Description

The present invention relates to an inner bag for a cylindrical container that is placed in a cylindrical container such as a drum can and used to isolate the inside of the container from the contents, and a method for manufacturing the inner bag for a cylindrical container.

Conventionally, for example, when an article is accommodated in a drum can (made of metal, paper, plastic), an inner bag is laid on the inside. This inner bag is used to separate the contents from the drum. That is, if the contents come into direct contact with the drum can, the contents will be altered and the time and effort required for cleaning the drum can be generated. Therefore, when the contents are accommodated in the drum can, the inner bag is laid on the inside of the drum can in advance. The contents are accommodated in the drum can through the inner bag. Since the drum can is generally cylindrical, the inner bag also has a higher degree of filling of the contents when the bottom surface is circular like the drum can. Moreover, since it is so-called one-way use, it is desirable that it be inexpensive. Such an inner bag is generally manufactured by the following three types of methods.

As a first method, a cylindrical film member forming a side surface and a circular film member forming a bottom surface are welded (see Patent Document 1 below), and as a second method, a cylindrical shape is formed by blow molding. As a third method, there is a method of processing a flat bag into a shape close to a cylindrical shape.

However, according to the first method and the second method, the inner bag has the same circular shape as the drum can and adheres to the bottom of the drum can. Although close, the equipment costs for welding and molding are high and expensive. On the other hand, according to the third method, the unprocessed bag is a general flat bag and is a bottom H-shaped square bottom deformation whose bottom is linearly sealed, so that it is inexpensive. However, since it is not a complete cylindrical shape similar to a drum can, the degree of filling of the contents is lower than that when the drum can is filled directly because of a gap between the bottom corner of the drum can and the inner bag. In addition, the inner bag is smaller than the drum can inward due to the gap between it and the bottom corner of the drum can, so when the propeller for stirring approaches the bottom corner of the drum can, the propeller is placed in the inner bag. The inner bag may be broken by contact.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above circumstances. That is, a flat bag body can be deformed into a cylindrical shape that conforms to the shape of the inner surface of the cylindrical container, and is manufactured at a low cost while maintaining the same degree of filling as in the case of directly filling a drum can. An object of the present invention is to provide an inner bag for a cylindrical container and a method for producing the inner bag for a cylindrical container.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the inner bag for a cylindrical container according to the present invention has a flat bag body in which a bottom part of one side and corners that are both corners of the bottom part are formed. In an inner bag for a cylindrical container formed by being deformed into a shape, a cut formed at the corner, a trunk formed by deforming the bag body into a cylindrical shape, and the bottom deformed into a circle In addition, a bottom surface portion formed so as to be arranged substantially at right angles to the trunk portion, an inner surface on the bottom portion side in the corner portion, and an inner surface on the trunk portion side in the corner portion are shifted with respect to the boundary. And the connecting portion between the bottom surface portion and the body portion is shifted to the outer surface side of the bottom surface portion from the bottom surface portion to form an annular edge, and an adhesive portion to which the annular edge is bonded,
Is provided.

In the method for manufacturing an inner bag for a cylindrical container according to the present invention, a flat bag body in which a bottom part of one side and corners that are both corners of the bottom part are formed is deformed into the shape of the inner surface of the cylindrical container. In the manufacturing method of an inner bag for a cylindrical container for forming a cylindrical container bag body, a body part forming procedure for deforming a cylindrical body part by covering the bag body on a columnar first molded member, and A bottom surface forming procedure in which an inner surface is applied to a front end surface of the first molding member, a second molding member having the same shape as the front end surface is placed on the outer surface of the bottom portion, and the bottom portion is transformed into a circular bottom surface portion; A cut forming procedure for forming a cut in a portion, and the bottom side of the corner and the barrel side of the corner are shifted from the cut, and the bottom surface is substantially perpendicular to the barrel. Adjustment procedure, the bottom side and the corner at the corner Definitive seen containing a bonding procedure, the said bonding the body portion side, in the adjustment procedure, cyclic by shifting the connecting portion between the body portion and the bottom portion to the second mold member side of the bottom portion An edge is formed, and in the bonding procedure, the annular edge is bonded .

The method for manufacturing an inner bag for a cylindrical container according to the present invention is characterized in that the cut forming procedure is performed before the bottom surface forming procedure.

The inner bag for cylindrical containers and the method for manufacturing the inner bag for cylindrical containers according to the present invention have the above-described configuration. That is, when a flat bag body is deformed into a cylindrical shape, the bag body is expanded and deformed into a cylindrical shape, and a body portion which is a side surface of the cylindrical shape is formed. At the same time, the bottom portion of one side is expanded around the bottom portion and deformed into a circular shape, and is disposed at a right angle to the body portion to form a bottom surface portion which is a bottom surface of the cylindrical shape. The body portion and the bottom surface portion are formed, and the corner portion faces the bottom surface portion side and the body portion side. Here, the corner part is separated from the body part side and the bottom surface part side by a cut, and free ends are formed respectively, so when the bottom part is arranged at right angles to the trunk part, The inner surface and the inner surface of the body portion side are bonded to each other with a break. Therefore, the bottom surface portion can be formed at right angles to the body portion without causing poor adhesion or pinholes, and can be deformed into a cylindrical shape along the inner surface of the cylindrical container. Therefore, the degree of filling of the contained material can be made the same as when the drum can be directly filled, as much as the contained material reaches the corner. Further, since the processing is simple, it can be manufactured at a low cost while suppressing the processing cost.

In the inner bag for a cylindrical container and the method for manufacturing the inner bag for a cylindrical container according to the present invention, the annular edge portion is formed by shifting the connecting portion between the bottom surface portion and the body portion to the outer surface side of the bottom surface portion from the bottom surface portion. This annular edge is bonded. With this configuration, the annular edge portion is bonded over the entire circumference of the bottom surface portion. Accordingly, the strength of the bottom surface can be made uniform over the entire circumference.

The manufacturing method of the inner bag for cylindrical containers according to the present invention undergoes a cut forming procedure before the bottom surface forming procedure. That is, a cut can be formed even during or before processing.

Below, the inner bag for cylindrical containers which concerns on 1st embodiment of this invention, and the manufacturing method of the inner bag for cylindrical containers which concerns on 1st embodiment of this invention are demonstrated based on drawing. FIG. 1 shows a bag body 1 before being transformed into an inner bag 10 for a cylindrical container according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In the following description, without considering the thickness of the cylindrical container (not shown), the bag, and the inner bag for the cylindrical container, the cylindrical container, the inner bag for the cylindrical container, the first molded member, The diameters D are all the same length.

The cylindrical container inner bag 10 according to the first embodiment is formed by deforming a rectangular flat bag body 1 into the same cylindrical shape as the shape of the inner surface of the cylindrical container. As shown in FIG. 1, the bag body 1 that is in a state before being deformed is a so-called flat bag, and includes a closed bottom 2 on one side, corners 3 that are both corners of the bottom 2, and corners 3. A corner portion 4 that is the apex of the portion 3, a bag bottom portion 5 that is in the vicinity of the bottom portion 2, and an open end portion 6 that is an end opposite to the bottom portion 2 are formed. The corner 3 is further divided into a bottom side 14 at the corner and a trunk side 13 at the corner. Further, the bag bottom 5 will be described in detail. The bag bottom 5 is within a range connecting the center 2 of the bottom 2 by a length A in the length direction of the bag body 1 to both corners 4 in an arc shape ( The two-dot chain line in FIG. 1). Further, the bag body 1 is divided into a bottom surface deformation region 7 and a body deformation region 8. The bottom surface deformation area 7 is a range from the bottom 2 to the position of the length A in the length direction of the bag body 1, and includes the bottom 2, the corner 3, the corner 4, and the bag bottom 5. It is. On the other hand, the trunk deformation area 8 is a range from the position of the length A to the opening end 6.

The length A corresponds to the radius of the cylindrical container inner bag 10 formed by deforming the bag body 1 (see FIG. 2). Here, since the radius of the cylindrical container inner bag 10 can be obtained from the width W of the bag body 1, if the radius of the cylindrical container inner bag 10 is replaced with the length A, the length A and the bag body are considered. The relationship with the width W of 1 is as shown in the following equation [1].
“Length A = Width W / π of bag 1” [1]
Therefore, for example, if the width W of the bag 1 is 471 mm, the length A is 150 mm.

The bag body 1 is formed of, for example, a tube and a sheet such as a thermoplastic resin, and is generally a bottom seal bag in which a bottom portion 2 is formed by linearly bonding one end of a cylindrical sheet. The bag body 1 is, for example, a two-sided bag in which a single sheet is folded and bonded at both ends, or a three-sided bag in which two rectangular sheets are bonded and bonded at three points, so-called back bonding. It may be a bag (joint bag) or the like (not shown).

Such a bag body 1 is transformed into the cylindrical container inner bag 10 by the manufacturing method of the cylindrical container inner bag according to the first embodiment. Here, the manufacturing method of the inner bag for a cylindrical container according to the first embodiment undergoes a trunk part forming procedure, a bottom surface forming procedure, a cut forming procedure, an adjusting procedure, and an adhesion procedure.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, in the method for manufacturing an inner bag for a cylindrical container, when the bag body 1 is deformed into a cylindrical shape, a lower base 30 as a first molding member and an upper base as a second molding member 33. The lower base 30 has a columnar shape following the cylindrical container, and is formed with a circular lower base side surface 31 and a circular lower base front end surface 32 which is an upper end of the lower base side surface 31 (see FIG. 2). On the other hand, the upper base 33 is a columnar shape having the same shape as the lower base 30 and is formed with a circular upper base side surface 34 and a circular upper base front end surface 35 which is the lower end of the upper base side surface 34 (see FIG. 4). ).

The diameter D of the lower base 30 is the same as the diameter of the cylindrical container inner bag 10. Since the diameter of the cylindrical container inner bag 30 can be obtained from the width W of the bag body 1, If the diameter of the bag 30 is replaced with the diameter D of the lower base 30, the relationship between the diameter D of the lower base 30 and the width W of the bag body 1 is as shown in the following equation [2].
“Diameter D = 2 × Width W / π of bag 1” [2]
Therefore, for example, if the width W of the bag body 1 is 471 mm, the diameter D of the lower base 30 is 300 mm. This result is clear also from Formula [1].

As shown in FIG. 2, in the trunk portion forming procedure, the bag body 1 is deformed into the cylindrical trunk portion 11 by covering the bag body 1 on the cylindrical lower base 30. Specifically, the bag body 1 is covered with the lower base 30 from the opening end side 6 and the body deformation area 8 of the bag body 1 is aligned with the lower base side face 31 so that the trunk deformation area 8 is deformed along the lower base side face 31. Thus, the body portion 11 is formed.

Here, as the body 11 is formed, the bottom surface deformation area 7 is also deformed. More specifically, in the bottom surface deformation area 7, the bottom 2 is depressed toward the lower base front end surface 32, and the bag bottom 5 is folded inward at the upper end of the lower base side surface 31 to cover the central portion of the lower base front end surface 32. . While the corner 3 swells, the inner surface of the body side 13 at the corner and the inner surface of the bottom side 14 at the corner face each other. That is, with the body side 13 at the corner standing on the extension of the body 11, the bottom side 14 at the corner is inclined toward the lower base front end surface 32 as the bottom 2 and the bag bottom 5 are deformed. To do.

2B, since the flat bag body 1 is deformed into a columnar shape, the diameter D of the trunk portion 11 is smaller than the width W of the bag body 1, while the bottom portion 2 does not change its length even if it is depressed due to the formation of the body 11. For example, if the width W of the bag body 1 is 471 mm, the diameter D of the trunk portion 11 is deformed to 300 mm (see equation [2]), but the path of the bottom portion 2 is 471 mm which is the same as the width W of the bag body 1. . On the other hand, the body side 13 at the corner is the same as the length A (see FIGS. 1 and 2), and as described above, the length A corresponds to the radius of the body 11 (formula [1] reference). Therefore, the trunk side 13 at the corner is the same as the radius of the trunk 11.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, in the bottom surface portion forming procedure, the inner surfaces of the bottom portion 2 and the bag bottom portion 5 are brought into contact with the lower base tip surface 32 of the lower base 30, The upper base formed with 35 is placed on the outer surfaces of the bottom 2 and the bag bottom 5 to deform the bottom 2 and the bag bottom 5 into a circular bottom 12. More specifically, both the corners 3 are tilted outward, the inner surface of the bottom side 14 at the corner and the inner surface of the body side 13 at the corner are aligned, and the bag 3 is pulled sideways by pulling the corner 3 sideways. The bag bottom 5 is entirely brought into close contact with the lower base tip surface 32. The upper base 33 is placed thereon, and the upper base tip surface 35 and the lower base front end surface 32 are deformed into a circular bottom surface portion 12 with the bottom 2 and the bag bottom 5 sandwiched therebetween. When the corner portion 3 is raised inward in this state and raised upward, the bottom side 14 at the corner portion is pressed against the upper base side surface 34, the inner surface of the trunk side 13 at the corner portion, and the bottom side at the corner portion 14 is in close contact with the inner surface.

As shown in FIG. 5, in the cut forming procedure, a cut 15 is formed in the corner 3. More specifically, the corner 4 side of the corner 3 is cut, and free ends are formed at the body side 13 at the corner and the bottom side 14 at the corner. In addition, although the position of the cut 15 is arbitrary, it is necessary to determine in consideration of the welding width as described later.

Here, the cut formation procedure may be performed any time before the bottom surface formation procedure. Therefore, for example, when the cut formation procedure is first performed, as shown in FIG. 13, the bag body 1 in which the cut 15 is formed in advance is used. The cut 15 formed in the bag 1 in advance is formed, for example, on the body side 13 at the corner (see FIG. 13A), or by cutting the corner 4 (FIG. 13B). )reference). That is, it should just be formed in the position which can separate the trunk | drum side 13 in a corner, and the bottom part 14 in a corner.

As shown in FIG. 6, in the adjustment procedure, the bottom side 12 is substantially displaced from the trunk 11 by shifting the bottom side 14 at the corner and the trunk side 13 at the corner with respect to the cut 15. Make a right angle. More specifically, the bottom side 14 at the corner, which is the free end, and the body side 13 at the corner are shifted upward, and the bottom side 14 at the corner and the body side 13 at the corner are brought into close contact with each other. Align so that no wrinkles remain. At that time, the bottom surface portion 12 is aligned along the upper base front end surface 35 and the bottom portion side 14 at the corner is aligned along the upper base side surface 34.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 2B and FIG. 6B, the trunk side 13 at the corner was cut in the cut forming procedure by going through the above-described trunk forming procedure to the adjusting procedure. It becomes the length B which is the length which divided the part. On the other hand, the bottom side 14 at the corner is divided from the length (distance) of the bottom 2 by the diameter D of the bottom surface 12 (the diameter D of the body 11 and the diameter D of the lower base 30) and the portion cut in the cut forming procedure. It becomes the length C which is the length which was made. For example, if the width W of the bag body 1 is 471 mm, the diameter D of the trunk portion 11 (the diameter D of the lower base 30) is 300 mm (see Formula [2]). Since the part side 13 is the same as the radius of the trunk | drum 11, it is 150 mm (refer Formula [1]). On the other hand, since the length (distance) of the bottom portion 2 is 471 mm which is the same as the width W of the bag body 1 and the diameter D of the bottom surface portion 12 is 300 mm which is the same as the diameter D of the body portion 11, The bottom side 14 of the part is 171 mm. Here, if the part cut in the cut forming procedure is 50 mm, by dividing this 50 mm, the length B of the body side 13 at the corner becomes 100 mm, while the bottom side 14 at the corner becomes The length C is 71 mm.

As shown in FIG. 7, in the bonding procedure, the bottom side 14 at the corner and the trunk side 13 at the corner are bonded. More specifically, a seal bar (not shown) or the like is pressed from the outer side of the body side 13 at the corner toward the lower base end surface 35 of the upper base side 34, and the bottom side 14 at the corner and the body side at the corner. 13 is welded to form an adhesive portion 16 on the outer surface side of the bottom surface portion 12. The welding width of the adhesion part 16 is about 8 mm.

As shown in FIG. 8, the cylindrical container inner bag 10 is completed by cutting the corner 3 above the welded portion 16 and removing the upper base 33 and the lower base 30.

As described above, the configuration of the cylindrical container inner bag 10 formed by the method for manufacturing the cylindrical container inner bag according to the first embodiment is as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 9, the cylindrical body portion 11 formed by deforming the bag body 1 into a cylindrical shape, and the bottom portion 2 of the bag body 1 is deformed into a circular shape and at the same time with respect to the body portion 11. The bottom surface portion 12 formed so as to be arranged substantially at right angles, the inner surface of the bottom portion side 14 at the corner portion, and the inner surface of the trunk portion side 13 at the corner portion are shifted with respect to the cut 15 (see FIG. 5) as the bottom surface. It is comprised from the adhesion part 16 which faced on the outer surface side of the part 12, and was adhere | attached. The bonding portion 16 is formed at two locations along the edge of the bottom surface portion 12, and a connecting portion 17 in which the bottom surface portion 12 and the body portion 11 are directly connected is formed between the bonding portions 16.

As described above, the first embodiment is configured. Next, the effect of 1st embodiment is demonstrated with an effect | action.

As described above, according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the corner 4 side of the corner 3 is cut to form the cut 15, and the trunk side 13 at the corner and the bottom side 14 at the corner are formed. Form a free end. When the bottom surface portion 12 is disposed at a right angle to the body portion 11, the bottom side 14 at the corner, which is a free end, and the body side 13 at the corner are shifted upward with a cut 15 as a boundary, and the corner portion The bottom side 14 and the body side 13 at the corners are in close contact with each other so that no wrinkles remain. At that time, the bottom surface portion 12 is aligned along the upper base front end surface 35, and the bottom portion side 14 at the corner is aligned along the upper base side surface 34. Therefore, the bottom surface portion 12 can be formed at right angles to the body portion 11 without causing poor adhesion or pinholes, and can be deformed into a cylindrical shape along the inner surface of the cylindrical container. Therefore, the degree of filling of the contained material can be made the same as when the drum can be directly filled, as much as the contained material reaches the corner. Further, since the processing is simple, it can be manufactured at a low cost while suppressing the processing cost.

Furthermore, since the original flat bag body 1 is formed from a single sheet, it can be manufactured at low cost while suppressing material costs.

In addition, since the cut formation procedure can be performed before the bottom surface formation procedure, the cut 15 can be formed even during or before processing.

Next, the inner bag 40 for cylindrical containers which concerns on 2nd embodiment of this invention, and the manufacturing method of the inner bag for cylindrical containers which concerns on 2nd embodiment of this invention are demonstrated based on drawing. In the following description, only the configuration different from the first embodiment is described, and the description of the same configuration is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 10, in the manufacturing procedure of the cylindrical container inner bag according to the second embodiment, in the adjustment procedure, the connecting portion 47 between the bottom surface portion 42 and the body portion 41 is set to be higher than the bottom surface portion 42. The annular edge 18 is formed by shifting to the side. More specifically, the body side 43 at the corner which is a free end is pulled upward and the connecting portion 47 is lifted, and the connecting portion 47 is shifted and covered on the upper table side surface 34. Thereby, the annular edge 18 is formed over the entire circumference of the upper base side surface 34. As shown in FIG. 11, in the bonding procedure, the annular edge 18 is bonded. As finishing, the upper part 33 is cut | disconnected from the cyclic | annular edge 18, and the cylindrical container inner bag 40 is completed by removing the upper base 33 and removing from the lower base 30. Other procedures are the same as those in the first embodiment.

As described above, the configuration of the cylindrical container inner bag 40 formed by the method for manufacturing the cylindrical container inner bag according to the second embodiment is as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 12, the cylindrical body 41 formed by deforming the bag body 1 into a cylindrical shape, and the bottom portion 2 of the bag body 1 is deformed into a circular shape and at the same time with respect to the body 41. The bottom surface 42 formed at a substantially right angle, the inner surface of the bottom side 44 at the corner, and the inner surface of the trunk side 43 at the corner are shifted from each other with the cut 15 (see FIG. 5) as a boundary. The annular portion 18 is formed so as to face each other on the outer surface side of the portion 42, and the connecting portion 47 between the bottom surface portion 42 and the body portion 41 is bonded to the outer surface side of the bottom surface portion 42 with a shift from the bottom surface portion 42. .

As described above, the second embodiment is configured. Next, the effect of 2nd embodiment is demonstrated with an effect | action.

As described above, according to the second embodiment of the present invention, with the cut 15 as a boundary, the body side 43 at the corner which is the free end is pulled upward and the connecting portion 47 is lifted up, and the connecting portion 47 is shifted. Cover the upper side 34. Thereby, the annular edge 18 is formed over the entire circumference of the upper base side surface 34, and the annular edge 18 is bonded. Therefore, the strength of the bottom surface portion 42 can be made uniform over the entire circumference.
