Claims (13)
- 第1のコンポーネントを第2のコンポーネントに接合する方法であって、
前記第1のコンポーネントを該コンポーネントの結合面に細長い突起の配列を形成することにより作製するステップであり、各突起は中心線、先端、及び基部を有し、各突起の前記先端における先端中心線は、前記基部における前記結合面に対する法線に対して傾いた向きにし、前記結合面は非平面部分を有し、前記先端中心線の角度配向は、前記突起の配列にわたって変わる、ステップと、
前記突起を複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層の少なくともいずれかの層に埋め込むように前記第1のコンポーネントを前記複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層と合わせるステップであって、前記突起を前記積層プライ層に埋め込む際に、前記第1のコンポーネントの各突起の前記先端が前記第1のコンポーネントの頂点側から順に前記積層プライ層に接触するとき、前記先端中心線は前記積層プライ層の表面法線と、小さい、好ましくは0°の角度をなす、ステップと、
前記突起の配列を前記複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層に埋め込んだ後に、該複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層を硬化させて前記第2のコンポーネントを形成するステップと、を含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記突起は、前記結合面上に一連の層状に成長させ、各層は、エネルギー及び/又は材料を前記結合面に指向させることにより成長させる、方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、各層は、積層造形プロセスにより成長させる、方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、各先端中心線の向きは、前記結合面の形状に基づき決定する、方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、各先端中心線の向きは、前記第1のコンポーネントが前記複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層の少なくとも第1の層に埋め込まれる直前の前記第1のコンポーネント及び前記複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層の少なくとも第1の層の向きに基づき決定する、方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、各先端中心線の向きは、前記第1のコンポーネントが前記複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層の少なくとも第1の層に埋め込まれる時の前記第1のコンポーネントと前記複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層の少なくとも第1の層との間の接触点に基づき決定する、方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、前記第1のコンポーネント及び前記複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層の少なくとも第1の層は、該複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層の少なくとも第1の層を前記第1のコンポーネントに被せることにより合わせる、方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、前記第1のコンポーネントを金型に設置して、それに前記複数の硬化可能で柔軟な積層プライ層の少なくとも第1の層を被せる、方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法により形成した継手。
- 請求項9に記載の継手において、突起が細長い、継手。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の継手において、前記突起の少なくともいくつかの中心線は、その長さの全部又は一部に沿って湾曲させる、継手。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の継手において、第1のコンポーネントは金属である、継手。
- 請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の継手において、第2のコンポーネントは繊維強化複合コンポーネントである、継手。
