Description
The present invention relates to a corrugated tube mounting tool used for mounting a corrugated tube to a linear body.
A wire harness mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile may include a corrugated tube that protects a linear body such as an electric wire or an optical fiber cable. The corrugated tube is made of a synthetic resin member having a bellows structure having irregularities that are alternately continuous in one direction that is the axial direction of the linear body.
The corrugated tube may be cut, i.e., having a pair of edges in the circumferential direction, or not. The latter consists of a cylindrical member, while the former consists of a member that forms a cylinder in a state where a pair of edges along one direction are in contact with each other. In this specification, the description of a corrugated tube means a corrugated tube with a cut unless otherwise specified. For example,
When a corrugated tube with a cut is employed, a linear body can be inserted into the hollow portion of the corrugated tube from the cut of the corrugated tube, that is, between a pair of edges of the corrugated tube. Moreover, as shown in
A corrugated tube with a cut is obtained by adding a cutting process for forming a cut to a corrugated tube without a cut. Therefore, the corrugated tube with a cut is in a state where the cut is closed, that is, a state where the end surfaces of a pair of edges are in contact in an initial state where no external force is applied. Therefore, as shown in
The dedicated jigs shown in
Moreover, the corrugated tube shown by patent document 3 has a bending part which forms the groove | channel along an axial center direction in an outer peripheral surface. The corrugated tube is easily elastically deformed in the direction in which the cut is opened around the folded portion (bottom plate portion of the groove).
In the corrugated tube shown in Patent Document 3, the folded portion is a groove formed in a convex portion on the outside. Therefore, when a corrugated tube deform | transforms to the upper part which the cut | disconnection opens, a pair of side wall part which forms a groove | channel in a folding part contacts. Therefore, the corrugated tube cannot be deformed to a sufficiently open state only by deformation of the bent portion.
A conventional corrugated tube is opened by elastic deformation. Such a conventional corrugated tube is placed on the linear body while the interval between a part of the pair of edge portions is sequentially increased by a dedicated jig in order from one end portion in the axial direction to the other end portion. At that time, the dedicated jig slides with respect to the linear body, or the corrugated tube slides with respect to the linear body. Therefore, when the corrugated tube is attached to a linear body having irregularities on the surface, such as an electric wire bundle bundled by a binding belt, the dedicated jig or the corrugated tube is easily caught by the irregularities of the linear body.
Therefore, the conventional corrugated tube has a problem that it is difficult to attach it to a linear body having an uneven surface. Furthermore, the conventional corrugated tube has a problem that the longer the length thereof, the greater the effort required for the attachment work to the linear body.
On the other hand, if the corrugated tube can be deformed into a sufficiently open shape and has a structure capable of maintaining the open shape, the corrugated tube is attached to the linear body by the procedure shown below. Is possible. That is, first, the corrugated tube is deformed into the open state over its entire length, and then the linear body is placed on the inner surface of the open corrugated tube over its entire length, and then the corrugated tube is cylindrical. It is possible to adopt a mounting procedure of returning to the (closed state).
Therefore, when the corrugated tube has a structure that can maintain a sufficiently open shape, the corrugated tube can be easily attached to a linear body having an uneven surface. However, even in this case, when the corrugated tube is long, it is troublesome to sequentially lock the next fastening mechanism over the entire length of the corrugated tube from one end to the other end.
The present invention provides a corrugated tube mounting tool that facilitates attaching the corrugated tube to a linear body such as an electric wire when the corrugated tube has a structure capable of maintaining a sufficiently open shape. With the goal.
In the corrugated tube mounting device according to the first aspect of the present invention, a corrugated tube formed on a pair of first edge and second edge along a direction in which a fastening mechanism that overlaps and engages with each other is a linear body. It is a tool to be worn and includes the following components.
(1) The first component includes the corrugated tube that supports a part of the linear body on the inner surface in an open state in which the first edge and the second edge are separated from each other. The first support portion that supports the first direction and the second direction intersecting the first edge portion at least at a position near the first edge portion on the outer peripheral surface of the corrugated tube.
(2) The second component is configured such that the corrugated tube supported by the first supporting portion is located at a position near the second edge portion at least on the outer surface of the corrugated tube in a range extending over the entire length of the corrugated tube. It is the second support part to support.
(3) A third component may be configured such that the second support portion is moved from a remote position closer to a closer position with respect to a portion supporting the corrugated tube in the first support portion at a position near the first edge. The second support part is supported so as to be rotatable relative to the first support part, and at least in the proximity position, the second support part is viewed from a direction opposite to the direction between the first direction and the second direction. It is a rotation support part supported in the attitude | position which supports the said corrugated tube.
The corrugated tube mounting tool according to the second aspect of the present invention is an aspect of the corrugated tube according to the first aspect. In the corrugated tube mounting tool according to the second aspect, one or both of the first support portion and the second support portion is formed with a protrusion that fits into a recess on the outer surface of the corrugated tube.
The corrugated tube mounting tool according to each of the above aspects is used for attaching a corrugated tube having a structure capable of maintaining a sufficiently open shape to a linear body.
When the corrugated tube mounting tool according to each of the above aspects is employed, the corrugated tube is attached to the linear body by the procedure shown below. That is, the open corrugated tube is placed on the first support portion of the corrugated tube mounting tool, and a part of the linear body is placed on the inner surface of the open corrugated tube. Thereafter, when a human operation or a force of a predetermined drive source is applied to the rotation support unit, the second support unit supported by the rotation support unit moves from a remote position to a proximity position with respect to the first support unit. Rotate relatively.
By the above procedure, the portion near the first edge and the portion near the second edge of the corrugated tube supported by each of the first supporting portion and the second supporting portion are arranged in the corrugated tube located between them. Each pivots about a hinge (rotation center) and is displaced from an open state to a closed state (tubular).
In addition, the second support portion is supported in a posture to support the portion near the second edge of the corrugated tube from a direction opposite to the direction between the two directions that are the support direction of the first support portion at the close position. Yes. Therefore, when the corrugated tube is in the closed state, the second edge portion is pushed into the first edge portion by the second support portion, and the portion on the second edge side in the fastening mechanism is smoothly the first edge portion. Dive into the inside of the side part.
In addition, since the first support portion and the second support portion support the corrugated tube over the entire length of the corrugated tube, the second edge smoothly moves to the inside of the first edge over the entire length of the corrugated tube. Pushed in. Thereby, a fastening mechanism will be in a locked state substantially simultaneously in the range over the full length of a corrugated tube.
Therefore, if the corrugated tube mounting tool according to each of the above aspects is employed, it is unnecessary to slide the mounting tool on the linear body and to slide the corrugated tube on the linear body. As a result, even when the corrugated tube is attached to a linear body having an uneven surface, the corrugated tube can be easily attached to the linear body.
Furthermore, if the corrugated tube mounting tool according to each of the above aspects is employed, the corrugated tube can be deformed from the open state to the closed state (locked state) almost simultaneously within the entire length. Therefore, even if the corrugated tube is long, the corrugated tube can be easily attached to the linear body.
Moreover, if the corrugated tube mounting tool which concerns on a 2nd aspect is employ | adopted, the position of the corrugated tube which the projection part fitted in the recessed part of the outer surface of a corrugated tube will be supported by the 1st support part and the 2nd support part will shift | deviate. prevent. Therefore, the attachment of the corrugated tube to the linear body is more reliably completed.
Hereinafter, before describing the embodiment of the present invention, an example of a corrugated tube to be attached to a linear body in the embodiment of the present invention will be described. The corrugated tube exemplified below is a member that covers the periphery of a linear body such as an electric wire or an optical fiber cable mounted on a vehicle, for example. In addition, the corrugated tube exemplified below has a structure capable of maintaining an open state.
<第1例>

On the other hand, each of the plurality of
Further, a groove-like third
Also, when a bending stress is applied to the

Next, the opening / closing structure of the

In the following description, the portion from the
The semi-cylindrical shape is not necessarily a term meaning the shape of a half part of the entire cylinder. That is, the two
In the
Therefore, when an external force is applied in the direction in which the pair of

The

However, the
When an external force is applied to the

As described above, if the
Therefore, if the
Furthermore, if the

In order for the end surfaces 131 and 141 of the pair of
On the other hand, in the
Note that when the
In the
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiment is an example embodying the present invention, and is not an example of limiting the technical scope of the present invention.
<Embodiment: Corrugated tube fitting>

In addition, in FIG. 8, the
As described above, the

<First support part of the mounting tool>
The
Accordingly, the
As shown in FIG. 9, the
Moreover, in this embodiment, the

In the present embodiment, the first direction R1 and the second direction R2 are directions orthogonal to each other by 90 °. However, it is also conceivable that the first direction R1 and the second direction R2 form an acute angle, or that the first direction R1 and the second direction R2 form an obtuse angle.

Therefore, the

<Rotating support part of the mounting tool>
The
Furthermore, the
“Relatively rotatable” means that the
The
FIG. 9 is a view of the corrugated
As shown in FIG. 9, the
Further, the
In the present embodiment, the
<Corrugated tube installation process>
Next, a corrugated tube mounting process using the corrugated
In the corrugated tube mounting step, first, the
Further, the
Further, a part of the linear body such as the
Next, the pair of
It is also conceivable that one of the pair of
When the
In this embodiment, the
Further, the
And since the
Then, as shown in FIG. 11, when the
<Application example of the first support part>
Next, the
FIG. 12 is a side view of the
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the
The protruding
12 and 13, the protruding
<効果>
<Effect>
As described above, the corrugated
When the corrugated
Further, the first half cylindrical portion 101 (first edge portion 13) of the
In addition, the
And since the
Therefore, if the corrugated
Furthermore, if the corrugated
Moreover, if the
<その他>
<Others>
In the
In the
The corrugated tube according to the present invention can be freely combined with the embodiments described above within the scope of the invention described in each claim, or can be appropriately modified or partially omitted from each embodiment.
