Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a ridge used in advance for forming and forming a discontinuous portion or a groove in soil concrete or wall concrete in order to prevent cracks occurring on a concrete surface and prevent cracks from extending.
In order to prevent cracks occurring on the concrete surface and to prevent the cracks from extending, there are the following techniques.
For example, there is a construction method in which a concrete shrinkage reducing agent is applied to the surface of a mold, and then the concrete is placed in contact with the application surface (see Patent Document 1).
In addition, a natural degradable frame is placed in place of the formwork on the part where the discontinuous surface or groove is formed in the concrete, and a concave groove with a continuous discontinuity or bottom is formed in the cast concrete. There is also a construction method in which the natural degradable casing is naturally decomposed (see Patent Document 2).
On the other hand, there are the following techniques for the ridge used for forming the concrete surface.
For example, there is a case where even a single wrinkle is finished into a flat surface by using a wrinkle plate having different rigidity according to the hardness of the concrete (see Patent Document 3).
The construction method described in Patent Document 1 requires workability and cost because it requires assembly and removal of the formwork.
In order to solve this problem, the inventor of the present invention has developed a construction method described in Patent Document 2. According to this construction method, there is no need to assemble the mold as in Patent Document 1, and it is not necessary to remove the casing because it is a naturally degradable material. Therefore, workability improvement and cost reduction can be achieved.
The frame has a plurality of layers in the vertical direction. After installation, concrete is cast, and after a few days, the upper layer is peeled off and plants are planted in the planting holes. Therefore, a discontinuous surface or groove having a beautiful appearance can be formed.
Further, by forming the casing in a curved shape, it is possible to form a discontinuous surface or a groove excellent in design.
However, in order to efficiently form discontinuous surfaces or grooves by this method, it is necessary to chamfer the edges of the placed concrete. This is because the shape of the edge of the placed concrete is not a straight line but is corrugated and covers the edge of the case, and the upper part of the case needs to be easily peeled off because the case expands due to the moisture of the placed concrete. Because there is.
To solve this, it is necessary to have a tool like a pot that can chamfer the edge of concrete by moving it along the edge of the box.
However, in the cage described in Patent Document 3, although the concrete can be finished to a flat surface, the edge of the concrete in contact with the edge of the housing cannot be chamfered.
From the above, it is an object to provide a ridge that can chamfer the edge of the concrete in contact with the edge of the skeleton.
In order to solve the above problems, the bag according to the present invention has the following eight means.
The first is a cross section having a surface perpendicular to the use surface and an inclined surface having an angle from the perpendicular surface to the use surface in the longitudinal direction of the use surface of the plate in the reed composed of the reed plate and the handle. Two triangular chamfered chamfered portions are provided so that vertical surfaces face each other.
The second is characterized in that two chamfered portions are provided in parallel to the use surface.

The fourth feature is that at least one chamfered portion is provided through a horizontal slot provided in the plate.
The fifth feature is that the length in the longitudinal direction of at least one chamfered portion is shortened so that the locus to the chamfered object is a curve.

The seventh is a connecting member that is rotatable with respect to at least one scissors, and connects the two scissors in the longitudinal direction of the working surface of the scissors plate, and the rear surface of the front scissors in the front direction or the rear scissors It is characterized in that the front of the chamfer is chamfered in the back direction.
The eighth is characterized in that the chamfered portion is an elastic body.
By the first means, the concrete edge in contact with the edge of the frame is directed to the use surface of the chamfered portion of the wall by moving the wall along the edge of the frame in the longitudinal direction of the use surface of the frame. It can be chamfered at the angle of the slope.
By the second means, the hand holding the handle of the heel can be chamfered by moving it parallel to the skeleton, so the burden on the wrist and elbow can be reduced.
By the third means, the chamfering is performed with a small force by first applying a slope having an angle in the longitudinal direction of the use surface of the plate of the chamfered portion to the edge of the concrete in contact with the edge of the frame. I can do it.
The fourth means can be chamfered according to the width of the housing.
By the fifth means, even if the housing is curved, a surface perpendicular to the surface to be used can be chamfered so that the housing can be moved along the edge of the housing.
According to the sixth means, even if the housing is curved, a surface perpendicular to the use surface can be chamfered so that the housing can be moved along the edge of the housing.
By the seventh means, the front or rear ridge is rotated and each of the front and rear ridges is chamfered so as not to prevent the rotation, so that the casing can be chamfered even in a curved shape.
The eighth means can be chamfered even if the housing is curved.
Hereinafter, the bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In addition, this description is an example explaining the scope of claims and does not mean that the scope of claims is limited to this description.
An embodiment of a bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a front view illustrating an embodiment of the bag according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view illustrating the embodiment of the bag according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a left side view illustrating the embodiment of the bag according to the present invention. 4 is a bottom view showing an embodiment of a bag according to the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the heel 1 includes a handle 2 and a heel plate 3. The gutter plate 3 is provided with a chamfered portion 4 as shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the chamfered portion 4 has a surface 4 </ b> A perpendicular to the use surface in the longitudinal direction Y of the use surface 3 </ b> A of the base plate 3, and a use surface having an angle from this surface to the use surface 3 </ b> A. An inclined surface 4B having an angle is provided. As shown in FIG. 1, since the inclined surface 4B having an angle on the use surface has an angle on the use surface 3A, the cross-sectional shape in the vertical direction Z of the use surface of the chamfered portion 4 is substantially triangular. 4 has a substantially triangular prism shape in cross section.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the ridge 1 is provided with two chamfered portions 4 such that a surface 4 </ b> A perpendicular to the use surface faces.
The first solving means of the bag according to the present invention is such a configuration. Although not shown in figure, the handle | steel_grip 1 is moved in the longitudinal direction Y of a use surface along the edge of a housing | casing by gripping the handle | steering_wheel 2, and the angle of the concrete edge which contact | connected the edge of a housing | casing is made an angle to a use surface. It can be chamfered at the angle of the slope 4B.
The chamfered portion 4 is attached to the gutter plate 3 using an attaching member 5 and a long hole 6 as shown in FIGS. A hole is also provided on the side of the chamfered portion 4 that is in contact with the use surface 3A, and it is attached with a thumbscrew. Although not shown, it may be attached with a wing bolt and a nut. Of course, general screws or bolts and nuts may be used.
Further, although two sets of attachment members 5 and long holes 6 are used for one chamfered portion 4, one set or three or more sets may be used.
The second means for solving the defects of the scissors according to the present invention is that two chamfered portions 4 are further provided in parallel with the use surface 3A as shown in FIGS. As a result, the hand holding the handle 2 can be chamfered by moving it parallel to the case, so the burden on the wrist and elbow can be reduced.
Another embodiment of the bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 5 is a front view showing another embodiment of the bag according to the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a left side view showing another embodiment of the bag according to the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the chamfered portion 4 has a length of the use surface having an angle in the longitudinal direction Y of the use surface from the intersection of the surface 4 </ b> A perpendicular to the use surface and the inclined surface 4 </ b> B having an angle with the use surface. A slope 4C having an angle in the direction is provided.
The third solving means of the bag according to the present invention is this configuration. Although not shown in figure, it is possible to chamfer with a small force by first applying the inclined surface 4C having an angle in the longitudinal direction of the use surface to the edge of the concrete in contact with the edge of the frame.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the fourth means for solving the problem of the wrinkles according to the present invention is that long elongated holes 6 are provided in the horizontal direction X of the use surface. This allows chamfering according to the width of the housing.
Although not shown, the long hole 6 can be formed in another embodiment shown in FIGS.
Still another embodiment of the bag according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 7 is a plan view showing still another embodiment of the bag according to the present invention, FIG. 8 is a left side view showing still another embodiment of the bag according to the present invention, and FIG. 9 is still another embodiment of the bag according to the present invention. It is a bottom view showing embodiment of this.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, at least one of the chamfered portions 4 is shortened in the longitudinal direction Y of the use surface so that the locus to the chamfering object (in this case, the edge of the concrete) is a curve. doing. As long as the locus to the chamfering object (in this case, the edge of the concrete) is a curve, it may be as short as possible.
The fifth solving means of the bag according to the present invention is this configuration. Thereby, even if the housing is curved, the surface 4A perpendicular to the use surface can be chamfered because the housing 1 can be moved along the edge of the housing.
In addition, in FIG. 9, the length of the use surface is shortened in the longitudinal direction Y of the two chamfer members 4, and the chamfer can be chamfered even with a complicated curved shape.
Although not shown in FIG. 8, a slope 4C having an angle in the longitudinal direction of the use surface of another embodiment shown in FIG. 6 can also be provided.
Further, the chamfered portion 4 uses the attachment member 5 and the long hole 6 as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 as in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and the other embodiments shown in FIGS. Attach to the saddle plate 3. 8 and 9, it is provided at the center in the longitudinal direction Y of the use surface, but it may be provided at the end.
The sixth solving means of the wrinkle according to the present invention is that both the surfaces 4A perpendicular to the use surface are curved so that the locus to the chamfering object (in this case, the edge of the concrete) is a curve. That is.
Although not shown, the surface 4A perpendicular to the use surface is curved according to a different concept from the other embodiments shown in FIGS. If the locus to the chamfering object (in this case, the edge of the concrete) is a curve, the curve may be curved to any extent. Thereby, even if the housing is curved, the surface 4A perpendicular to the use surface can be chamfered because the housing 1 can be moved along the edge of the housing.
The seventh solving means of the scissors according to the present invention is to connect two scissors 1 in the longitudinal direction Y of the use surface 3A with a connecting member that is rotatable with respect to at least one scissor 1, and to the front scissors The rear surface of 1 is chamfered in the front direction, or the front surface of the rear cage 1 is chamfered in the rear direction.
Although not shown, two ridges are used so that the trajectory to the chamfering object (in this case, the edge of the concrete) is a curved line in a different way from the other embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 is connected like a train by a rotatable connecting member. In order to prevent the front heel 1 and the rear heel 1 from interfering with each other, the back surface of the front heel 1 is chamfered in the front direction or the front surface of the rear heel 1 is chamfered in the back direction. If the front face of the front collar 1 is chamfered in the front direction and the front face of the rear collar 1 is chamfered in the rear direction, there is no further interference. This allows chamfering even if the housing is curved.
The eighth solving means for the wrinkles according to the present invention is that the chamfered portion 4 is made of an elastic body.
Although not shown, the chamfered portion 4 is formed in a different way from the other embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 so that the locus to the chamfering object (in this case, the edge of the concrete) is a curve. It is an elastic body. Examples of the elastic body include elastomer, rubber, and metal spring.
This allows chamfering even if the housing is curved.
