<作物育成度数測定の具体的方法>

今、各栄養源iに対応する特性値αiに対して、その全栄養源にわたる合計に対する割合をpiとすれば、
pi = αi / Σαj ただし、Σはjについて行う。
となる。平均情報量は、全ての栄養源についてのpが1/n(nは栄養源の数)である場合に、最大値を取り、対数の底をnとおけば、1.0となる。
このとき、
E = -Σ(αi / Σαj) logn pi =Σαi logn pi / Σαj
となる。一方算術平均Aは、
A= Σαj / n
であるから、Eに算術平均を掛けると、
AE = - Σαi logn pi / n
となる。すなわち、単純平均に比較して、logn piの項が加わっているだけであるので、一種の重み漬け平均と見なすことが可能である。

- 特定の農地から基準土壌を採取する基準土壌採取第一ステップと、
前記基準土壌の懸濁液を少なくとも一部は微生物種によって消費速度が異なる複数の栄養源に滴下して、前記基準土壌中に含まれる微生物種による前記栄養源の一定時間内での累積消費量を観察し、前記各栄養源ごとに、前記基準土壌に係る特性値を算出する基準土壌特性値算出第二ステップと、
前記特定の農地を産地として表示する農産物に付着した土壌を被検査土壌として採取する被検査土壌採取第三ステップと、
前記被検査土壌の懸濁液を、前記基準土壌特性値算出第二ステップで使用した栄養源と同種の栄養源に滴下して、前記被検査土壌中に含まれる微生物種による栄養源の一定時間内での累積消費量を観察し、前記各栄養源ごとに、前記被検査土壌に係る特性値を算出する被検査土壌特性値算出第四ステップと、
前記各栄養源ごとの特性値相互間の比率である特性値相互比率を前記被検査土壌及び前記基準土壌について算出し、前記被検査土壌の前記特性値相互比率を前記基準土壌の前記特性値相互比率と対比することにより、両者の差が所定の基準を超えた場合には前記農産物の産地表示を偽装と判定する判定最終ステップ
とからなる産地偽装判定方法。
