Description

Claims (3)
- プロセッサ、メモリ及び入出力装置を備え、前記入出力装置を介して供給業者のコンピュータに接続されたコンピュータによって実行される、在庫システムについての費用率閾値を求めるための方法であって、
前記メモリは複数の品目についての運転費用パラメータ及び補充点Sを格納するものであり、
前記方法は、前記プロセッサが、
前記メモリに格納された複数の品目についての運転費用パラメータ及び補充点Sに基づいて、各々が所定の期間にわたって前記複数の品目のうちの少なくとも1つに対する少なくとも1つのランダム需要を含む、該複数の品目についての複数の需要シナリオをサンプリングし、
前記少なくとも1つのサンプリングされた需要シナリオ、2以上の費用率閾値及び補充点Sの少なくとも1つの組み合わせについての総費用及び総時間を求め、
前記求められた総費用及び前記求められた総時間に基づいて、平均運転費用率を求め、
前記求められた平均運転費用率に基づいて、前記在庫システムについての単一の費用率閾値を選択し、
総費用率が前記選択された費用率閾値と等しいか又はこれを上回る場合、前記入出力装置を介して前記供給業者のコンピュータに、前記補充点Sを満たすように品目を発注する、
ステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記総費用及び総時間を求めるステップは、
前記所定の期間の終わり及び前記補充点までに要求された各品目の数の関数として、前記サンプリングされた需要シナリオについての総費用を再帰的に追跡し、
追跡された在庫持ち高の関数として、前記サンプリングされた需要シナリオについての累積的最大費用率を求める、
ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
