Description

The present invention relates to a member joining method.

As is well known, the frame structure refers to a structure that supports a floor, a roof, and the like by a column member and a beam member joined to the column member. These column members and beam members are each manufactured at a factory, then transported to a construction site (site) of a frame structure and joined at the site. The general method for joining column members and beam members in the field is as follows.

First, a lug plate having a column side temporary fixing hole and a column side positioning hole is welded in advance to a flange portion of a column member made of H steel. On the other hand, a beam-side temporary fixing hole and a beam-side positioning hole are formed in advance in a web portion of a beam member that is also H steel. After installing the above column member so as to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the beam member so that the column side temporary fixing hole and the beam side temporary fixing hole are opposed to each other, and the column side positioning hole and the beam side positioning hole are opposed to each other. Place.

In this state, after positioning by inserting a shino (positioning jig) into the column side positioning hole and beam side positioning hole, the column side temporary fixing hole and beam side temporary fixing hole are passed through temporary fixing bolts. The column member and the beam member are temporarily fixed by fixing with a nut. After the temporary fixing, the joining work is completed by performing the main welding of the column member and the beam member. In addition, please refer to the following patent document 1 about the joining method of the members using a lug.

After completion of the joining operation as described above, the shino, the temporary fixing bolt and the nut are removed, so that two through holes remain in the joint portion between the column member and the beam member. The inner surfaces of these through-holes are often insufficiently painted, and if left as they are, rust is generated and causes corrosion, so it is necessary to close these through-holes.

Conventionally, the through-holes are closed by performing work such as welding plate materials to both ends of the through-holes or filling the through-holes with a filler such as a resin-based putty material. However, in the former method, there is a problem that it takes time to manufacture the plate material and welding the plate material in the field, and in the latter method, it takes time to fill the filler material in the field as well. There is a problem that costs are increased.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a member joining method that facilitates on-site rust prevention work without incurring costs.

In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, as a first solving means related to the member joining method, a first structural member to which a temporary fixing bolt is welded in advance and a second structural member in which a temporary fixing hole is formed in advance are provided. A first step of arranging the structural member so that the temporary fixing bolt penetrates the temporary fixing hole and the surfaces of both members are in contact with each other; and after the temporary fixing by tightening the nut of the temporary fixing bolt, A second step of performing a main welding between the structural member and the second structural member; and a third step of cutting a tip end portion of the temporary fixing bolt protruding from the temporary fixing hole after removing the nut. And a fourth step of filling a gap between the temporary fixing hole and the temporary fixing bolt.

Further, in the present invention, as a second solving means related to the member joining method, a first structural member in which a temporary fixing bolt and a positioning pin are welded in advance, and a second structural member in which a temporary fixing hole and a positioning hole are formed in advance. A first step of arranging the structural member such that the temporary fixing bolt penetrates the temporary fixing hole, the positioning pin penetrates the positioning hole, and the surfaces of both members are in contact with each other; A second step of performing a main welding between the first structural member and the second structural member after temporary fixing by tightening a nut; and the temporary fixing protruding from the temporary fixing hole after removing the nut. A third step of cutting the tip of the bolt and the tip of the positioning pin protruding from the positioning hole, a gap between the temporary fixing hole and the temporary fixing bolt, and a gap between the positioning hole and the positioning pin Fill A fourth step, characterized by having a.

In the present invention, as a third solving means related to the member joining method, in the first or second solving means, in the fourth step, the gap is formed by filling with a filler or by welding. It is characterized by filling.

In the member joining method according to the present invention, since the temporary fixing bolt is also used as a hole filling member for filling the temporary fixing hole, it is the same as the conventional one in that a member for hole filling needs to be manufactured. Since the welding work for these hole-filling members is completed when the first structural member is manufactured in the factory, on-site seal welding work is not necessary, and unnecessary parts are cut after the main welding is completed. It is only necessary to work on site.
Further, in the past, the entire hole was filled using a filler, but in the present invention, only the gap between the temporary fixing hole and the temporary fixing bolt needs to be filled, so that the amount of filler used can be greatly reduced.
That is, according to the member joining method according to the present embodiment, it is possible to facilitate local rust prevention work without incurring costs.

It is a schematic diagram showing each process of the member joining method in this embodiment.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig.1 (a) is a side view which shows the joining state of the column member 10 and beam member 20 which are H steel, FIG.1 (b) is AA arrow sectional drawing of Fig.1 (a). A lug plate 11 (first structural member), in which a temporary fixing bolt 11a and a positioning pin 11b having a tapered shape are stud-welded in advance, is welded to the flange portion of the column member 10 in advance. On the other hand, a temporary fixing hole 21 a and a positioning hole 21 b are formed in advance in the web portion 21 (second structural member) of the beam member 20.

Each process of the member joining method in this embodiment is as follows. First, after the column member 10 is installed so as to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the temporary fixing bolt 11a penetrates the temporary fixing hole 21a and the positioning pin 11b. The beam member 20 is arranged so as to penetrate the positioning hole 21b and the surfaces of both the members 11 and 21 are in contact with each other (first step). When the positioning pin 11b penetrates the positioning hole 21b, the lug plate 11 and the web portion 21 of the beam member 20, that is, the column member 10 and the beam member 20 are positioned. Since the positioning pin 11b has a tapered shape, it is easy to insert the positioning pin 11b into the positioning hole 21b (positioning operation).

Next, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the temporary fixing bolt 11a is temporarily fixed by tightening and fixing with a nut 30 and then the web portion 21 of the lug plate 11 and the beam member 20, that is, the column. The main welding of the member 10 and the beam member 20 is performed (second step). Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), after removing the nut 30, the tip of the temporary fixing bolt 11a protruding from the temporary fixing hole 21a and the tip of the positioning pin 11b protruding from the positioning hole 21b (Third step), and further, the gap between the temporary fixing hole 21a and the temporary fixing bolt 11a and the gap between the positioning hole 21b and the positioning pin 11b are filled with a filler 40 such as a resin-based putty material. Thus, each gap is filled (fourth step).

In the member joining method in the present embodiment as described above, the temporary fixing bolt 11a and the positioning pin 11b are also used as a hole filling member for filling the temporary fixing hole 21a and the positioning hole 21b. However, since the welding operation of the temporary fixing bolt 11a and the positioning pin 11b is completed when the lug plate 11 is manufactured in the factory, the on-site seal welding operation is not necessary. In addition to being unnecessary, after the completion of the main welding, it is only necessary to cut the unnecessary portion, so that the work at the site becomes easy.
Further, in order to completely close the temporary fixing hole 21a and the positioning hole 21b, the filler 40 is necessary, but the entire hole is filled with the filler as in the prior art, whereas the temporary fixing hole 21a and the temporary fixing bolt are used. Since the filler 40 only needs to be filled in the gap between the positioning hole 21b and the positioning pin 11b, the amount of the filler 40 used can be greatly reduced.
That is, according to the member joining method in the present embodiment, it is possible to facilitate local rust prevention work without incurring costs.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, The following modifications are mentioned.
(1) In the said embodiment, the case where the temporary fixing bolt 11a and the positioning pin 11b were stud-welded to the lug plate 11 previously was illustrated. However, when the temporary fixing bolt 11a can also be used as a positioning pin, it is not always necessary to provide both the temporary fixing bolt 11a and the positioning pin 11b on the lug plate 11. In this case, only the temporary fixing hole 21 a may be formed in the web portion 21 of the beam member 20.

Moreover, each process in the member joining method in this case is as follows. First, the lug plate 11 and the web portion 21 of the beam member 20 are arranged such that the temporary fixing bolt 11a passes through the temporary fixing hole 21a and the surfaces of both members are in contact with each other (first step). Next, after temporarily fixing by fastening and fixing the temporary fixing bolt 11a with the nut 30, the main welding of the lug plate 11 and the web portion 21 of the beam member 20 is performed (second step). Next, after removing the nut 30, the tip end portion of the temporary fixing bolt 11a protruding from the temporary fixing hole 21a is cut (third step), and further, in the gap between the temporary fixing hole 21a and the temporary fixing bolt 11a. Filling material 40 is filled (fourth step).

(2) In the above embodiment, the lug plate 11 is provided with one temporary fixing bolt 11a and one positioning pin 11b. However, the number of temporary fixing bolts 11a and positioning pins 11b is limited to this. Not.

(3) In the above embodiment, each gap is filled by filling the gap between the temporary fixing hole 21a and the temporary fixing bolt 11a and the gap between the positioning hole 21b and the positioning pin 11b. Each gap may be filled by welding. In the above embodiment, it is assumed that the first structural member is the lug plate 11 welded to the column member 10, and the second structural member is the web portion 21 of the beam member 20. It can apply widely as a joining method of not only this structural member but the structural members joined mutually.
