Description

The present invention relates to a post box installed mainly at an entrance of an apartment house or the like, and more particularly, to a post box that is easy to manufacture and can reduce the product price as compared with a conventional post box of this type.

There is a case where a mail box for one house is installed in a collective state on the wall surface of the entrance of an apartment house such as an apartment (Patent Document 1). Stainless steel is generally used as the main material of the mail box body of this type of mail box, and the product price of the mail box is increased due to the collection of the mail box of one type.
In addition, the top plate of the post box main body of the mailbox and the left and right side plates are integrated, a bottom plate disposed on the bottom surface of the top plate, and the top plate disposed inside the top plate. There is also a mail box that includes a partition plate that forms a plurality of mail accommodating portions.
However, in order to manufacture the mail box body of this mail box, a stainless steel plate is punched into a rectangular shape to produce a top plate in which the top plate and the left and right side plates are integrated. The top plate and the left and right side plates are formed. The bottom plate is welded to the bottom surface of the left and right side plates, and a partition plate is disposed inside the left and right side plates to form a plurality of mail accommodating portions, and a hinge, lock pad, etc. are welded to the inner surfaces of the left and right side plates. doing.
Therefore, when manufacturing the post box main body, bending work and welding work are required, and it is necessary to increase the product accuracy of the post box. .
Also, if there are multiple mail receiving sections such as two, three, four, etc. depending on the number of apartment houses to be installed, the left and right side plates can be moved vertically according to the number of mail receiving sections. Since the length is also long, a dedicated top plate or back plate having a length corresponding to the number of postal storage units is required.
However, the top plate and back plate for two units are in a mailbox for two units, the top plate and back plate for three units are in a mailbox for three units, and the top plate and back plate for four units are It can only be used in a mailbox for four units and cannot be diverted to a mailbox that has a different number of units.
In addition, in the case of a mail box having a large number of mail receiving sections, a top plate and a back plate suitable for the mail box must be specially manufactured, resulting in poor manufacturing efficiency and high product price.
In recent years, the material price of stainless steel has been rising, and there is a problem that it is reflected in the product price of the mailbox.
Furthermore, hinges and lock receptacles welded to the inner surfaces of the left and right side plates are subject to load by opening and closing the door of the mailbox, and the hinges and lock receptacles are easily damaged. Because it is welded to the mailbox, it is not possible to replace only the hinge and lock holder, but the entire mailbox is replaced. In addition to inconvenience and environmental problems, it is not economical.

The operation of the mail box 10 of the first embodiment will be described.
The post box body 12 of the post box 10 includes a first nadir plate 14, a second nadir plate 16, a partition plate 18, two first side plates 20, and two second side plates 22 that are integrally formed of plastic. In addition, the insertion protrusion 28 of the first bottom plate 14 is inserted into the protrusion insertion opening 32 on the upper surfaces of the first side plate 20 and the second side plate 22, and the insertion protrusion 30 of the upper surface of the partition plate 18 is inserted into the first side plate 20 and the first side plate 20. The second side plate 22 is fitted into the projection insertion opening 32 on the lower surface, and the fitting projection 28 of the second ceiling plate 16 is fitted into the first side plate 20 and the projection insertion opening 32 on the lower surface of the second side plate 22, and the partition plate 18. By inserting the fitting projections 30 on the lower surface of the projections into the projection fitting openings 32 on the upper surfaces of the first side plate 20 and the second side plate 22, the box is firmly assembled and formed.
Accordingly, it is not necessary to punch and bend the stainless steel plate like the conventional mailbox, and the product box 12 having high product accuracy can be easily and quickly manufactured without skilled skills. Can do.
Further, in the post box main body 12 of the post box 10, since the lock receiver 36 and hinge 40 are fixed to the front frame 34, the lock receiver 36 and hinge 40 are damaged and exchanged by opening and closing the door 42. Even in this case, it is only necessary to remove the push nylon rivet 38 and replace the front frame 34. Therefore, the post box body 12 can be used continuously, so that waste of resources and increase in waste can be prevented, which is good for the environment and economical. .
Moreover, since the post box main body 12 with high product accuracy can be assembled simply by inserting the insertion protrusion 28 into the protrusion insertion opening 32 and inserting the insertion protrusion 30 into the protrusion insertion opening 32, work with skill is achieved. Can be easily assembled without the need for a person or tools.
Further, the post box main body 12 of the post box 10 is formed by assembling the first nadir plate 14, the second nadir plate 16, the partition plate 18, the first side plate 20, and the second side plate 22. Even if the vertical length of the mail receiving box main body 12 is different because the number of the mail accommodating portions is different, such as for four houses, the number of the partition plate 18, the first side plate 20, and the second side plate 22. It is possible to efficiently and easily manufacture the mail box 10 having a different number of mail receiving sections simply by increasing or decreasing the number of mail boxes.
Further, the post box main body 12 is formed of the first and second bottom plates 14 and 16 and the partition plate 18 having the same shape, and the first and second side plates 20 and 22 having the same shape. The top and bottom of the top plate 14 and the second bottom plate 16 and the front and rear and the left and right sides of the first and second side plates 20 and 22 can be assembled regardless of the position and direction of the parts. Therefore, assembly work can be performed efficiently.
Further, by providing the front frame 34 and the back plate 46 inside the post box main body 12, even if the post box main body 12 is made of plastic, the strength against the distortion of the post box main body 12 is increased. Since it can play a role, the strength of the mailbox 10 is not lowered even compared to a conventional stainless steel mailbox.
