Description
CH2=C(CH3)mSi(OR)n又は
CH2=C(CH3)mC=OOASi(OR)n
を有することができ、式中、mは0又は1であり、
Rは1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、
Aは、二価の有機連結基であり、
nは1〜3である。
32オンス(0.95L)のガラス瓶に約50グラムのポリカプロラクトンジオール及び約0.04gのBHTを加え、これを油浴中で60℃に加熱する。全ての固形ポリカプロラクトンを溶融した後、磁気攪拌の下で、2モル等価のIEM(約7.8g)を15分間かけて加えた。1滴(約0.02g)のジブチルスズジラウレート(Aldrich)をその混合物に加えた。この反応を60℃で12時間続けた。得られた白色の固形物をIR及びNMRで明らかにし、それぞれポリカプロラクトンIEMであることが確認された。
およそ25.0mgの各サンプルを10mlのテトラヒドロフランに加えた。サンプル溶液を一晩揺動させ、0.25マイクロメートルのTeflonシリンジフィルターで濾過した。
表1に列挙される成分は、以下のように混合された:均一になるまでまず顔料を樹脂成分と混合し、次いで充填剤を加え、均一になるまで最終組成物を混合した。
試験方法:
International Standard ISO 4049−2009の表題「Dentistry−Polymer−based filling,restorative and luting materials」に記載される手順に従って、曲げ強度を試験した。
ワッツ収縮(ワッツ)試験方法は、硬化後の体積変化により、試験試料の収縮を測定する。試料調製(90mgの未硬化複合材の試験試料)及び試験手順は、次の参考文献に記載されたように行なわれた:Determination of Polymerization Shrinkage Kinetics in Visible−Light−Cured Materials:Methods Development,Dental Materials,October 1991,pages 281〜286。縮合パーセントに関する結果は、各試料について3つの反復の平均として以下のように報告された。
染色用ディスクの準備
液圧プレス(Carver Inc.,Wabash,INから入手可能)を約60℃で使用して、歯科用組成物のサンプル(約10グラム)を(2片のシリコーン剥離紙の間で)約1.1ミリメートル厚さに押圧した。次いで、押圧された各サンプルは、室温で7日間保管され、その後直径14mmのディスクを切り取り、厚さ1mm×直径15mmのスプリットモールドに、「Mylar」の商品名でDuPontから入手可能な2片の1ミル(0.025mm)のポリエステルフィルムの間に挟まれて置かれた。次いで、これを2つの鋼板の間に置き、上記の液圧プレスで、37℃で2分間、1000psi(6.9×106Pa)下にて押圧した。次いで、ポリエステルフィルムに挟まれたサンプルを液圧プレスから取り出し、ポリエステルフィルムを厚さ1mmの50mm×75mmのガラス顕微鏡スライド(VWR Catalog # 374〜1407)で覆い、VISILUX Model 2500歯科用硬化光(3M ESPE)を使用して50秒間光硬化した。その後、もう一方の側も、ガラス顕微鏡スライドを通して50秒間硬化した。ポリエステルフィルムが依然として存在する状態で、歯科用複合材料ディスクを37℃の炉内で15分間調整した。次いで、このサンプルディスクを染色試験前に37℃の脱イオン水中に保管した。
15gのFolgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee Crystalsを85gの80℃の脱イオン水に加え、十分に混合し、次いで37°以下に冷ますことにより、15%のコーヒー溶液を準備した(コーヒー結晶は、Folger Coffee Company,Cincinnati,OH 45202から市販)。

式中、各0は、初期値を表し、各1は、指示された試験溶液中で硬化した歯科用組成物を調整した後の値を表す。
米国特許出願第2005/100868号に記載のものと類似した2段階のプロセスによって、歯冠を調製した。試験される各ベーストのサンプルを、約19%の酢酸ビニルを含有するエチレン−酢酸ビニル(EVA)コポリマーフィルムで裏打ちされた空洞に注入した。このペーストのサンプルを、第2の複数割り鋳型に移し、第2のポリエチレンフィルムで覆い、圧縮モールト成形して、中空の歯冠形状を形成した。この成形型は、対称模型の下の第1大臼歯の形状であった。結果として形成された歯冠は、約10.6mmの近心遠位寸法を有していた。
P.Pallav,C.L.Davidson,及びA.J.DeGeeによりJ Pros Dent 59(1988)(4),pp.426〜429に記載されるACTA法に概ね従って、サンプルを3体摩耗試験において比較実施例2(CE2)と比較した。手順は、アジ化ナトリウムを磨耗媒体から除き、最初にACTA磨耗機械上で研削ではなく機械加工によって摩耗車輪を準備することにより、修正された。磨耗深さを6つの間隔で測定し、最小二乗法によって線を適合させ、CE2の傾斜に対する各材料の傾斜の比を出すことにより、磨耗比を測定した。本実験の結果は、以下の表にまとめられている:

Claims (9)
- 未硬化の歯科修復組成物を含む、予備形成された半完成歯科用物品であって、
3000g/モル以下の分子量を有するフリーラジカル重合可能な半結晶性樹脂を含む樹脂系と、
一次粒子の平均粒子径が100nm未満であるナノクラスター充填剤を少なくとも50重量%と、
を含み、
前記未硬化の歯科修復組成物は第2の形状に形成されるのに十分展性である第1の形状を有する、半完成歯科用物品。 - 歯科用物品を作製する方法であって、
第1の形状を有する予備形成された未硬化の半完成歯科用物品を提供することであって、前記未硬化の半完成歯科用物品が、
3000g/モル以下の分子量を有するフリーラジカル重合可能な半結晶性樹脂を含む樹脂系、
一次粒子の平均粒子径が100nm未満であるナノクラスター充填剤を少なくとも50重量%、及び
15重量%〜30重量%の範囲の量で存在する1つ以上の更なるナノスケール微粒子充填剤を含む、前記未硬化の半完成歯科用物品を提供することと、
前記未硬化の半完成歯科用物品を第2の形状に形成することと、
前記未硬化の半完成歯科用物品を硬化によって硬くすることと、
を含む、方法。 - 3000g/モル以下の分子量を有するフリーラジカル重合可能な半結晶性樹脂を含む樹脂系と、
一次粒子の平均粒子径が100nm未満であるナノクラスター充填剤を少なくとも50重量%と、
