Description

The present invention relates to a road shoulder residual snow shaping method and a road shoulder residual snow shaping machine for shaping snow remaining on the shoulder of an elevated road.

If there is snow on the highway, to prevent traffic accidents, the highway must be closed to remove snow on the running lane, overtaking lane, and road shoulder.
In that case, if you try to remove all the snow on the road surface including the driving lanes, overtaking lanes, and shoulders on the expressway, the amount of snow is large, it takes time to remove, and the time for road closure It takes a long time to resume traffic.
Moreover, the cost for removing the large amount of snow is enormous.
Further, it is very difficult to secure a snow dump where the large amount of snow is thrown away.

Therefore, in the snow removal work (snow removal work) on the road surface, as described in the non-patent document, the snow on the road shoulder except for the driving lane and the overtaking lane is left or the driving lane and the overtaking lane. Reduce the total amount of snow removed from the road surface of the expressway by stacking snow on the road surface of the lane in a sloping state on the road surface at the shoulder so that it gradually increases from the driving lane to the railing. The time required for the work was shortened, the cost for the snow removal work was reduced, and the snow dumping site was easily secured.

However, when the remaining snow piled up in an inclined state is left on the road surface of the shoulder as in the prior art, there is the following danger.
If the remaining snow is on the road surface near the dividing line between the driving lane and the shoulder (also called the outer line), if the car running in the driving lane slightly fluctuates or approaches the rails, it slips. In addition, there is a risk of causing an accident, and the snow on the road is melted and the accumulated snow melts on the road lane when the temperature rises or the snow melting agent sprayed on the road lane flows to the shoulder of the road. There is a danger that the car that falls inside will cause a traffic accident.
Furthermore, if there is a snow lump on the slope of the “remaining snow accumulated in the inclined state”, the snow lump on the slope rolls down to the driving lane, or the snow on the slope rises due to the wind pressure of the traveling “box truck” There is a danger of inducing an accident by falling into the driving lane.
Therefore, from the viewpoint of traffic safety, the police agency has instructed to reduce the amount of residual snow accumulated on the road surface of the shoulder so as not to induce traffic accidents of cars traveling in the driving lane. As a result, it was impossible to leave a relatively large amount of snow, and in the removal work, there were problems in terms of time, cost and snow disposal.

The purpose of the present application is to solve the above-mentioned problems. When removing a lot of "snow remaining on the road surface" on the road surface of the road shoulder during snow removal work on an expressway, the bottom of the snow remaining on that road is accumulated. An attempt is made to provide a road shoulder residual snow shaping method and a road shoulder residual snow shaping machine capable of reducing the total amount of snow removed from the road surface of a highway by leaving a larger amount of snow piled up due to the presence of a compression wall formed of a part. To do.
Another purpose is to remove a large amount of snow on the compression wall in an orderly manner, even if it leaves a lot of “residual snow piled up in a sloping state” on the road surface of the shoulder in snow removal work on the expressway. It is intended to provide a road shoulder residual snow shaping method and a road shoulder residual snow shaping machine that can be stacked and shaped to give a sense of security.
Another purpose is that the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine has a small load in the direction of travel, and the road shoulder with good work efficiency can be quickly pushed by smoothing the slope with a slight force and pushing it in the direction of travel. It is an object of the present invention to provide a remaining snow shaping method and a shoulder remaining snow shaping machine.
Other problems, objects and advantages will be readily apparent from the drawings and the following description associated therewith.

The road shoulder residual snow shaping machine according to the present invention can move forward on the road surface of the road shoulder 4 so as to shape the residual snow 10 stacked in an inclined state so that the upper surface 14 is successively raised from the traveling lane side toward the rail 7. The road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 is provided with a first shaping member 40 and a second shaping member 50 for the main body 21 of the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20, and the first shaping member 40 is A snow collecting member 43 protruding from one side of the main body 21 is provided, and the protruding state of the snow collecting member is a state in which the lower end 44 is close to the road surface so that residual snow on the road surface can be collected. In addition, the projecting direction viewed from the upper surface presses and solidifies the skirt portion 12 of the remaining snow 10 stacked in the inclined state while collecting the remaining snow 11 on the road surface toward the rail 7 with respect to the traveling direction 65. The obtuse angle θ1 is set as The second shaping member 50 includes a leveling member 51 that protrudes laterally from the rear portion 43a of the snow collecting member 43 in the main body 21 in the same manner as the snow collecting member 43. The protruding state of the leveling member 51 is an inclined state in which the protruding portion 51b is positioned at the upper part so as to correspond to the oblique upper surface 14 of the remaining snow 10, and the protruding direction seen from the upper surface is With respect to the traveling direction 65, the obtuse angle θ3 is set so that the snow mass 15 on the upper surface 14 in the inclined state of the remaining snow 10 can be released obliquely backward, and the main body 21 of the shaping machine 20 is In the state where the first shaping member 40 is moved along the dividing line 6 between the traveling lane and the road shoulder 4, the remaining snow 11 in the predetermined width W1 from the vicinity of the dividing line 6 toward the rail 7 is While scraping to the handrail 7 side with the first shaping member 40 , Pressing against the skirt portion 12 of the “remaining snow 10 accumulated in the inclined state”, and proceeding while forming the compression wall 17 for preventing the collapse of the “remaining snow 10 accumulated in the inclined state” on the skirt portion 12 of the remaining snow. And the slope of the inclined residual snow that is present obliquely above the compression wall 17 formed by the first shaping member 40 is positioned behind the first shaping member 40. With the leveling member 51 of the second shaping member 50, the surface with the irregularities 14a, 14b can be leveled and shaped into a predetermined slope 18 while pushing away the snow mass 15 on the upper surface 14 of the inclined state of the remaining snow 10. It is composed.

More preferably, the main body 21 of the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 is provided with a cavity 23 having an outlet 23a and an inlet 23b that allow fluid to flow in and out, and the weight of the main body 21 corresponding to the amount of the residual snow 10 is reduced. Any device that can adjust the increase / decrease is acceptable.

Further, preferably, the shape of the cut surface 52 along the traveling direction 65 in the leveling member 51 of the second shaping member 50 is such that the overall shape is a concave curved surface and the opening surface 52b is directed in the traveling direction 65, whereby the leveling member The snow scraped off on the lower edge 53 side in 51 is received by the inner wall surface on the lower edge side of the leveling member 51, moved deeper along the inner wall surface 52a, and further pushed up to rise along the inner wall surface 52a. Anything that is configured to fall is acceptable.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the snow removal work on the highway, when a large amount of “remaining snow accumulated in an inclined state” is left on the road surface of the road shoulder, the main body 21 of the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 is connected to the traveling lane 2 and the road shoulder. 4, the first shaping member 40 is moved along the first shaping member 40, and the remaining snow 11 within the predetermined width W 1 from the vicinity of the dividing line 6 toward the rail 7 is removed from the first shaping member 40. Therefore, while collecting to the railing 7 side, it is pressed against the skirt portion 12 of the “remaining snow 10 accumulated in the inclined state”, and the “remaining snow 10 accumulated in the inclined state” is pressed against the hem portion 12 of the remaining snow to prevent the collapse. While the compression wall 17 is being formed, the slope of the sloped residual snow 13 that exists above the compression wall 17 formed by the first shaping member 40 is behind the first shaping member 40. 2nd shaping part located in With the leveling member 51 of the material 50, the surface with the irregularities 14a and 14b is leveled while pushing away the snow mass 15 on the upper surface 14 in the inclined state of the residual snow 10, and is shaped into a predetermined slope 18. As a first point, snow from the vicinity of the dividing line 6 to the predetermined width W1 disappears, and an accident caused by a vehicle traveling in the traveling lane fluctuates is prevented. As a second point, due to the presence of the compression wall 17, the road surface 4a of the shoulder 4 is provided. You can leave a lot of snow on the top. That is, in the “remaining snow 10 stacked in an inclined state” on the road surface 4 a of the road shoulder 4, the skirt portion 12 collects the remaining snow 11 within the predetermined width W 1 near the dividing line 6 and pressurizes it to the rail 7 side. Since it has become the compression wall 17, it is solid as a foundation and is not easily collapsed even if it is stacked high.
Therefore, there is a feature that the “remaining snow 10 stacked in an inclined state” can be left in bulk on the road surface 4 a of the road shoulder 4.
This reduces the total amount of snow removed from the road surface of the expressway 1, shortens the time required for snow removal work, can resume traffic quickly, and saves the cost of snow removal work. Has an economic effect.
In addition, it has the effect of eliminating the difficulty of securing a snow dump.

Further, according to the present invention, in the snow removal work on the highway as described above, by forming the compression wall 17, a relatively large amount of “the remaining snow 10 stacked in an inclined state” is left on the road surface 4 a of the road shoulder 4. As described above, the first shaping member 40 is pressed against the “remaining snow 10 stacked in an inclined state” as described above, and the disordered surface is shaped by the second shaping member 50. As a third point, a large amount of snow can be piled up on the compression wall 17 in an orderly manner. That is, there is a feature that the surface having the irregularities 14a and 14b on the upper surface 14 of the residual snow 13 in the inclined state above the compression wall 17 can be leveled to a predetermined slope.
Therefore, even if there is a lot of `` residual snow piled up in a sloping state '' on the shoulder of the road, the traffic guidance police agency will roll the snow lane down to the driving lane when traveling from the viewpoint of traffic safety. It does not fall into the driving lane due to the wind pressure of the “box truck”, but it appears to be stable and has an appearance effect that gives the traffic instructor a sense of security.

As described above, “the first shaping member 40 presses the bottom portion 12 of the remaining snow 10 stacked in an inclined state toward the rail 7 and forms the compression wall 17”;
Two things are that "the slopes of the irregularities 14a, 14b of the sloped residual snow 13 located above the compression wall 17 are leveled and shaped into a predetermined slope 18",
Even if the main body 21 of the single shoulder shoulder snow shaping machine 20 is advanced,
The leveling of the slope of the upper inclined residual snow 13 in the residual snow 10 stacked in an inclined state is as follows:
“With the leveling member 51 of the second shaping member 50 located behind the first shaping member 40, the surface with the irregularities 14 a and 14 b is leveled while pushing away the snow mass 15 on the upper surface 14 in the inclined state of the remaining snow. Since it is configured to be shaped into a predetermined slope 18 ”, the load on the traveling direction 65 of the main body 21 of the shoulder shoulder snow shaping machine 20 is small, and the slope 14 is pushed in the traveling direction 65 while leveling the slope 14 with a slight force. Can do.
Therefore, the drive means 66 for advancing the road shoulder remaining snow shaping machine 20 has a feature that can be quickly implemented with a small drive means, and has an effect of improving work efficiency that can speed up the shaping work.
There is an effect that it is possible to work quickly over a long distance on the entire highway, to quickly release the highway, and to quickly resume traffic.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a one-side roadway on the highway 1, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the one-side roadway on the highway 1, showing a schematic diagram showing an example of snow removal work on the traveling lane 2 and the overtaking lane 3.
When there is snowfall 9 on the highway 1 illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the road lane 2 and the overtaking lane 3 are blocked by using a snow removal work vehicle 8 (snowblower 8a, scatter vehicle 8d, etc.) with the highway closed. Remove snow on the road. As the removal work, as shown in FIG. 2, the snow on the road surface of the traveling lane 2 and the overtaking lane 3 is moved to the road shoulder 4 side (the side having a low crossing gradient on the road) by the snowplow 8a. On the road surface 4a, the upper surface is piled up in an inclined state so that the upper surface sequentially becomes higher from the traveling lane 2 side toward the rail 7. Then, an antifreezing agent or an antifreezing solution is sprayed on the road surfaces of the traveling lane 2 and the overtaking lane 3 from which snow has been removed by the spraying vehicle 8d.
In this field, the remaining snow 10 that is normally piled up in an inclined manner is stacked on the side of the highway where the crossing gradient is low.
In the present specification and the like (claims, specifications, drawings, etc.), the highway crossing slope is assumed to be a highway where the median strip 7d side is high and the high rail 7 side is low. An example in which the remaining snow 10 is stacked on the shoulder 4 is illustrated and described. However, in the case of an expressway in which the median strip 7d has a low cross slope, the side on which the remaining snow 10 is stacked is the shoulder 4 on the median strip 7d side. Therefore, in that case, it is better to make such a change and understand.

Next, FIG. 3 shows that the snow on the road surface of the traveling lane 2 and the overtaking lane 3 on the highway 1 is removed, and an upper surface 14 is formed on the road surface 4a of the shoulder 4 from the traveling lane 2 side toward the rail 7. It is a figure which shows the remaining snow 10 piled up in the inclined state so that it may become high sequentially, (B) shows the III-III position expanded sectional view in (A).
In the remaining snow 10 stacked in the above-mentioned slope shape, 11 indicates the remaining snow having a predetermined width W1 to be removed from the road surface near the dividing line 6. The size of the predetermined width W1 should be a size that is less likely to cause an accident even if the vehicle running in the driving lane 2 fluctuates or approaches the railing 7 side, and varies depending on the amount of remaining snow, the width of the shoulder, etc. For example, it may be about 350 mm, which is a position about 200 mm from the inside of the dividing line 6 to the side of the rail 7.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a skirt portion of the remaining snow 10, 13 denotes an inclined portion, 14 denotes an upper surface of the inclined portion 13, and the upper surface 14 has a concave portion 14a and a convex portion 14b, or a snow mass 15 is placed on the whole. It ’s bumpy and unstable.
A predetermined line 16 indicated by a one-dot chain line indicates a boundary position approaching from the vicinity of the dividing line 6 toward the predetermined width W1 height column 7 side.

Next, the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 is demonstrated using FIGS. The road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 in FIG. 4 is for shaping the residual snow 10 stacked in an inclined state on the road surface 4a of the road shoulder 4 so that the upper surface 14 sequentially becomes higher from the traveling lane 2 toward the rail 7. A road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 that can freely move, and a main body 21 of the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 is provided with a first shaping member 40 and a second shaping member 50.
4 and 5, the reference numeral 66 indicated by a two-dot chain line indicates the position of the drive means 66 for enabling the main body 21 of the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 to move forward and backward.
The drive means 66 may be any vehicle that has a function of holding the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 at a predetermined height position from the road surface 4a and moving it forward. For example, if a known forklift is used, Good.

Reference numeral 21 in FIG. 5 (A) denotes a main body in the remaining shoulder / shoulder shaping machine 20, which is made of a hard material so that the first shaping member 40 and the second shaping member 50 can be moved forward while being held at predetermined positions. What is necessary is just to comprise as a hard material using well-known hard materials, such as a metal material etc. and a hard synthetic resin material.
The size (size of each part) of the main body 21 varies depending on the ability of the driving means 66, but may be formed to have the dimensions shown in FIGS.
5A shows a body portion of the main body 21, and the entire shape thereof is a substantially square box shape as viewed from above. Further, the shape seen from the side surface shown in FIG. 6B is a substantially trapezoidal shape so as not to disturb the visual recognition of the road surface 4a when viewed from the operator who operates the driving means 66 connected to the rear of the main body 21. The front side is formed on an inclined surface 22a that is inclined forward.

Next, the cavity portion 23 provided in the body portion 22 as necessary will be described with reference to FIG.
The body portion 22 of the main body 21 of the shoulder remaining snow shaping machine 20 is provided with a hollow portion 23 having an outlet 23a and an inlet 23b that allow fluid (for example, water, sand, sand-filled sachets) to be taken in and out, and The weight of the main body 21 may be adjusted to increase or decrease in accordance with the amount of the remaining snow 10. Reference numeral 23c denotes a drain outlet provided with a water stop means.
If comprised in this way, the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 can be utilized according to the quantity of the residual snow 10 in the shaping operation | work (it mentions later for details) of the "remaining snow 10 piled up in the inclination state". That is,
When the amount of the remaining snow 10 is large, a fluid of an appropriate weight, for example, a sand bag, is put in the hollow portion 23 of the body portion 22 to increase the weight of the main body 21, and the main body 21 is moved forward. The remaining snow can be pressed and hardened. On the other hand, when the amount of the remaining snow 10 is small, the body 21 is kept in its own weight without entering the cavity 23, the resistance load is reduced, the body 21 is advanced, and the remaining snow having a predetermined width W1 is gently scraped and pushed. Can be hardened.
This has the advantage of being able to handle the shaping work with a single road shoulder remaining snow shaping machine 20 regardless of whether the amount of remaining snow 10 is large or small.
The shape and size of the outlet 23a and the inlet 23b of the cavity 23 may be set to any shape and size so that the fluid can be easily taken in and out. For example, the diameter may be a circle of about 400 mm. Good.

Next, 26 shown in FIG. 7B shows a drive means connecting portion for connecting a forklift as the drive means 66. The drive means connecting portion 26 is formed in two recessed portions on the rear surface of the body portion 22 so that the fork of the forklift can be inserted into and removed from the main body 21 from the rear side. The size of the opening edge 26a of the drive means connecting portion 26 is formed such that the fork of the forklift can be freely inserted and removed and the main body 21 can be stably held at a certain height position when the fork is inserted. Good. Although it may be determined by the forklift to be used, for example, it may be formed with a vertical dimension of 165 mm and a horizontal dimension of about 70 mm.

Next, the first shaping member support arm 28 for supporting the first shaping member 40 with respect to the main body 21 will be described with reference to FIGS.

The front member 28c of the first shaping member support arm 28 in FIG. 5A is configured to be inclined with respect to the traveling direction 65 when viewed from the top so that the first shaping member 40 can be supported at a predetermined angle. .
Reference numeral 31 in FIG. 5 denotes a holding portion for fixing the first shaping member 40 to the front member 28c, the cross-sectional shape thereof is L-shaped, and the base portion is fixed to the front member 28c. An inner pocket portion 31a for positioning the fixing portion 41 of the one shaping member 40 is configured. Reference numerals 31b and 31c denote through holes for attaching the first shaping member 40.

Next, reference numeral 33 in FIG. 7A denotes a second shaping member supporting base for attaching the base of the second shaping member 50 to the main body 21.
Reference numeral 35 in FIG. 7B denotes a second shaping member support protrusion for attaching the protrusion (tip) of the second shaping member 50 to the main body 21. Reference numerals 36 and 37 denote projecting arms of a second shaping member supporting protrusion projecting laterally from the body part 22, and their base parts 36 a and 37 a are fixed to the body part 22. Reference numeral 38 denotes a connecting member for attaching the protruding portion connecting member 58 of the second shaping member 50, and is connected to the tip portions 36b, 37b of the two protruding arms 36, 37.
Note that reference numeral 39 in FIG. 7B denotes a reinforcing plate-like reinforcing material, which is integrated with the second shaping member support protrusion 35 by using a metal fitting 39a or the like.

Next, the first shaping member will be described with reference to FIGS. The 1st shaping member 40 is formed in the plate shape with the hard material. As the hard material, a known material such as a metal material or an arbitrary hard resin material may be used, and a synthetic resin material such as recycled plastic or reinforced plastic is preferably used. The size of the first shaping member 40 may be formed so as to collect the remaining snow 11 within the predetermined width W1, depending on the size of the predetermined width W1 and the extent of the protruding direction of the first shaping member 40. Although different, for example, it may be formed to the dimensions shown in FIG.
In FIG. 5, reference numeral 41 denotes a fixing portion for attaching to the main body 21, and 41 a denotes a plurality of attachment holes formed in the fixing portion 41. Attachment of the first shaping member 40 to the main body 21 is integrally fixed to the holding portion 31 of the first shaping member support arm 28 by using attachment means 42 as shown in FIG. 5C. ing. As shown in the figure, the attachment means 42 is detachably fixed using a plurality of bolts 42 so that the replacement work is easy when the first shaping member 40 is worn or damaged. In addition, as an attaching means, you may adhere integrally using other well-known means (caulking, attachment by an adhesive agent).

Further, the first shaping member 40 of FIG. 5 includes a snow collecting member 43 that protrudes to one side from the main body 21. The protruding state of the snow collecting member 43 is such that the lower end 44 is on the road surface 4a. The projecting direction as viewed from the top surface is in the state of being close to the road surface 4a so that the remaining snow 11 (residual snow 11 within the predetermined width W1 from the vicinity of the dividing line 6 toward the rail 7) can be collected. With respect to the direction 65, an obtuse angle is set so that the bottom snow 12 stacked in the inclined state is pressed and gathered while gathering the residual snow 11 on the road surface 4a toward the rail 7 side.
The close state may be a close state in which the remaining snow 11 on the road surface 4a is scraped by the snow collecting member 43 and the remaining snow 11 within the predetermined width W1 is removed. For example, the lower end 44 may be brought close to the road surface 4a. Alternatively, it is set to a close state in which a slight gap 45 exists between the lower end 44 and the road surface 4a so as to leave the snow melted by the anti-freezing solution sprayed on the traveling lane 2 and the overtaking lane 3. May be.
Further, the set obtuse angle may be set to any obtuse angle so that the remaining snow 11 within the predetermined width W1 can be collected and pressed against the skirt portion 12, for example, the snow scraping surface of the snow collecting member 43 43c may be set to an obtuse angle θ1: about 160 ° with respect to the traveling direction.

Next, reference numeral 50 shown in FIG. 6 denotes a second shaping member, which is formed of a hard material so that the slope 14 of the snow 10 piled on the road shoulder can be cut and leveled. As the hard material, a known material such as a metal material or an arbitrary hard synthetic resin material may be used.
The second shaping member 50 includes a leveling member 51 that protrudes laterally in the same manner as the snow collecting member 43 from a position behind the original position 43a of the snow collecting member 43 in the main body 21; The protruding state of the leveling member 51 is inclined such that the protruding portion 51b is positioned at the upper portion so as to correspond to the oblique upper surface 14 of the remaining snow 10. That is, the base 51a of the leveling member 51 shown in FIG. 5 forms the compression wall 17 by the snow scraping member 43 when the shaping machine 20 is advanced in the traveling direction 65, and then the diagonal portion of the compression wall 17 is formed. The upper slope of the remaining snow 14 is disposed rearward by a predetermined dimension from the base portion 43a of the first shaping member 40 so as to level the slope 14 of the remaining snow. For example, the predetermined dimension L1 may be set at a position of about 500 mm.
In the protruding state of the leveling member 51 in FIG. 6 (A), from the viewpoint of preventing the snow on the slope 14 of the remaining snow 10 from collapsing into the traveling lane 2, the protruding portion 51b travels at an inclination angle θ2 of about 45 °. From the viewpoint of giving a sense of security to the driver of the car, it is preferable to set the inclination angle θ2 of the protruding portion 51b to about 30 °.
Furthermore, the protruding direction seen from the upper surface of the leveling member 51 shown in FIG. 5 allows the snow mass 15 on the upper surface 14 in the inclined state of the residual snow 10 to escape obliquely backward with respect to the traveling direction 65. The obtuse angle θ3 is set with respect to the traveling direction 65. The obtuse angle θ3 may be arbitrarily determined according to the amount of the remaining snow 10, the unevenness 14a, 14b on the upper surface 14, the state of the snow mass 15, and the like, but may be set to about 130 ° to 140 °, for example.

Next, 57 shown in FIG. 8 is a connecting member for attaching the base portion 51a of the leveling member 51 to the main body 21, and is integrally coupled to the base portion 51a by welding means. Attachment to the main body 21 is detachably attached to the second shaping member support base portion 33 using attachment holes 57a and bolts 57b. 58 is a projecting portion connecting member for attaching the projecting portion 51b of the leveling member 51 to the main body 21, and is integrally coupled to the tip of the projecting portion 51b of the leveling member 51, and is connected to the main body 21 in a second manner. It is integrally attached via the shaping member support protrusion 35.
When it is desired to change the inclination angle θ2 of the leveling member 51, the base 51a of the leveling member 51 is attached to the second shaping member support base 33 so as to be rotatable. 57 and the second shaping member support base portion 33 are pivotally attached, and the tip portion of the protruding portion 51b of the leveling member 51 can be adjusted in advance in stages (for example, in a stepped position as is well known). What is necessary is just to make it attach so that it can move up and down with respect to the connection member 38 in which the some attachment hole was formed.
Further, a plurality of types of second shaping members 50 having different inclination angles θ2 of the leveling member 51 are prepared in advance, and are attached to the main body 21 interchangeably so that the inclination angle θ2 can be adjusted. Good.

Further, the leveling member 51 of FIG. 6 sets its base portion 51a at a height H1 from the road surface, and leveles the slope 14 of the remaining snow 10 from the height H1 on the road surface to an angle of a predetermined slope 18. Although the possible example has been described, the slope 14 of the remaining snow 10 may be smoothed and shaped so as to be at an angle of the predetermined slope 18 immediately from the road surface 4a.
In that case, it may be set so that the lower end 51d of the edge 53 in FIG. 6 (A) approaches the road surface 4a.
For example, the leveling skirt member 51f shown in FIG. The leveling skirt member 51f may be attached to the main body 21 by being attached to the second shaping member support base portion 33 by using a known attachment means, for example, a plurality of bolts.
When configured in this manner, as shown in FIG. 12, the slope 14 of the remaining snow 10 can be shaped so as to have an angle of the predetermined slope 18 immediately from the road surface 4a.

Next, the shape of the cut surface 52 that follows the traveling direction 65 in the leveling member 51 of the second shaping member 50, which is well represented in FIGS. 8A and 8B, is a concave curved surface as a whole, and the opening surface 52b. In the traveling direction 65, the snow scraped off on the lower edge side 52c of the leveling member 51 is received by the inner wall surface on the lower edge 53 side of the leveling member 51, and moved to the deep portion along the inner wall surface 52a. Further, it may be configured such that it is pushed further, rises along the inner wall surface 52a, and falls (see arrows 67 to 70 in FIG. 8B).
Reference numeral 54 denotes an upper edge portion, and 59 denotes a position where a reinforcing plate for reinforcing the vicinity of the edge portion 53 is present.
In addition, although the thing which comprised the whole shape of the cut surface 52 of the said leveling member 51 to the concave curved surface was demonstrated, when there is little quantity of the remaining snow 10, or when the unevenness | corrugation 14a, 14b in the upper surface 14 and the snow lump 15 are few The overall shape of the cut surface 52 of the leveling member 51 may be formed in a flat thin plate shape. In the case of such a configuration, the slope 14 of the sloped residual snow irregularities 14a and 14b can be leveled and shaped into a predetermined slope 18 in the same manner.

Next, the 3rd shaping member 60 which can be selectively provided as needed is demonstrated using FIGS.
6 is a third shaping member for shaping the top surface 14c of the inclined portion 13 in the remaining snow 10, and the lower end 62 can be formed by cutting the top surface 14c of the inclined portion 13 in the remaining snow 10. It is formed substantially horizontally. The mounting holes 61, 61 formed in the base portion 60a of the third shaping member 60 and the mounting holes 38a, 38a of the connecting member 38 are used to fix them with bolts and nuts.
Note that the third shaping member 60 can also serve as a contact cushioning material for a structure located on the side of the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine, for example, the balustrade 7 from the arrangement projecting to the most side.

In FIG. 7A, 64a indicates that excessive snow and snow blocks obtained by shaving the slope of the remaining snow 10 with the leveling member 50 of the second shaping member 50 do not roll down on the main body 21 and fall on the road surface 4a. The skirt member for making is shown. 7A is continuously attached from the base portion 43a of the first shaping member 40 to the base portion of the second shaping member 50.
Reference numerals 64b and 64c denote hem members attached to the skirt member 64a in a continuous state.

Next, the mark means 27 will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6B.
27a in FIG. 5 indicates the presence of a mark, which is formed in a size that can be recognized from the driver's seat, for example, red so as to stand out. 27b indicates the presence of a telescopic rod (for example, a triple cylinder such as a tripod) configured to be extendable and retractable from the main body 21, and the above-described 27a is provided at the tip thereof.
Prior to the shaping operation, the driver aligns the mark 27a from the division line 6 by a certain width (division amount) toward the traveling lane 2 and drives the mark 27a so as to advance in parallel (along) the division line 6.
As a result, as described with reference to FIG. 5, the first shaping member 40 can advance while bringing the remaining snow 11 having a predetermined width W <b> 1 toward the rail 7 with an accurate dimension.

An operation for shaping the remaining snow on the shoulder using the above-described configuration will be described.
The site is a highway 1 in which residual snow 10 is stacked on the road surface of the shoulder 4 as shown in FIG.
In order to leave a large amount of residual snow 10 accumulated in an inclined state on the road surface 4a of the road shoulder 4 on the road shoulder 4 so that the upper surface 14 is successively raised from the traveling lane side toward the rail 7, first, the main body 21 described above. On the other hand, the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 which the 1st shaping member 40 and the 2nd shaping member 50 are equipped with and which can move forward is prepared.
Furthermore, a driving means, for example, a forklift 66 is also prepared, and the forklift 66 is connected to the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20.
The forklift 66 is operated, and the road shoulder residual snow shaping machine 20 is arranged on the road surface as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5A, the snow collecting member 43 in the first shaping member 40 is arranged so that the remaining snow 11 within the predetermined width W1 in the remaining snow 10 can be collected by the first shaping member 40. Are arranged along the dividing line 6.
When the arrangement is completed, the main body 21 of the road shoulder remaining snow shaping machine 20 is advanced in the traveling direction 65 with the first shaping member 40 along the dividing line 6 between the traveling lane 2 and the road shoulder 4.

FIGS. 9 and 10 are schematic step diagrams for explaining the process of shaping the remaining snow 10 by the road shoulder remaining snow shaping machine 20. In each of the first to sixth steps in FIGS. 9 and 10, the shoulder remaining snow shaping machine in the case where the shoulder remaining snow shaping machine 20 advances at one point of the remaining snow 10, for example, the point indicated by the arrow IX in FIG. 4. 20 parts (points of arrows IXA, IXB, IXC, XA, XB, and XC in FIG. 4) are shown. 9, (A) shows the position of arrow IXA in FIG. 4 (when the placement of the shaping machine 20 is completed), (B) shows the position of arrow IXB, and (C) shows the position of arrow IXC. In FIG. 10, (A) shows an arrow XA position, (B) shows an arrow XB position, and (C) an arrow XC position (when shaping is completed).
The shoulder shoulder snow shaping machine 20 is advanced in the traveling direction 65. Then, since the first shaping member 40 of FIG. 5 (A) has an angle θ1 with respect to the traveling direction 65, it can be understood from the fact that it sequentially appears in FIGS. 9 (A), (B), and (C). While collecting the remaining snow 11 within a predetermined width W1 from the vicinity of the dividing line 6 toward the rail 7 to the rail 7 with the snow scraping member 43 of the first shaping member 40, the snow scraping of the snow scraping member is collected. The surface 43c is pressed against the skirt portion 12 of the “remaining snow 10 stacked in an inclined state”. As a result, the bottom portion 12 of the remaining snow is pressurized, and a compression wall 17 for preventing the collapse of the “remaining snow 10 stacked in an inclined state” is formed along the predetermined line 16 in the bottom portion 12 of the residual snow.
The presence of the compression wall 17 forms a base on which the snow at the skirt portion 12 is hard and difficult to melt, and, as is clear from the above description, plays a role in preventing the avalanche phenomenon of the inclined residual snow 13. Can do.

Further, the first shaping member 40 is formed while the compression wall 17 is formed, and as can be understood from the successive appearance in FIGS. 9 (C), 10 (A) and 10 (B). The slope 14 of the sloped residual snow 13 that is present obliquely above the compression wall 17 formed by the above is a leveling member 51 of the second shaping member 50 located behind the first shaping member 40. Accordingly, the surface with the irregularities 14a and 14b is leveled while pushing away the snow mass 15 on the upper surface 14 in the inclined state of the residual snow 10, and is shaped into a predetermined slope 18. That is, the convex portion 14b that protrudes from the lower edge 53 of the leveling member 51 shown in FIG. 9C is scraped off or the snow mass 15 is pushed away to the inner wall surface 52a of the leveling member 50. The excess snow on the inner wall surface 52a is received and falls into the recess 14a as the leveling member 51 advances, and the recess 14a is filled.
In this way, since the surface with the irregularities 14a and 14b of the upper surface 14 of the remaining snow 13 in the inclined state is leveled to a predetermined slope, the remaining snow 13 in the inclined state is viewed from the viewpoint of traffic safety by a traffic guidance police organization. Appears to be stable without rolling down to the driving lane 2, and a sense of security can be created for the traffic instructor.
Further, when the third shaping member 60 is provided, the top surface 14c of the inclined portion 13 of the remaining snow 10 is formed by the third shaping member 60, as can be understood from the appearance in FIG. Sharpen and shape. Then, the appearance of the remaining snow in the inclined state is further improved.
