Description
本発明は、一般に、医療用流体の注入に、そしてより特定すれば、このような医療用流体の注入を制御するための方法に関する。
多くの薬物適用のための適切な用量は、例えば、処置される患者のサイズ、体重、および/または生理学的状態を含む多くの変数に関係することが良く認識されている。この変動は、多くの薬物適用が成人および子供のために有する異なる推奨用量から容易に明らかである。所定の医療用造影手順のための造影媒体の適切な用量もまた、検査される患者のサイズおよび体重ならびにさらなる因子に依存する傾向がある。
特定の実施形態では、本発明は、所望の流速に実質的に実際の流速で医療用流体の注入を促進するシステムおよび方法に関する。特定の実施形態では、本発明は、造影の間に所望のレベルの患者増強の達成を可能にするに十分な流速で造影媒体の注入を促進するためのシステムおよび方法に関する。上記で述べた実施形態では、注入システム(例えば、その種々の構成要素)の弾性が、上記注入システムの実際の流速を、上記所望の流速および/または患者増強が達成され得るように制御(例えば、調節)するときに考慮される。
本発明の1つ以上の特定の実施形態を以下に説明する。これら実施形態の簡潔な説明を提供するための努力において、実際の履行のすべての特徴は、本明細書には説明されないかも知れない。任意のエンジニアリングまたは設計プロジェクトにおけるように、任意のこのような実際の履行の開発において、多くの履行特異的な決定が、履行毎に変動し得るシステム関連およびビジネス関連の制約の遵守のような開発者の特定の目的を達成するためになされなければならない。さらに、このような開発努力は複雑で、かつ時間を浪費することが認識されるべきであるが、それにもかかわらず、本開示の利益を有する当業者にとって設計、製作、および製造の慣用の仕事であり得る。
Claims (21)
- 造影媒体インジェクターであって:
固有のシステム弾性を有する注入システムであって、造影媒体を注入するために構成された注入システム;および
インジェクターコントロールであって:
該注入システムの固有のシステム弾性データを引き出し;
該引き出しの後に該造影媒体の所望の流速を含む注入プロトコールを開始し;そして
該注入プロトコールから、該造影媒体の実際の流速を、該造影媒体の所望の流速により緊密に合致するように調節し、該調節が、該固有のシステム弾性データに少なくとも部分的に基づくように構成されている、インジェクターコントロール、を備える、造影媒体インジェクター。 - 前記注入システムがシリンジプランジャーを含み、そして前記固有のシステム弾性データが、該シリンジプランジャーの弾性データを含む、請求項1に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記注入システムがシリンジ外筒を備え、そして前記固有のシステム弾性データが該シリンジ外筒の弾性データを含む、請求項1または2に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記注入システムが延長管材を備え、そして前記固有のシステム弾性データが該延長管材の弾性データを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記注入システムが、前記開始することの前に、試験注入を実施するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- さらに、前記試験注入から前記固有のシステム弾性を決定することを含む、請求項5に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記決定することが、前記試験注入からの圧力プロフィールを分析することを含む、請求項6に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記インジェクターコントロールが、シリンジに関するシリンジ弾性データを引き出すように構成されており、該インジェクターコントロールが、該シリンジに付随するRF−IDタグからシリンジ弾性データを引き出すように構成されており、前記固有のシステム弾性データが該シリンジ弾性データを含む、請求項1に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記固有のシステム弾性データが、前記インジェクターコントロールによって記憶されている、請求項1に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記インジェクターコントロールが、前記固有のシステム弾性データに少なくとも部分的に基づき、前記注入プロトコールのための流速矯正係数を決定するように構成され、ここで、前記調節が、該流速矯正係数に少なくとも部分的に基づく、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記流速矯正係数が、前記造影媒体の粘度に依存する、請求項10に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記流速矯正係数が、カテーテルサイズに依存する、請求項10または11に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記インジェクターコントロールが、前記注入システムの実際のモーター速度を、前記注入プロトコールからの前記所望の流速に対応するモーター速度と比較して、かつ引き出された前記固有のシステム弾性データに基づき増加するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記インジェクターコントロールが、前記注入システムの実際のモーター速度を、前記注入プロトコールからの前記所望の流速に対応するモーター速度と比較して、かつ引き出された前記固有のシステム弾性データに基づき減少するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記インジェクターコントロールが、引き出された前記固有のシステム弾性データに基づき、前記注入システムのモーターの動きの方向を逆転するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記インジェクターコントロールが、前記注入プロトコールの少なくとも一部分を患者の医療用造影の間に実施するように構成されている、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記医療用造影が、患者のCT走査を含む、請求項16に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記医療用造影が、患者の磁気共鳴造影を含む、請求項16に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
- 前記医療用造影が、患者の血管造影を含む、請求項16に記載の造影媒体インジェクター。
