<実施例1>
Next, Example 1 that embodies the waterproof connector with built-in noise filter of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<Example 1>
The noise filter built-in waterproof connector 10 (hereinafter referred to as a connector) according to the present embodiment includes a plastic connector housing 11, an insulating sheet 21 on which a noise removing circuit 27 is formed, and first and second rubber plugs 33. , 31 and a bus bar terminal (terminal fitting) 41 to which a wire 42 is attached at the rear end. The second rubber plug 31 corresponds to a rubber plug that is a constituent of the present invention. Further, in the following description, in the front-rear direction, the right side in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the connector housing 11 includes a hood portion 12 that can be fitted with a mating connector (not shown), a rubber plug housing chamber (housing chamber) 16 that can house the insulating sheet 21 and the second rubber plug 31. And a partition wall 17 that partitions the hood portion 12 and the rubber stopper housing chamber 16. A plurality of terminal insertion openings 18 are opened in the partition wall 17 so that the bus bar terminals 41 can penetrate from the rubber stopper housing chamber 16 side.

The hood portion 12 is formed in a rectangular tube shape by opening the front end side of the connector housing 11 (the connector housing 11 in front of the partition wall 17) over the entire surface. A first rubber plug 33 is accommodated in the hood portion 12 so as to be adjacent to the partition wall 17. The first rubber plug 33 is in close contact with the partition wall 17 when the connector 10 and the mating connector are fitted, and seals between the back end of the hood portion 12 and the front end of the mating connector. Moreover, the outer periphery of the 1st rubber stopper 33 and the inner peripheral surface of the hood part 12 are closely_contact | adhered in the sealing state also at the time of non-fitting.

The rubber plug housing chamber 16 is opened over the entire rear end side of the connector housing 11 (the connector housing 11 behind the partition wall 17), and is formed in a rectangular tube shape. As shown in FIG. 1, the rubber plug housing chamber 16 has an insulating sheet 21 disposed so that the surface on which the noise removing circuit 27 is formed faces rearward, and the second rubber plug 31 from the rear of the insulating sheet 21. Is housed. The inner peripheral surface of the rubber plug housing chamber 16 is a seal surface 19 with the second rubber plug 31.

The insulating sheet 21 uses a flexible film 22 having elasticity and flexibility such as polyimide as a substrate, and is formed by sequentially laminating an insulating film such as a copper foil pattern 23 and an epoxy resin. As shown in FIG. 2, the noise removing circuit 27 is composed of a ceramic capacitor (capacitor) 25 fixed to the flexible film 22 and a copper foil pattern 23. The ceramic capacitor 25 and the copper foil pattern 23 are soldered. Electrically connected. A connection region 26 where the bus bar terminal 41 penetrates the copper foil pattern 23 and is electrically connected is formed on the copper foil pattern 23 corresponding to the insertion position of the bus bar terminal 41 as shown in FIG. Yes. Specifically, a copper foil pattern 23 having the same diameter as the bus bar terminal 41 is marked in a perfect circle in the connection region 26, and a cross-shaped cut is made toward the center of the perfect circle. This cut is formed through the copper foil pattern 23 and the flexible film 22.

The second rubber plug 31 has a plate shape parallel to the partition wall 17 and covers the rubber plug housing chamber 16 on the rear end side of the connector housing 11 as shown in FIG. It is in close contact with the sealing surface 19) in a sealed state. The second rubber plug 31 is formed with a plurality of terminal insertion holes 32 having a perfect cross section so that the bus bar terminal 41 can penetrate in a liquid-tight manner.

The electric wire 42 is a covered electric wire in which a conductor made of an aluminum alloy or a copper alloy is covered with an insulating coating. The bus bar terminal 41 is composed of a copper alloy connecting portion 44 having a round bar shape with a sharp tip and a cylindrical synthetic resin case portion 43. As shown in FIG. 1, the diameter of the connection portion 44 is smaller than the diameter of the case portion 43. And the case part 43 is distribute | arranged to the rear-end part of the connection part 44, and the electric wire 42 and the connection part 44 which were connected by crimping | compression-bonding are accommodated. Further, the case portion 43 also serves as a grip portion when the bus bar terminal 41 is inserted. Note that the diameter of the case portion 43 of the bus bar terminal 41 and the diameter of the terminal insertion hole 32 of the second rubber plug 31 is slightly larger than the diameter of the terminal insertion hole 32. With such dimension setting, when the bus bar terminal 41 is inserted, the sealing performance between the case portion 43 and the inner peripheral surface of the terminal insertion hole 32 that is in close contact with the outer periphery thereof can be enhanced.

Next, a procedure for inserting the bus bar terminal 41 will be described.

The bus bar terminal 41 is inserted into a terminal insertion hole 32 formed in the second rubber plug 31. Thereafter, the connection portion 44 of the bus bar terminal 41 reaches the connection region 26 on the insulating sheet 21. As described above, the connection region 44 is easily cut in a cross shape as described above. To penetrate. Then, the copper foil pattern 23 of the noise removal circuit 27 and the connection portion 44 are brought into sliding contact with the insertion of the terminal, whereby the bus bar terminal 41 and the noise removal circuit 27 are electrically connected. Thereafter, when the bus bar terminal 41 is further inserted, the connecting portion 44 passes through the terminal insertion port 18 formed in the partition wall 17 and further passes through the first rubber plug 33 in a liquid-tight manner, so that the connecting portion 44 is connected to the hood portion. 12 (the connecting portion 44 accommodated in the hood portion 12 is electrically connected when fitted to the mating connector). When the rear end surface of the case portion 43 is flush with the rear end surface of the second rubber plug 31, the insertion of the bus bar terminal 41 is completed.

Next, the effect of Example 1 is demonstrated.

In the conventional noise filter built-in connector 10, the insulating sheet 41 is exposed, but in Example 1, the insulating sheet 21 and the connector housing 11 are covered by covering the back of the insulating sheet 21 with the second rubber plug 31. Can be waterproofed. Specifically, the inner peripheral surface of the rubber plug housing chamber 16 of the connector housing 11 and the outer periphery of the second rubber plug 31 are tightly sealed to prevent water from entering the rubber plug housing chamber 16. Even after the bus bar terminal 41 is inserted, the inner peripheral surface of the terminal insertion hole 32 provided in the second rubber plug 31 is tightly sealed to the outer periphery of the case portion 43 formed at the rear end of the bus bar terminal 41. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water from entering from the terminal insertion hole 32.

Further, by adopting the ceramic capacitor 25 that can be miniaturized for the noise removing circuit 27, the connector 10 itself can be miniaturized.

Further, by adopting the bus bar terminal 41 having a sharp tip (connection portion 44) as the terminal fitting, it becomes possible to easily penetrate the insulating sheet 21 on which the noise removing circuit 27 is formed. Connection reliability with the removal circuit 27 can be improved.

As described above, according to the present invention, the second rubber plug 31 covers the back of the insulating sheet 21 on which the noise removing circuit 27 is formed, thereby preventing water from entering the insulating sheet 21 and the connector housing 11. It becomes possible to prevent a short circuit of the circuit and a leakage between terminals. Further, by applying a capacitor to the noise removal circuit 27, the noise filtering characteristics are not impaired, the connector 10 itself can be miniaturized, and the bus bar terminal 41 having a sharp tip is used as the terminal metal, so that the terminal metal Connection reliability with the noise removal circuit 27 can be improved. Further, since it can be connected to the noise removal circuit 27 at a position near the tip of the terminal fitting, it is possible to prevent noise from being superimposed again in the process of current flowing to the tip of the terminal fitting.
