece comes into sliding contact can be reduced, and the sliding of the slide member can be smoothed.
Furthermore , since the intermediate portion is formed convex toward the second projecting piece, and the portion having the maximum thickness is provided near the base end portion of the first projecting piece, the first projecting piece is directed inward of the case. When deformed, the intermediate portion can be easily brought into contact with the second projecting piece, and the intermediate portion can be brought into contact with the second projecting piece even with a small amount of deformation. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the first protruding piece from entering the case and to prevent foreign matter from entering the case more reliably.
According to the invention described in claim 4, since the inclined surface is formed at the tip of the second projecting piece, when the foreign matter that has entered the case is discharged, the foreign matter is removed between the second projecting pieces. The inclined surface can be guided toward the gap, and the guided foreign matter can be easily discharged out of the case through the first protruding pieces.
According to the invention described in
According to the invention described in
An electric wire routing device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The electric
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the electric
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the bracket 4 includes a slide sheet fixing portion 41 that is fixed to the slide sheet, and a
Each of the pair of
The
In the
Such
In addition, the length dimension L1 from the
In addition,
The
The foreign
Next, in the electric

Specifically, when the lighter E1 that has entered the
Next, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the case of the key E2, which is another foreign matter, the thickness dimension is thin and the tip is elongated, so that the guide is inclined by the
According to the
In addition, embodiment mentioned above only showed the typical form of this invention, and this invention is not limited to embodiment. That is, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
