Description

The present invention relates to a lead-in mooring structure for drawing a lead-in wire such as an optical drop cable into a subscriber facility such as a house.

As is well known, an optical drop cable (drop type optical fiber cable) is a lead-in wire in which a support line and an optical fiber are integrally arranged in a polyethylene sheath, and the optical fiber cable from an aerial to a subscriber facility such as a house is used. It makes it easy to pull in.
FIG. 11 shows a conventional configuration when the optical drop cable is drawn into a house from a messenger wire installed between poles. In the figure, 1 is a messenger wire installed between poles, and 2 is an optical drop cable arranged along the messenger wire. Reference numeral 50 denotes a hook metal fitting secured to the messenger wire 1 using a segment metal fitting 51. Reference numeral 52 denotes a lead-in wire retainer disclosed in the following Patent Document 1 and the like, and engages a hook ring 53 projecting from the lead-in wire retainer 52 with the hook hardware 50 and also an optical fiber line 2a of the optical drop cable 2. The optical drop cable 2 is branched from the messenger wire 1 by partially separating the support wire 2b from the cable and winding the support wire 2b around the lead-in wire retainer 52. Reference numeral 2c denotes an adhesive tape wound around a separation portion between the optical fiber line 2a and the support line 2b of the optical drop cable 2.
In FIG. 12, a hook metal fitting 57 is fixed to a pole 55 by a fixing band 56, and a hook ring 53 and a lead-in wire retainer 52 similar to those shown in FIG. It is a configuration that has been conventionally adopted for drawing into a house or the like.
On the other hand, in FIG. 13, a fixing bracket 58 is fixed to the outer wall surface 57 of the house with screws 59, and the hook ring 60 and the lead-in wire retainer 52 are moored to the hook portion 60 formed on the fixing bracket 58 in the same manner as described above. A conventional configuration for mooring the optical drop cable 2 drawn from the messenger wire 1 or the pole 55 to the outer wall surface 57 is shown.

Further, Patent Document 2 shows a lead-in wire retainer that can be secured to a messenger wire by forming a screw shaft on the retainer main body and tightening a nut on the screw shaft.

登録実用新案第3117509号公報Registered Utility Model No. 3117509 特開2003−284228号公報JP 2003-284228 A

By the way, as shown in FIGS. 11-13, in the structure where the lead-in wire retainer 52 was moored to the outdoor wall surface, a pole, or a messenger wire by engaging the latch ring 53 with the hook metal fitting 50, etc. In addition, when the lead-in wire retainer 52 is vigorously shaken, the hook ring 53 strikes the hook metal 50 violently and generates noise, and the hook ring 53 may come off the hook metal 50.
Moreover, when using the lead-in wire retainer shown in Patent Document 1, a hook metal fitting for fixing to a messenger wire or a support wire for reinforcing a communication line, or a line metal fitting for fixing to a pole. Since different metal fittings such as a hook metal fitting and a fixing metal fitting fixed to the wall surface of the house are required, there is a problem that the number of parts is large and the cost is increased.

In addition, the retracting wire retainer shown in Patent Document 2 requires a hanging tool for retaining the support line separately from the retaining tool body when used, and the hanging tool swings due to a strong wind so that the retaining tool body moves. There is a risk of falling off from the hook part of the hook, and the hanging tool has a shape that tends to get entangled.
The present invention seeks to provide a lead-in mooring structure that can solve such problems.

For this purpose, the lead wire mooring structure according to the present invention includes a lead wire retainer in which the lead wire is fastened by screwing a nut onto the screw shaft of the main body of the pull tool body integrally formed with the screw shaft, and the screw shaft is screwed. A fixing member formed with a female screw hole to be joined, fixing the fixing member to a required outer wall surface of a house or the like, and screwing the screw shaft into the female screw hole of the fixing member at least once or more. However, it is characterized in that the lead-in wire retainer is movably anchored to the fixing member by being in a non-fastened state.

According to the service line mooring structure according to the present invention, the service line can be easily moored, and even if the service line is shaken by a strong wind or the like, a large noise is generated and there is no fear of detachment, and without stressing the service line. You can moor the service line. Further, since the required number of parts is small, the cost is reduced.

The lead-in wire retainer comprises the synthetic resin retainer body 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and the synthetic resin nut 20 shown in FIG. The retainer body 10 has a screw shaft 12 integrally formed with the base plate portion 11, forms a notch 13 in such a manner that the base portion of the screw shaft 12 is wound, and a protruding wall so as to face the notch 13 14 is formed integrally with the edge of the substrate portion 11 to form a recess 15 between the screw shaft 12 and the protruding wall 14, and a groove 16 is formed in the center of the bottom of the recess 15. ing. In addition, 17 is a recess formed on both side surfaces of the substrate part 11 in order to make the thickness of each part of the tensioner main body 10 uniform, and 18 is also formed in order to make the thickness of the screw shaft 12 uniform. It is a concave part. A through hole 19 that penetrates the screw shaft 12 in a transverse manner is formed in the recess 18 and near the tip of the screw shaft 12.

In addition, the nut 20 has a female screw that can be screwed to the screw shaft 12 formed on the inner peripheral surface 21, an outer peripheral edge 22 at one end formed in a hexagonal shape, and an end surface 23 at the other end in the circumferential direction. It is formed in the uneven surface shape which a mountain waveform continues.

On the other hand, the fixing member 30 fixed to the outer wall surface of a house or the outer wall surface of a pole is shown in FIGS. The fixing member 30 is formed by integrally forming a cylindrical portion 33 at the center of a plate-like base portion 32 having an attachment hole 31 formed in the peripheral portion, and forming a screw groove on the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion 33 to thereby form the screw. A female screw hole 34 into which the shaft 12 can be screwed is formed. Reference numeral 35 denotes a pair of long holes for threading the attachment belt formed at the bottom of the cylindrical portion 33.

The fixing member 30 is fixed to the outer wall surface 37 of the house as illustrated in FIG. 6 by inserting a screw 36 into the mounting hole 31, or to the elongated hole 35 as illustrated in FIG. 8. By passing the attachment belt 38, it is fixed to the outer wall surface 39 of the pole. Then, the nut 20 is screwed onto the screw shaft 12 of the retainer main body 10, and the tip end portion of the screw shaft 12 is screwed into the female screw hole 34 of the fixing member 30 at least once or more. However, the screw shaft 12 is in a non-fastened state (loose) so that the retractor main body 10 can freely rotate with light friction with respect to the fixing member 30. In other words, as shown in FIG. 7, the screw shaft 12 is kept in a state of being screwed with the fixing member 30 and is never tightened.

6 and 8, reference numeral 2 denotes an optical drop cable which is a lead-in wire, and the optical drop cable is formed by integrally disposing the optical fiber line 2a and the support line 2b in a polyethylene sheath so as to be separable. It is an adhesive tape wound around both ends of the separation part. Thus, the support wire 2 b separated from the optical fiber 2 a is placed in the groove 16, the nut 20 is screwed, and the support wire 2 b is fixed in the groove 16 by the nut 20. Thus, the lead-in wire 2 is wired to a subscriber facility such as a house.

As described above, in the lead-in wire mooring structure according to the present invention, the leading-end portion of the screw shaft 12 is screwed into the female screw hole 34 for at least one turn but is not fastened. Since it is moored so as to be freely slidable, even if the lead-in wire 2 is swung as shown by an arrow in FIG. 6 due to strong wind or the like, the screw shaft 12 is freely rotated to absorb the peristalsis, so Do not put extra stress on For this reason, breakage of the lead-in wire 2 due to strong wind or the like is prevented. In addition, no noise is generated at the screwed portion of the screw shaft 12, and there is no possibility that the screw shaft 12 will come off. In addition, since it is configured with a small number of parts without requiring parts such as a conventional retaining ring, and the construction work is simplified, the cost is greatly reduced.

On the other hand, FIGS. 9 and 10 show a configuration in which the lead-in wire 2 disposed along the messenger wire 1 is redirected and wired to a subscriber facility such as a house at an appropriate position by using this lead-in wire retainer. In this case, the support wire 2b is placed in the groove 16 formed in the retainer main body 10, and the messenger wire 1 is placed in the recess 15. In this state, the nut 20 is inserted into the screw shaft 12. Screw on. As a result, the messenger wire 1 is fixed so as to cover the groove 16. The nut 20 is screwed to the screw shaft 12 to press the messenger wire 1 by the concave and convex end face 23, and the messenger wire 1 enters the concave surface portion, so that it is unnecessary due to vibration of the nut 20 or the like. Is prevented.

Although this embodiment demonstrated what pulled in an optical drop cable from a messenger wire, when drawing in other service lines, service lines, such as an electric wire, the service line mooring structure which concerns on this invention can be taken.
