Japanese Patent No. 4396888

The present invention provides a double container excellent in operability in which the inner container can be firmly held in the outer container having a polygonal shape in cross section and the inner container can be easily removed when the inner container is removed. The purpose is to do.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
The double container according to the present invention is a container of the inner container between an inner container in which contents are stored, an outer container having a polygonal shape in cross-sectional view for detachably storing the inner container, and the outer container. A fixing member that restricts movement in the axial direction and fixes the inner container to the outer container, and the fixing member is detachably engaged with the outer container, and the engaging member A rotating member arranged to be rotatable around a container axis of the inner container, and the engaging member is elastically deformable in a radial direction perpendicular to the container axis direction, and the outer container An engagement piece that is engaged from the radial direction is provided on the rotary member, and the rotating member protrudes from the opposite side of the outer container toward the engagement member side with the engagement member interposed therebetween in the radial direction. A pressing protrusion is provided, and the rotating member is configured such that the pressing protrusion overlaps the engagement piece in the radial direction, A pressing position to restrict the deformation of Kigakarigohen, is characterized in that a release position for releasing the restriction of deformation of the engaging pieces, between which is configured to be rotatable to the container axis.

Due to such a feature, when the rotating member is located at the above-mentioned pressing position, the elastic deformation of the engaging piece toward the pressing protrusion is restricted, so that the engagement between the engaging piece and the outer container is released. Can be suppressed.
On the other hand, when removing the fixing member, the rotating member is rotated with respect to the engaging member, and the rotating member is positioned at the release position described above, so that the pressing protrusion side of the engaging piece (opposite to the outer container) Since the elastic deformation to the side) is allowed, the engagement between the engagement piece and the outer container can be easily released.
Accordingly, a double container excellent in operability is provided, in which the inner container can be firmly held in the outer container having a polygonal shape in cross section, and the inner container can be easily removed when the inner container is removed. it can.

In addition, a biasing member that biases the inner container in the container axial direction and presses the inner container against the outer container or the fixing member may be provided.

In this case, the inner container can be stably held by suppressing the backlash of the inner container in the container axial direction in the outer container.

Further, the biasing member is provided on the rotating member, abuts in the container axial direction on a shoulder portion of the inner container that protrudes radially outward from a lower end edge of the mouth , An elastic pressing piece that urges the rotating member and the inner container in a direction away from each other in the container axial direction may be used.

In this case, since an elastic pressing piece that abuts against the shoulder portion of the inner container and urges the rotating member and the inner container away from each other is formed, the container axial direction of the inner container is formed in the outer container. It is possible to hold the inner container stably by suppressing rattling.

The urging member may be an elastic member that is disposed between the bottom of the outer container and the bottom of the inner container and is elastically deformable along the container axial direction.

In this case, the inner container can be stably held by suppressing the backlash of the inner container in the container axial direction in the outer container.

According to the double container according to the present invention, the inner container can be firmly held in the outer container having a polygonal shape in cross section, and the inner container can be easily removed when the inner container is removed. In addition, a rib 64 protruding outward in the radial direction extends along the container axis O direction in a portion of the upper cylinder portion 61 located above the flange portion 63. A plurality of the ribs 64 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction.

On the other hand, a portion of the upper cylinder portion 61 located below the flange portion 63 is inserted into the opening 52 of the engagement member 41. In addition, a plurality of protrusions 65 protruding outward in the radial direction are formed on the outer surface of the lower end portion of the upper tube portion 61 at intervals in the circumferential direction. In addition, the outer surface of the lower end edge (lower end edge of the projection part 65) of the upper cylinder part 61 is formed in the taper shape which an outer diameter reduces as it goes below.

The lower cylinder part 62 is inserted into the peripheral wall part 48 of the engaging member 41 from below, and surrounds the vertical cylinder part 16 of the inner container 11 from the outside in the radial direction. The lower cylindrical portion 62 is disposed in a portion of the engaging member 41 located below the top portion 49 and faces the lower step portion 15 of the inner container 11 from above.

On the inner surface of the upper end portion of the lower cylinder portion 62, a plurality of accommodating portions 66 that are recessed outward in the radial direction are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction. The protrusions 65 of the upper cylinder part 61 are individually undercut fitted into the storage parts 66. And the upper cylinder part 61 and the lower cylinder part 62 rotate together in the state which clamped the inner periphery of the top part 49 between the flange part 63 of the upper cylinder part 61, and the upper end edge of the lower cylinder part 62. It has become. In addition, the inner surface of the upper end edge of the lower cylinder part 62 is formed in the taper shape which an outer diameter expands as it goes upwards.

Moreover, the stopper 67 which protrudes toward a radial inside is formed in the intermediate part along the container-axis O direction among the inner surfaces of the lower cylinder part 62 over the perimeter of a circumferential direction, or intermittently. . While the lower end edge of the upper cylinder part 61 mentioned above contacts or approaches the stopper 67 from above, the upper step part 17 of the inner container 11 contacts or approaches from below.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a plurality of pressing protrusions 71 protruding outward in the radial direction are formed on the outer surface of the lower end portion of the lower cylindrical portion 62 at intervals along the circumferential direction. ing. These pressing protrusions 71 are rectangular protrusions in a longitudinal sectional view along the container axis O direction, and extend along the circumferential direction. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the pressing protrusion 71 located on the outer side in the radial direction is formed in an arc shape that follows the outer shape of the lower cylindrical portion 62, and both end portions along the circumferential direction have a diameter toward the outer side in the circumferential direction. It is formed in the inclined surface extended toward the inner side of a direction.

Each pressing protrusion 71 is in close proximity to or in contact with the engagement piece 46 formed on each main wall 43 of the engagement member 41 described above from the inside in the radial direction. The elastic deformation to the outside of the direction is regulated. Specifically, each pressing protrusion 71 overlaps with each engagement recess 35 of the outer container 3 and each engagement protrusion 47 of the engagement member 41 when viewed from the radial direction, that is, the main wall portions 33, 43. It faces the central part in the circumferential direction. In the present embodiment, each pressing protrusion 71 is in a position corresponding to each of the engaging recess 35 of the outer container 3 and each of the engaging protrusions 47 (engaging pieces 46) of the engaging member 41. The same number as the joint recess 35 and each engagement protrusion 47 is formed. In the illustrated example, the pressing protrusions 71 are formed at four positions every 90 degrees along the circumferential direction in the engaging member 41. In addition, the length along the container axis O direction of each pressing protrusion 71 is longer than the engaging protrusion 47 of the engaging member 41 described above.

The rotating member 44 of the present embodiment includes a pressing position in which each pressing protrusion 71 overlaps the engaging protrusion 47 in the radial direction and restricts deformation of the engaging piece 46 inward in the radial direction, and a pressing protrusion. 71 is configured to be able to rotate around the container axis O between a release position where the engagement protrusion 47 is avoided in the circumferential direction (does not overlap in the radial direction) and the deformation restriction of the engagement piece 46 is released. Has been. In the example shown in FIG. 6, each pressing projection 71 faces each corner 32, 42 in the radial direction at the release position.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, a plurality of elastic pressing pieces (biasing members) 72 extending in the circumferential direction and straddling the pressing protrusions 71 from below are formed at the lower end edge of the lower cylindrical portion 62. Has been. These elastic pressing pieces 72 are formed in an arch shape that bulges downward, and are configured to be elastically deformable along the container axis O direction. Each elastic pressing piece 72 is in contact with the upper surface of the lower step portion 15 of the shoulder portion 13 of the inner container 11 in a state in which the rotating member 44 and the inner container 11 are urged away from each other. Thereby, the bottom 19 of the inner container 11 is pressed against the bottom 39 of the outer container 3.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the overcap 5 is disposed so as to cover the pump head 25 and the fixing member 4, and the lower end edge thereof is in contact with the upper end edge of the body portion 31 in the outer container 3. Thus, the engagement member 41 is externally fitted.

Next, the effect | action of the double container 1 mentioned above is demonstrated. In the following description, a method for attaching and removing the fixing member 4 will be mainly described.
First, the cartridge body 2 is inserted into the outer container 3 from above.
Subsequently, the fixing member 4 is attached to the outer container 3. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the rotating member 44 is rotated around the container axis O with respect to the engaging member 41, and the pressing protrusion 71 avoids the engaging protrusion 47 in the radial direction. To position. Then, between the fixing member 4 and the outer container 3, the fixing member 4 is moved from above into the outer container 3 in a state where the corner portions 32, 42 and the main wall portions 33, 43 are aligned in the circumferential direction. Insert into. Then, after the upper end portion of the pump member 21 of the discharger 12 and the mounting cap 22 are inserted into the rotating member 44, the lower end portion of the fixing member 4 is inserted into the outer container 3.

When the fixing member 4 is inserted into the outer container 3, each engaging protrusion 47 of the engaging member 41 contacts the inner surface of the main wall portion 33 of the outer container 3. At this time, a portion of the outer container 3 positioned between the protrusion 34 and the engagement recess 35 along the container axis O direction is a tapered portion 38 whose inner diameter gradually decreases as it goes downward. The engaging protrusion 47 moves downward while sliding on the taper 38 while elastically deforming radially inward from the upper end.

Thereafter, the top of each engagement protrusion 47 climbs over the upper edge of the engagement recess 35, whereby each engagement piece 46 is restored and deformed. Thereby, each engagement protrusion 47 is each engaged in each engagement recessed part 35 of each main wall part 33 which opposes in radial direction. At this time, the outer flange portion 51 of the engaging member 41 abuts on the upper end edge of the body portion 31 of the outer container 3, and the elastic pressing piece 72 is urged in a direction in which the rotating member 44 and the inner container 11 are separated from each other. In contact with the upper surface of the lower step portion 15 of the inner container 11.

Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the rotating member 44 is rotated around the container axis O with respect to the engaging member 41, and the pressing protrusions 71 are in the pressing positions where they overlap the engaging protrusions 47 in the radial direction. Position. Accordingly, the pressing protrusion 71 is disposed on the opposite side of the engaging recess 35 with the engaging protrusion 47 interposed therebetween, and the movement of the engaging piece 46 inward in the radial direction is restricted.
Thus, the attachment of the fixing member 4 is completed.

Next, when removing the cartridge body 2 from the outer container 3, first, the rotating member 44 is rotated around the container axis O with respect to the engaging member 41 and is positioned at the release position described above. Thereby, the restriction | limiting of a deformation | transformation of the engagement piece 46 is cancelled | released.

Next, the fixing member 4 is pulled out upward. In this case, the engagement protrusion 47 of the engagement member 41 is elastically deformed radially inward and moves upward while sliding the inner surface of the engagement recess 35, thereby Get over the top edge. As a result, the engagement between the engagement protrusion 47 and the engagement recess 35 is released, and the fixing member 4 is removed from the outer container 3.
Thereafter, the cartridge body 2 is pulled out from the outer container 3, and a new cartridge body 2 is inserted into the outer container 3, and the fixing member 4 is attached to the outer container 3 again by the mounting method described above. Thus, the replacement work of the cartridge body 2 is completed.

As described above, according to the double container 1 in the present embodiment, when the rotating member 44 is located at the pressing position, the elasticity of the engagement piece 46 toward the pressing protrusion 71 (in the radial direction) is obtained. Since the deformation is restricted, it is possible to suppress the engagement between the engagement piece 46 (engagement protrusion 47) and the engagement recess 35 of the outer container 3 from being released.
On the other hand, when the fixing member 4 is removed, the rotating member 44 is rotated with respect to the engaging member 41, and the rotating member 44 is positioned at the release position described above, so that the pressing protrusion 71 side of the engaging piece 46 is located. Since elastic deformation to the (inner side in the radial direction) is allowed, the engagement between the engagement piece 46 (engagement protrusion 47) and the engagement recess 35 of the outer container 3 can be easily released.
Therefore, the cartridge body 2 can be firmly held in the outer container 3 having a polygonal shape in cross section, and the cartridge body 2 can be easily detached when the cartridge body 2 is removed. 1 can be provided.

Further, in the present embodiment, an elastic pressing piece 72 is formed that abuts the lower step portion 15 of the shoulder portion 13 of the inner container 11 and biases the rotating member 44 and the inner container 11 in the direction of separating. Therefore, the inner container 11 can be urged in the container axis O direction and pressed against the bottom 39 of the outer container 3. Therefore, the inner container 11 can be stably held in the outer container 3 by suppressing the backlash of the inner container 11 in the container axis O direction in the outer container 3.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail with reference to drawings, the concrete structure is not restricted to this embodiment, The design change etc. of the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention are included.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the elastic pressing piece 72 is provided between the rotating member 44 and the shoulder portion 13 of the inner container 11 is described. However, the configuration is not limited thereto, and as illustrated in FIG. An elastic member (biasing member) 110 that can be elastically deformed along the container axis O direction may be provided between the bottom portion 39 and the bottom portion 19 of the inner container 11. In this case, a configuration in which the lower end edge of the engaging member 41 or the lower end edge of the lower cylindrical portion 62 of the rotating member 44 is in contact with the upper surface of the shoulder portion 13 is preferable.
According to this configuration, the inner container 11 can be urged in the direction of the container axis O and pressed toward the fixing member 4, and therefore, the container axis O of the inner container 11 in the outer container 3 as in the above-described embodiment. It is possible to hold the inner container 11 stably while suppressing backlash in the direction. In addition, you may make it the structure which uses both the elastic suppression piece 72 and the elastic member 110 which were mentioned above.

In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the elastic pressing piece 72 formed integrally with the rotating member 44 is provided between the rotating member 44 and the inner container 11 is not limited thereto. A separate elastic member may be provided between the inner container 11 and the inner container 11.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the engagement recess 35 is provided in each of the main wall portions 33 of the outer container 3 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of locations are provided in each of the main wall portions 33. It doesn't matter. The fixing member 4 may be engaged with at least one of the main wall portions 33.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the same number of the engagement pieces 46 and the pressing protrusions 71 are provided has been described. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the engaging pieces 46 and the pressing protrusions 71 may be different numbers.
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the position where the pressing protrusion 71 avoids the engaging protrusion 47 in the radial direction is the release position. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the restriction on the deformation of the engagement piece 46 is released. For example, the pressing protrusion 71 and the engagement piece may overlap at a part in the radial direction.

Moreover, although the case where the cross-sectional shape of the outer container 3 was formed in square shape was demonstrated in embodiment mentioned above, it is not restricted to this, A triangle, a pentagon, etc. can be changed suitably.
In the embodiment described above, the case where the inner container 11 is formed in a cylindrical shape has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the inner container 11 may be formed in a rectangular tube shape corresponding to the outer container 3.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the fixing member 4 is engaged in the outer container 3 has been described. However, the configuration is not limited thereto, and the fixing member 4 may be externally fitted to the outer container 3.
Further, as described above, at the pressing position, the pressing protrusion 71 and the engagement piece 46 may be close to each other or may be in contact with each other. However, when they are close to each other, it is preferable to set the gap between the pressing protrusion 71 and the engagement piece 46 to be narrower than the protrusion amount of the engagement protrusion 47 in the radial direction.

In addition, in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention, it is possible to replace suitably the component in the embodiment mentioned above by the known component, and you may combine the modification mentioned above suitably.
