本実施形態の実施例について説明する。
(a)被験者は、19名(男性15名)、年齢19〜67歳。
表1は、本実施例により測定されたSD1値、SD2値、およびSD1/SD2比と、p値とを示している。

Claims (9)
- 連続する心拍において心拍間隔を測定し、任意の時点の心拍間隔を横軸座標、次の心拍間隔を縦軸座標として順次プロットした二次元直交グラフを作成するグラフ作成手段と、
前記グラフにおいて、原点と横座標と縦座標とが等しい点を通過する直線に対する、プロットされた点群の垂直方向の分布の標準偏差と、この直線に対して平行方向の分布の標準偏差との比の変化に基づいててんかん発作を検出する発作検出手段と、
を有するてんかん発作検出装置。 - 前記発作検出手段は、前記平行方向の分布の標準偏差に対する前記垂直方向の分布の標準偏差の比があらかじめ設定された閾値以下となることにより前記発作を検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のてんかん発作検出装置。
- 前記閾値は、前記心拍間隔の被験者ごとに設定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のてんかん発作検出装置。
- 前記発作検出手段が発作を検出したときに、検出信号を出力する検出信号出力手段をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のてんかん発作検出装置。
- 前記心拍間隔を計測する心拍間隔計測手段をさらに有し、前記グラフ作成手段は、前記心拍間隔計測手段により計測された連続する心拍間隔の値についてプロットすることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のてんかん発作検出装置。
- 連続する心拍において心拍間隔を測定し、任意の時点の心拍間隔を横軸座標、次の心拍間隔を縦軸座標として順次プロットした二次元直交グラフを作成するグラフ作成手順と、
前記グラフにおいて、原点と横座標と縦座標とが等しい点を通過する直線に対する、プロットされた点群の垂直方向の分布の標準偏差と、この直線に対して平行方向の分布の標準偏差との比の変化に基づいててんかん発作を検出する発作検出手順と、
をコンピュータに実行させるためのてんかん発作検出プログラム。 - 前記発作検出手順は、前記平行方向の分布の標準偏差に対する前記垂直方向の分布の標準偏差の比があらかじめ設定された閾値以下となることにより前記発作を検出することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のてんかん発作検出プログラム。
- 前記閾値は、前記心拍間隔の被験者ごとに設定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のてんかん発作検出プログラム。
- 前記発作検出手順において発作が検出されたときに、検出信号を出力する検出信号出力手順をさらにコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載のてんかん発作検出プログラム。
