Description
The present invention relates to an EL element (electroluminescence element) used for a flat panel display, a backlight for liquid crystal, a light source for illumination, an illumination, a light source for signage, and the like, and a display device, a display device, and a liquid crystal display using the EL element It relates to the device.
In general, as shown in FIG. 1, an EL element is formed by sequentially laminating an
In such an EL element, a direct-current voltage is applied between the
In the EL element as described above, when the
In this case, the external extraction efficiency of light is generally said to be about 20%. Therefore, the higher the luminance, the more input power is required, the energy efficiency is poor, the load on the element increases, the reliability of the EL element itself decreases, and the life of the EL element is reduced. It will be shorter.
Therefore, for the purpose of improving the external extraction efficiency of light, a
The problem of the angle dependency of the luminescent color is a problem of color misregistration in which the color visually recognized by the observer changes depending on the angle observed by the EL element. In particular, a configuration in which a light emitting layer is stacked as in a multi-unit structure is a big problem (see Non-Patent Document 1).
As described above, in a lighting device or a display device using an organic EL element, a method of incorporating a diffusing element in a lens has been proposed as a countermeasure for simultaneously solving the external light extraction efficiency and the elimination of color misregistration. For example,
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a lens sheet that satisfies the improvement in efficiency of external extraction of light from an organic EL element and the elimination of color misregistration, and a proof device and a display device including the lens sheet. With the goal.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to
According to a second aspect of the invention, the and the height of the lens element is 100μm or less, a lens sheet according to
A third aspect of the present invention is an organic EL element comprising the lens sheet according to the first or second aspect.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a lens sheet that satisfies the efficiency improvement of external extraction of light of an organic EL element and the elimination of color misregistration, and a proof device and a display device including the lens sheet.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, an EL element (electroluminescence element) 7 according to an embodiment of the present invention has an
The
The
The
The
The
And the
The
Moreover, as a formation method of the said
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in detail in FIG. 2, a plurality of the

And the
例えば、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、PC(ポリカーボネート)、PMMA(ポリメチルメタクリレート)、COP(シクロオレフィンポリマー)、アクリルニトリルスチレン共重合体、アクリロニトリルポリスチレン共重合体等の透明性や成形性に優れた材料がより好ましい。
The material used for the
Further, the
The addition amount of the diffusing element is preferably in the range of 1.1% by weight or more and 19.8% by weight or less with respect to the transparent resin for molding the
As a method for forming the
FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a production process of the lens sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention. Here, a method of forming the
First, the radiation
At this time, the diffusion element can be provided inside the
That is, as a method of forming the
Increasing the distribution of the diffusing elements toward the inner side (lens substrate sheet side) of the
In the
According to the
Here, as shown in FIG. 5, when the particle size of the diffusing element exceeds 5 μm, it becomes difficult to control the volume ratio of the diffusing element, and the shape of the lens surface is changed. As a result, the original condensing characteristic of the lens is lowered. End up. In this respect, in the
Further, since the

<Comparison result>
The lens sheets of the present invention obtained in Examples 1 and 2 are good in both the maximum value of the color temperature difference and the luminance change rate as compared with Comparative Examples 1 and 2 obtained in Comparative Examples 1 and 2. Results were obtained. Specifically, as the particle size of the diffusing element becomes larger, a result of significantly suppressing color misregistration was obtained. In addition, when comparing the single-layer comparative example 1 and the two-layer example 2 with the same particle diameter of 5 μm, the two-layer example 2 has a change in color shift due to a difference in viewing angle. It was also shown that the light intensity distribution can be made smooth.
