Description

The present invention relates to a system ceiling in which a plurality of ceiling panels are held on a ceiling grid, and more particularly to a ceiling lighting device that is in the system ceiling and is assembled to the ceiling grid together with the ceiling panel.

In the conventional system ceiling, as shown in FIG. 14, the ceiling plate 9 is held in the section of the ceiling grid h, and a plurality of ceiling boards 9 are arranged vertically and horizontally on the ceiling grid h to constitute an indoor ceiling. To do. The ceiling lattice h is formed by assembling ceiling plate suspension rods f in a lattice shape, and is suspended by hangers j. A general ceiling board suspension rod f has a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, and includes a locking portion i to which a hanger j is fixed at its upper end and a wide support portion g at its lower end. In the state assembled in a shape, the ceiling plate 9 can be held on the ceiling lattice h by placing each side edge forming the four sides of the ceiling plate 9 on the wide support portion g.

Also, in such a system ceiling, a ceiling lighting device is arranged at the corner of the ceiling panel, and the corner where the ceiling lighting device is provided crosses the ceiling grid where the ceiling panel suspension rod is orthogonal. The structure which forms the composite illumination form which combined the several ceiling illuminating device in the ceiling by arranging a ceiling board so that it adjoins in the periphery is proposed (refer patent document 1).

By the way, in the system ceiling described in Patent Document 1, since the ceiling lighting device is disposed in the opening formed at the corner of the ceiling plate 9, as shown in FIG. 1c is arranged at a predetermined distance from the ceiling board suspension rod f. For this reason, in the system ceiling of the above-mentioned patent document 1, even if the ceiling lighting device 1c is combined at the intersection of the ceiling lattice, the ceiling lighting devices are not sufficiently close to each other, forming a complex lighting configuration rich in unity. Can not do it.

In order to solve such a problem, as shown in FIG. 15 (b), a light-transmitting lower cover member 6 a that covers the light emitting source 4 from below is attached to the ceiling plate suspension rod f along the bottom surface of the ceiling plate 9. There has also been proposed a ceiling illumination device 1d provided with an extending portion 30 that reaches the lower edge of the ceiling. However, in the ceiling lighting device 1 d, the light from the light source 4 does not reach the extension part 30 because the extension part 30 is along the bottom surface of the ceiling plate 9. For this reason, when the ceiling lighting device 1d is looked up from below, the portion near the ceiling plate suspension rod f where the extending portion 30 is formed becomes darker than the other portions, and the combined lighting form is rich in unity. It will not be.

The present invention has been made in view of the current situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling lighting device and a system ceiling that can generate a more integrated lighting configuration with a plurality of ceiling lighting devices.

The present invention relates to a ceiling grid in which a ceiling plate suspension rod having a wide support portion formed at the lower end is assembled in a lattice shape, and is fitted inside the ceiling lattice, and the side edges are wide of the ceiling plate suspension rod. In a ceiling lighting device used for a system ceiling including a plurality of ceiling plates supported by a support portion, a light emitting source, a lower cover member that covers the light emitting source from below, and an upper cover member that covers the light emitting source from above The lower cover member is a dish-like light-transmitting resin member that covers the light source from below, and the support side edges that extend outwardly are integrated with two side edges that are orthogonal to each other. The support cover edge of the lower cover member is placed on the wide support portion of the ceiling plate suspension rod, and is installed so as to reach the intersection of the ceiling lattice. The ceiling lighting device. Here, “light transmissive” includes all of transparent, colored transparent and translucent.

In such a configuration, the ceiling illuminating device can be disposed so as to be in contact with the edge of the intersection of the ceiling grid. Therefore, if the ceiling illuminating device is disposed adjacent to each other at the intersection of the ceiling grid, The ceiling lighting devices can be brought closer to each other than the conventional configuration. In addition, since the ceiling lighting device has a configuration in which the light-transmitting lower cover member is directly addressed to the ceiling plate suspension rod without interposing the ceiling plate, the ceiling plate is not obstructed by the ceiling plate. It is possible to sufficiently emit light in the vicinity of the suspension rod for use. Therefore, if the ceiling lighting device of the present invention is placed adjacent to each other at the intersection of the ceiling grid, a composite lighting configuration with a sense of unity can be formed compared to the conventional configuration.

Moreover, the ceiling illuminating device of the present invention can be mounted in a ceiling grid in combination with a ceiling plate having a shape in which corner portions are missing with respect to the partition shape of the ceiling grid. Here, in the system ceiling described in Patent Document 1, since the ceiling lighting device is supported by the ceiling plate, a metal panel that can withstand the weight of the ceiling lighting device is required for the ceiling plate. Because the ceiling lighting device can be assembled directly to the ceiling grid without applying a load to the ceiling panel by directly supporting it on the ceiling panel suspension rod, a plate material such as a rock wool panel with relatively low strength is used for the ceiling panel. Can be adopted. Since rock wool panels are cheaper and easier to process than metal panels, in the present invention, the cost of the system ceiling can be reduced by using such plate material for the ceiling plate.

Further, in the present invention, the lower cover member has a side edge other than the two side edges formed with support side edges, and extends outwardly and comes into contact with the side edge of the ceiling plate from below. A configuration in which the parts are integrally formed is proposed. In such a configuration, by supporting the side edge of the ceiling plate from below by the flange portion, the ceiling surface can be continued without a gap in the connecting portion between the ceiling lighting device and the ceiling plate.

In another aspect of the present invention, a plurality of the ceiling lighting devices are provided, and the ceiling lighting devices are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other around the intersection of the ceiling lattice. It is the system ceiling characterized by forming the compound illumination form which consists of. According to such a system ceiling, it is possible to form a composite illumination form having a sense of unity compared to the conventional configuration.

As described above, when the ceiling lighting device of the present invention is arranged so as to be adjacent to each other around the intersection of the ceiling grid, a system ceiling having a combined lighting configuration with a sense of unity than the conventional configuration is realized. it can.

Embodiments of the present invention are described according to the following examples.

FIG. 1 is an example of a system ceiling that employs the ceiling lighting device 1 of the present embodiment. The system ceiling includes a ceiling lattice h to which a ceiling plate suspension rod f is assembled, and ceiling plates 9 and 9a held in each section of the ceiling lattice h. A rectangular ceiling board 9 and a pentagonal ceiling board 9a are disposed on the system ceiling. As shown in FIG. 14, the rectangular ceiling plate 9 has a shape that can be fitted into the section of the ceiling lattice h without a gap. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pentagonal ceiling plate 9 a has a shape in which one corner is missing with respect to the partition shape of the ceiling lattice h, and is in a state of being fitted inside the ceiling lattice h. Thus, a right-angled triangular gap is formed between the intersections of the ceiling lattice h. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the ceiling lighting device 1 according to the present embodiment has a triangular shape in a bottom view, and is assembled to the ceiling grid h so as to fill a gap formed by the pentagonal ceiling plate 9 a.

The ceiling plate suspension rod f constituting the ceiling lattice h is formed by forming a strip-shaped metal plate, and as shown in FIGS. A wide support part g for supporting the side edge of the ceiling plate 9 and a locking part i to which a hanger j is fixed to the upper end thereof are provided, and the ceiling grid h is formed by being assembled in a lattice shape, Each side edge of 9a is supported by each wide support part g. The ceiling plate suspension rods f can be widely employed those having a conventional configuration, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted.

The ceiling plates 9 and 9a are both constituted by rock wool panels. The side edge of the rectangular ceiling plate 9 has a step so that the bottom surface thereof is flush with the lower bottom surface of the ceiling plate suspension rod f when placed on the wide support portion g of the ceiling plate suspension rod f. Is formed. The pentagonal ceiling plate 9 a is manufactured by cutting one corner of the rectangular ceiling plate 9 into the bottom shape of the ceiling lighting device 1.

As shown in FIG. 4, the ceiling lighting device 1 includes a light emitter 5 including a plurality of LEDs (light emitting diodes) 4, a lower cover member 6 that covers the light emitter 5 from below, and the light emitter 5 from above. And an upper cover member 7 for covering.

The light emitter 5 is formed by arranging chip-type LEDs 4 in a predetermined arrangement on the lower bottom surface of a substrate 8 having a right-angled triangular shape in plan view. Each LED 4 provided in the light emitter 5 is a ceiling lighting device. 1 emission source is configured.

The lower cover member 6 has a right triangle plate shape larger than that of the light emitter 5 in plan view. The lower cover member 6 is made of a translucent light-transmitting resin, and the light emitted from the LED 4 of the light emitter 5 is lower cover member. 6 is irradiated downward. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the lower cover member 6 includes a bottom plate 12 having a right triangle shape and a side wall 13 erected on the periphery of the bottom plate 12. The inner wall surface of the side wall 13 bulges inward in some places, and a screw hole 14 for screwing the upper cover member 7 is formed there.

As shown in FIG. 4, the upper cover member 7 is formed by forming a metal plate into a lid shape having a right triangle in plan view. A plurality of screw through holes 17 are formed in the upper cover member 7 and are screwed so as to cover the lower cover member 6 with the light emitter 5 screwed to the bottom surface side thereof.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the ceiling lighting device 1 includes support side edges 15, 15 formed integrally with the side edges of the lower cover member 6, and the wide support part g of the ceiling board suspension rod f. In the state where it is placed on, it is assembled so as to reach the intersection of the ceiling lattice h. Specifically, the support side edge 15 is located at two mutually perpendicular side edges of the right-side triangular lower cover member 6 and extends outward from the outer wall surface of the side wall 13. The support side edge 15 has a horizontal hook shape, and is formed at a height position corresponding to the height of the wide support part g. As shown in FIG. 6, the support side edge 15 is formed on the wide support part g. When the side wall 13 is brought into contact with the side surface of the wide support portion g, the bottom surface of the bottom plate 12 is configured to be substantially flush with the bottom surface of the ceiling plate suspension rod f.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, flanges 16 and 19 extending outward are formed on the side edges corresponding to the hypotenuses of the lower cover member 6 and the upper cover member 7. 1 is connected to the ceiling plate 9a through the flanges 16 and 19. Specifically, the flange portion 16 of the lower cover member 6 has a horizontal plate shape extending outward from the lower edge of the side wall 13, and, as shown in FIG. By placing the edge, the bottom surface of the ceiling plate 9a is supported so as to be flush with the bottom surface of the bottom plate 12. On the other hand, the flange portion 19 of the upper cover member 7 extends outward from its side edge and abuts against the side edge of the ceiling plate 9a from above, thereby preventing the ceiling plate 9a from being lifted.

In the ceiling lighting device 1 of the present embodiment, the translucent lower cover member 6 is installed on the ceiling grid h so as to directly contact the intersection of the ceiling plate suspension rod f. When the LED 4 is turned on, it is possible to emit light sufficiently bright up to the boundary portion of the intersection of the ceiling grid h. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, if the ceiling lighting device 1 of the present embodiment is installed around the intersection of the ceiling lattice h to form the composite lighting form A, the boundary portion between the adjacent ceiling lighting devices 1 However, it is less likely to be darker than in the past, and it becomes possible to create a composite lighting form A that has a sense of unity compared to the conventional configuration.

Further, since the ceiling lighting device 1 of the present embodiment is directly supported by the ceiling grid h by being placed on the wide support portion g of the ceiling plate suspension rod f, the ceiling plate 9a combined with the ceiling lighting device 1 is used. The ceiling plate 9a combined with the ceiling lighting device 1 is not required to have high strength because the load on the ceiling lighting device 1 is not applied. For this reason, in the system ceiling using the ceiling lighting device 1 of the present embodiment, a rock wool panel having a relatively low strength can be suitably used for the ceiling plate 9a, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the system ceiling. There is an advantage that it can be reduced.

In addition, the ceiling illuminating device of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, FIG. 8 shows a system ceiling in which another composite lighting configuration B is formed using the ceiling lighting device 1 of the above embodiment. As described above, the ceiling lighting device 1 of the above embodiment is not limited to the composite illumination form A shown in FIG. 1, and various composite illumination forms can be formed by combinations thereof. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 8, the ceiling illuminating device 1 according to the embodiment is combined with a ceiling plate 9b having a shape in which a plurality of corners are missing with respect to the partition shape of the ceiling grid h, so that It is also possible to arrange a plurality of compartments.

FIG. 9 shows a modified system ceiling in which fan-shaped and quadrangular ceiling lighting devices 1a and 1b are installed on a ceiling grid h in combination with ceiling plates 9c and 9d. As described above, the ceiling lighting device according to the present invention is not limited to the right triangle shape and can have various shapes as long as it has two orthogonal sides on which the support side edges are formed. And in the system ceiling of this invention, as shown in FIG. 9, multiple types of composite illumination form C, D, and E can be formed by using a multiple types of ceiling illuminating device.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10A, the edge of the ceiling plate 9 a is held on the flange 16 formed on the lower cover member 6, and the flange 19 formed on the upper cover member 7. However, in the present invention, the connection mode between the ceiling lighting device and the ceiling plate can be appropriately changed. For example, as shown in FIG. 10 (b), the protrusions 20a and 20b may be formed in a portion of the ceiling lighting device 1 that contacts the ceiling plate 9a. In this configuration, the projections 20a and 20b bite into the ceiling plate 9a in a connected state, whereby the ceiling lighting device 1 and the ceiling plate 9a can be firmly connected. Further, as shown in FIG. 10 (c), the elastic member 21 is disposed in a portion of the ceiling lighting device 1 in contact with the ceiling plate 9a, and the ceiling lighting device 1 and the ceiling plate 9a are elastically contacted. You may make it connect both strongly. Further, as shown in FIGS. 10D and 11E, the ceiling lighting device 1 and the ceiling plate 9a can be indirectly connected through the fixing brackets 22 and 23. Moreover, as shown in FIG.11 (f), a level | step difference may be formed in the side edge of the ceiling board 9a, and the level | step difference of the connection part of the illuminating device 1 for ceilings and the ceiling board 9a may be eliminated. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 11 (g) and 11 (h), the upper and lower flange portions 16 and 19 that hold the edge of the ceiling plate 9 a may be formed integrally with the lower cover member 6.

FIG. 12 shows a modification in which the ceiling lighting device 1 and the ceiling panel suspension rod f are connected by a fixing bracket 25. In such a configuration, the ceiling illuminating device 1 is attached to the ceiling grid h by screwing the fixing bracket 25 fitted to the engaging portion i of the ceiling plate suspension rod f to the upper surface of the upper cover member 7. The ceiling lighting device 1 is more difficult to drop off during an earthquake or the like. As described above, the ceiling lighting device according to the present invention not only holds and holds the support side edge 15 on the wide support portion g of the ceiling plate suspension rod f, but also places the support side edge on the wide support portion. In this state, it can be more firmly fixed using a metal fitting, a screw, an adhesive or the like.

FIG. 13 shows a modification in which a transparent inner cover member 28 is provided inside the ceiling lighting device 1. The inner cover member 28 is a plate-like body having a lens shape, and is disposed in a space covered by the lower cover member 6 and the upper cover member 7 so as to cover the light emitter 5 from below. In such a configuration, the light from the light source can be appropriately changed by the inner cover member 28 exhibiting a lens action. Thus, in addition to the lower cover member, the ceiling illumination device of the present invention can be provided with an inner cover member that refracts light from the light source. Further, the lower cover member may have a lens shape, and the light from the light source may be refracted by the lower cover member.

Moreover, in the said Example, although the lower cover member is comprised with translucent resin, the lower cover member which concerns on this invention can be comprised also with transparent and colored transparent resin. Moreover, in the said Example, although the illuminating device for ceilings is used in combination with the ceiling board of a rock wool panel, the illuminating device for ceilings of this invention can also be used in combination with a metal panel etc. Further, other components of the system ceiling such as the ceiling board suspension rod can be appropriately changed from the configuration of the above-described embodiment. Moreover, in the said Example, although LED is employ | adopted as a light emission source, a fluorescent lamp, organic EL, etc. are employable as a light emission source of the illuminating device for ceilings.
