Claims (11)
- 流体マニホルド装置であって、
(a)間隔を置いて配置されたマニホルド取付け具(34)のアレイと、
(b)その各々が2つの隣合う前記マニホルド取付け具(34)の各々の1つのアームに結合された複数の湾曲チューブ(36)と、
を含み、
各前記マニホルド取付け具(34)が、
(i)ほぼ管状のネック部(38)と、
(ii)前記ネック部(38)の第1の端部から離れる方向に延びる一対の間隔を置いて配置されたほぼ管状のアーム(40)と、
(iii)前記ネック部(38)の第2の端部に連結されたカップリング(42)と、
を含み、
前記アームと前記ネック部とでY字状を形成し、
前記アーム及び前記ネック部は、前記カップリングに対し1部材として回転可能であり、
前記カップリングの各々は、ガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器に設けられた燃料ノズル入口ステム(30)に連結される、装置。 - 前記カップリング(42)が、内側部材(44)と該内側部材(44)を囲むカラー(52)とを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記カラー(52)が、ネジ付きでありかつ前記内側部材(44)のショルダ部(51)に対して支持された環状フランジ(54)を含む、請求項2記載の装置。
- 各前記入口ステム(30)が、入口取付け具を含み、前記入口取付け具が、
(a)前記カップリング(42)の内側部材(44)によって形成された座部と相補形になった形状を有するボールノーズ部(50)と、
(b)該入口取付け具の外表面の溝内に配置された弾性シーリング要素(55)と、を含む、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 各前記チューブ(36)が、一定の曲率半径を有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブ(36)の端部が、前記マニホルド取付け具(34)のアーム(40)に固定結合される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 流体マニホルドを組立てる方法であって、
(a)その各々が、(i)ほぼ管状のネック部(38)と、(ii)前記ネック部(38)の第1の端部から離れる方向に延びる一対の間隔を置いて配置されたほぼ管状のアーム(40)であって前記ネック部とY字状を形成するアーム(40)と、(iii)前記ネック部(38)の第2の端部に連結されたカップリング(42)であって、該カップリングの各々がガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器に設けられた燃料ノズル入口ステム(30)に連結され且つ前記アーム及び前記ネック部が該カップリング(42)に対し1部材として回転可能であるカップリング(42)とを含む、間隔を置いて配置されたマニホルド取付け具(34)のアレイを準備するステップと、
(b)複数の湾曲チューブ(36)を準備しかつ各該チューブ(36)の1つの端部を2つの隣合う前記マニホルド取付け具(34)の各々の1つのアームに結合するステップと、
(c)前記組立てたマニホルドが、所定の第1の固有振動数を有するように、各前記マニホルド取付け具(34)を所定の角度配向に配置するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記カップリング(42)が、内側部材(44)と該内側部材(44)を囲むカラー(52)とを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記カラー(52)が、ネジ付きでありかつ前記内側部材(44)のショルダ部(51)に対して支持された環状フランジ(54)を含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 各前記入口ステム(30)が、入口取付け具を含み、前記入口取付け具が、
(a)前記カップリング(42)の内側部材(44)によって形成された座部と相補形になった形状を有するボールノーズ部(50)と、
(b)該入口取付け具の外表面の溝内に配置された弾性シーリング要素(55)と、を含む、
請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記チューブ(36)の端部が、前記マニホルド取付け具(34)のアーム(40)に固定結合される、請求項7乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
