Description
Claims (7)
- ハブアセンブリを中心に回転する、ブレード翼根から翼端までの長さに沿って径方向を画成するプロペラブレードであって、
径方向内側領域と、
使用中に前記ブレードにかかる回転力が、コーティングされていないブレードから氷を除去するのに十分である前記ブレード翼根と前記ブレード翼端との間の位置に配置された径方向外側領域と、
少なくとも前記プロペラブレードの前縁に沿って配置され、疎氷性材料からなるコーティングと、
を有し、
前記コーティングは前記径方向内側領域から前記径方向外側領域まで前記プロペラブレードに沿って延び、
前記コーティングの凝集率が前記ブレードの前記長さに沿って径方向に変化する、
プロペラブレード。 - 前記径方向外側領域が前記ブレードの前記長さに沿って約50%〜70%にわたって位置する、請求項1に記載のプロペラブレード。
- 前記凝集率が半径の増大と共に上昇する、請求項1または2に記載のプロペラブレード。
- 前記コーティングが、前記プロペラブレードの前記前縁から前記ブレードの翼弦長に沿って約25%延びる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のプロペラブレード。
- 前記コーティングが複数の層からなる、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のプロペラブレード。
- 前記コーティングが第1、第2、第3、及び第4の層からなる、請求項5に記載のプロペラブレード。
- 前記第1の層が接着性材料からなり、前記第2の層がポリマーからなり、前記第3の層が、前記第4の層を前記第2の層に接合するためのタイコートからなる、請求項6に記載のプロペラブレード。
