Description

The present invention relates to a temporary scaffolding connecting device for connecting an outer wall of a building and a temporary scaffolding.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a means for connecting an outer wall of a building and a temporary scaffolding, a wall joint mounting bracket for attaching the temporary scaffolding wall joint to an outer wall of the building (for example, a handrail or a parapet of a veranda) is known.

As this wall-connecting mounting bracket, Patent Document 1 discloses that the tip of the fastening bolt inserted through the outer-end-side bolt insertion hole of the first tube connected to the wall connector is smaller in diameter than the first tube. Then, it is screwed into the inner end side screw hole of the second tube that is telescopically fitted into the first tube, and by rotating the bolt forward and reverse, the wall connecting unit can expand and contract both tubes. A mounting bracket is described.

The wall-connecting fitting described in Patent Document 1 has clamping pieces that project downwardly at the outer end portions of both pipes straddling the protruding portions of the building outer wall, and tightens the fastening bolts. By rotating in the direction, both tubes are contracted, and the protrusions on the outer wall of the building are sandwiched and fixed by both sandwiching pieces.

Utility Model Registration No. 3163919

However, the wall-connecting mounting bracket described in Patent Document 1 is configured such that when the wall-connecting mounting bracket is mounted on the outer wall of the building, the distance between the sandwiching piece of the first tubular body and the sandwiching piece of the second tubular body Although the width of the protrusion on the outer wall is adjusted, adjustment of the separation distance of these clamping pieces is performed by rotation of the tightening bolt. Cannot be attached to the outer wall of the building (because both pipes slowly expand and contract with the rotation of the bolt).

In addition, the wall connecting fitting described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the manufacturing cost increases because the number of parts is large and the structure is complicated.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a connecting device for a temporary scaffolding that can easily and quickly connect an outer wall of a building and a temporary scaffolding, has a small number of parts, and has a simple structure. When installing the bolt member, it is possible to perform the tightening operation of the bolt member and the tightening operation of the tightening nut of the insertion member using a common tightening tool.

A temporary scaffolding connection device according to a second aspect of the present invention is the temporary scaffolding connection device according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the insertion member is rotatably provided on the support member. And

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the slide member is slidably connected to the support member as described above, the distance between the first stopper member and the second stopper member is quickly adjusted. And can then be firmly clamped and fixed. For this reason, in the present invention, when connecting the temporary scaffolding connection device to the outer wall of the building, the separation distance between the first stopper member and the second stopper member is quickly set to the width dimension of the rising portion on the outer wall of the building. Can be matched.

Further, in the present invention, since the bolt member is connected to the slide member via the female screw portion formed at one end of the slide member, the temporary scaffold can be quickly formed by rotating the bolt member in the tightening direction. The entire connecting device can be connected and fixed to the rising portion of the outer wall of the building.

Further, according to the present invention, a guide rail portion is formed on both side surfaces of the other end side of the support member, and a slider for sliding the guide rail portion is formed on the other end of the slide member. The shape of the head 31 is formed from a hexagon. At this time, the two-sided width of the head 31 may be formed to 17 mm. Thereby, when installing a temporary scaffold, the operator can efficiently perform the tightening work of the pipe clamp and the tightening work of the bolt member 30 by using a common tightening tool (generally, a pipe is used). This is because the clamping nut 41 (FIG. 1) used for the clamping has a width of 17 mm in many cases). The height of the head 1 is approximately 10 mm.

On the other end side of the bolt member 30, a grip portion 32 that holds the bolt member 30 is formed. The grip portion 32 is formed in a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter of approximately 20 mm and a length (length in the longitudinal direction of the grip portion 32) of approximately 120 mm.

On one end side of the bolt member 30, a male screw portion 33 that can be screwed into the female screw portion 22 is formed. The bolt member 30 is coupled to the slide member 20 by screwing the male screw portion 33 to the female screw portion 22 (the male screw portion 33 is inserted into the circular hole 24 of the female screw portion 22 and screwed to the female screw portion 22. )

The external thread portion 33 is formed in a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter of approximately 10 mm and a length (length in the longitudinal direction of the external thread portion 33) of approximately 70 mm. The external periphery of the external thread portion 33 has a height of approximately 2.5 mm. The male screw (screw thread) which consists of is formed.

A second stopper member 34 is provided on an end portion on the one end side of the bolt member 30 (on the side opposite to the head portion 31). The second stopper member 34 is formed in a cylindrical shape having an outer diameter of approximately 30 mm and a length (a thickness of the second stopper member 34) of approximately 10 mm.

In addition, the head part 31 and the external thread part 33 can be formed with rigid materials, such as iron or an aluminum alloy, for example. Moreover, the grip part 32 and the 2nd stopper member 34 can be formed with elastic materials, such as rubber | gum or a synthetic resin, for example.

[Insert member 40]
The insertion member 40 is for inserting the temporary scaffold into the support member 10, and is provided at the other end of the support member 10. The insertion member 40 is attached to the support member 10 by being fixed by welding or a bolt. The insertion member 40 is preferably provided on the support member 10 so as to be rotatable. Accordingly, the outer wall 50 of the building can be flexibly used by using the temporary scaffolding connecting device 100 according to the distance between the outer wall 50 (FIG. 4) of the building and the temporary scaffold 60 (FIG. 4), the design status of the temporary scaffold 60, and the like. Can be connected to the temporary scaffold 60 (because the single pipe 61 (FIG. 4) can be inserted into the support member 10 at any angle by rotating the insertion member 40).

A known pipe clamp can be used for the insertion member 40. As an example of a known pipe clamp, for example, a single pipe is held by a holding base and a holding arm pivotally attached to one end of the holding base, and is pivotally supported by the other end of the holding base. There is a pipe clamp that fastens and fixes a single pipe by screwing a tightening nut to a screw shaft for clamping. The pipe clamp tightening nut 41 may be a hexagonal one having a two-side width of 17 mm. Thereby, when installing a temporary scaffold, the operator can efficiently perform the tightening work of the pipe clamp and the tightening work of the bolt member 30 by using a common tightening tool.

The insertion member 40 can be formed of a rigid material such as iron or aluminum alloy, for example.

Next, the usage method of the temporary scaffolding connection tool 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the outer wall of the building and the temporary scaffold are coupled using the temporary scaffold coupling device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

First, a method of connecting the building outer wall 50 and the temporary scaffold 60 using the temporary scaffold connector 100 will be described.

First, the worker places the temporary scaffold connector 100 on the rising portion 51 (for example, a handrail of a veranda or a parapet) of the outer wall 50 of the building. Specifically, the operator places the main body portion 11 of the support member 10 on the upper end portion of the rising portion 51 and makes the first stopper member 14 contact the inner surface of the rising portion 51. At this time, the one end side of the support member 10 has a U-shape depending on the angle formed by the main body portion 11, the first bent portion 12, and the second bent portion 13, so that the main body portion 11 of the support member 10 rises. If placed on the upper end of the portion 51, the first stopper member 14 naturally faces the inner surface direction of the rising portion 51. For this reason, the operator can easily place the first stopper member 14 simply by pulling the support member 10 toward the inner surface of the rising portion 51 after placing the main body portion 11 of the supporting member 10 on the upper end portion of the rising portion 51. Can be brought into contact with the inner surface of the rising portion 51.

Then, the worker keeps the second stopper member 34 in contact with the outer surface of the rising portion 51 in this state (that is, the separation distance between the first stopper member 14 and the second stopper member 34). Is adjusted to the width dimension of the rising portion 51). Specifically, the operator holds the grip portion 32 and directs the bolt member 30 toward the outer surface of the rising portion 51 until the second stopper member 34 contacts the outer surface of the rising portion 51 (first stopper member). 14 direction). At this time, since the slide member 20 connected to the bolt member 30 via the female screw portion 22 is slidably connected to the support member 10 via the connection hole 23, the bolt member 30 is connected to the slide member 20. At the same time, it slides toward the outer surface of the rising portion 51. Further, since the sliders 21 and 21 formed on the inner wall of the connecting hole 23 are slidably fitted to the guide rail portion 15, the bolt member 30 is quickly slid through the slide member 20. .

Next, the worker holds the grip portion 32 in this state (the first stopper member 14 and the second stopper member 34 are in contact with the inner surface and the outer surface of the rising portion 51, respectively), and the bolt By tightening the member 30, the rising portion 51 is clamped by the first stopper member 14 and the second stopper member 34, and the slide member 20 is fixed at a predetermined position of the support member 10.

Specifically, the bolt member 30 is tightened by rotating the grip portion 32 clockwise. As a result, the bolt member 30 is pushed toward the outer surface of the rising portion 51, so that the second stopper member 34 is pressed against the outer surface of the rising portion 51, and the rising portion 51 is in the first state. The stopper member 14 and the second stopper member 34 are sandwiched.

Further, the slide member 20 is fixed at a predetermined position of the support member 10 by the tightening operation of the bolt member 30. More specifically, when the bolt member 30 is tightened, a force in the outer surface direction of the rising portion 51 is applied to the bolt member 30 (because the bolt member 30 is pushed toward the outer surface direction of the rising portion 51). A force in the direction of the other end of the support member 10 is applied to the female screw portion 22 screwed into the male screw portion 33 by the reaction of the force applied to the bolt member 30. For this reason, the slide member 20 that is slidably connected to the support member 10 via the connection hole 23 is located at the rear (the support member 10 of the support member 10) with a place (connection hole 23) connected to the support member 10 as a fulcrum. It becomes the appearance which inclines to the other end side direction (FIG. 4). As a result, the support member 10 (main body portion 11) is tilted with a strong force in the connecting hole 23 of the slide member 20, so that the slide of the slide member 20 is locked. (That is, the slide member 20 is fixed at a predetermined position of the support member 10).

Thus, if the bolt member 30 is tightened, the temporary scaffolding connecting device 100 can be easily and quickly connected to the rising portion 51 of the outer wall 50 of the building. In addition, when it is desired to further increase the connection strength between the temporary scaffolding connecting device 100 and the rising portion 51 of the outer wall 50 of the building, the head 31 of the bolt member 30 may be further tightened using a tightening tool. .

Finally, the operator inserts the temporary scaffold 60 to which the scaffold plate 62 is coupled into the insertion member 40 provided at the other end of the support member 10 (single pipe pipe constituting the temporary scaffold 60) 61 is inserted). At this time, if the insertion member 40 is provided on the support member 10 so as to be rotatable, the insertion member 40 can be flexibly used for the temporary scaffold according to the distance between the outer wall 50 of the building and the temporary scaffold 60, the design status of the temporary scaffold 60, and the like. The building outer wall 50 and the temporary scaffold 60 can be connected using the connecting device 100.

Next, a method for removing the temporary scaffold connector 100 from the outer wall 50 of the building and the temporary scaffold 60 will be described.

The temporary scaffold connector 100 can be removed from the outer wall 50 of the building and the temporary scaffold 60 by performing a procedure reverse to the above-described procedure. Specifically, first, the operator removes the temporary scaffold 60 (single pipe 61) from the insertion member 40, and then rotates the bolt member 30 counterclockwise. Then, the operator grasps the grip portion 32 and slides the bolt member 30 to the other end side of the support member 10 via the slide member 20, thereby moving the second stopper member 34 from the outer surface of the rising portion 51. Try to pull apart. Finally, the operator may remove the temporary scaffolding connecting device 100 from the rising portion 51 of the outer wall 50 of the building.

Thus, in this invention, since the slide member 20 connected with the bolt member 30 via the internal thread part 22 is connected with the support member 10 so that a slide is possible, the bolt member 30 is made to stand up of the outer wall 50 of a building. The distance between the first stopper member 14 and the second stopper member 34 can be quickly adjusted to the width dimension of the rising portion 51 on the outer wall 50 of the building simply by pushing in the outer surface direction of the portion 51. In the present invention, since the sliders 21 and 21 are slidably fitted to the guide rail portions 15 provided on both side surfaces of the main body portion 11 of the support member 10, the first stopper member can be more quickly applied. 14 and the second stopper member 34 can also be adjusted (because the slide of the slide member 20 is performed quickly).

In the present invention, the rising portion 51 can be clamped by the first and second stopper members 14 and 34 simply by rotating the bolt member 30 in the tightening direction (rotating clockwise). Since the slide member 20 can be fixed at a predetermined position of the support member 10, the temporary scaffold connection device 100 can be quickly connected and fixed to the rising portion 51 on the outer wall 50 of the building.

Furthermore, in the present invention, since the grip portion 32 for gripping the bolt member 30 is formed on the other end side of the bolt member 30, the operator can easily tighten the bolt member 30 without using a tightening tool. Attaching work can be performed (it is possible to more quickly connect and fix the temporary scaffolding connecting device 100 to the rising portion 51 of the outer wall 50 of the building).

In addition, in the present invention, since the shape of the head portion 31 of the bolt member 30 is hexagonal and the width across flats is 17 mm, an operator can use a common tightening tool when installing the temporary scaffold. Thus, it is possible to efficiently perform the tightening operation of the pipe clamp and the tightening operation of the bolt member 30 (the building outer wall 50 and the temporary scaffolding 60 are more quickly used by using the temporary scaffolding coupling device 100). Can be linked).

Finally, since the insertion member 40 is rotatably provided on the support member 10 according to the present invention, depending on the distance between the outer wall 50 of the building and the temporary scaffold 60, the design status of the temporary scaffold 60, etc. The outer wall 50 of the building and the temporary scaffold 60 can be connected flexibly.

FIG. 5 is a front view illustrating a modification of the support member. In this embodiment, the support member 10 is formed so as to be entirely J-shaped depending on the angle formed by the main body 11, the first bent portion 12, and the second bent portion 13. Further, it can be formed so as to be L-shaped as a whole. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the first bent portion 72 is formed by bending one end side of the main body portion 71 of the support member 70 at a right angle with respect to the main body portion 71, and the entire support member 70 is formed. It is formed to be L-shaped.

FIG. 6 is a front view illustrating another modification of the support member. In the present embodiment, the one end side of the support member 10 is shaped like a U-shape, but for example, it can be formed to be a C-shape. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the first bent portion 82 is formed by curving one end side of the main body 81 of the support member 80 downward, and the one end side of the support member 80 is C-shaped. (The support member 80 is entirely J-shaped).

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the temporary scaffold connector 100 is formed with the above dimensions, but it may be formed with other dimensions. For example, when it is desired to form the temporary scaffolding coupling device 100 itself in a larger size, the dimensions of each member (such as the support member 10, the slide member 20, the bolt member 30, and all the members constituting the temporary scaffolding coupling device 100). Can be larger than the above dimensions by about 5 mm to 20 mm as a whole. In addition, if it is a range which does not impair the function of the connection tool 100 for temporary scaffolds, the connection tool 100 for temporary scaffolds itself can also be formed small.

In the present embodiment, the first stopper member 14 is formed in a rectangular shape and the second stopper member 34 is formed in a cylindrical shape. However, the rising portion 51 is formed by the first and second stopper members 14 and 34. These shapes can be formed in other shapes as long as they can be sandwiched. For example, the first stopper member 14 can be formed in a cylindrical shape, and the second stopper member 34 can be formed in a rectangular shape.

In the present embodiment, the opposed sliders 21 and 21 are formed on the inner wall of the connecting hole 23 of the slide member 20, but the slider 21 may be provided only on one of the inner walls of the connecting hole 23. Good (ie, only one slider is formed). At this time, the guide rail portion 15 is provided only in the vicinity of the central portion of one side surface on the other end side of the support member 10 (the side where the slider 21 is formed on the side wall of the coupling hole 23 among the both side surfaces of the main body portion 11). The slider 21 may be slidably fitted to the guide rail portion 15 (in order to slide the slide member 20 more quickly).

In the present embodiment, the guide rail portion 15 is provided in the vicinity of the central portion of both side surfaces (both side surfaces of the main body portion 11) of the other end side of the support member 10. If the slide member 20 slides along the longitudinal direction of the support member 10 (main body portion 11) through the connection hole 23, the guide rail portion 15 and the sliders 21 and 21 are not provided. It is also possible to configure as described above.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the grip portion 32 that grips the bolt member 30 is formed on the other end side of the bolt member 30, but by tightening the bolt member 30, the first stopper member 14 and the second stopper member 14 are formed. As long as the rising portion 51 can be sandwiched by the stopper member 34 and the slide member 20 can be fixed at a predetermined position of the support member 10, the grip portion 32 may not be provided. At this time, the bolt member 30 may be tightened by tightening the head 31 using a tightening tool.

In addition, in this embodiment, the two-sided width of the head portion 31 of the bolt member 30 is formed to 17 mm, but the dimension of the two-sided width of the head portion 31 is not limited to this. That is, the dimension of the width across flats of the head 31 is determined according to the dimension of the width across flats of the tightening nut 41. For example, when the two-sided width of the tightening nut 41 is 19 mm, the two-sided width of the head 31 is also formed to 19 mm (a pipe clamping tightening operation using a common tightening tool). And the bolt member 30 are efficiently tightened).

Finally, in this embodiment, the insertion member 40 is provided rotatably on the support member 10. However, if the single pipe 61 can be inserted into the insertion member 40, the insertion member 40 is not necessarily inserted. The attachment member 40 does not have to be provided on the support member 10 so as to be rotatable. That is, in this case, the insertion member 40 can be provided on the support member 10 in a state where the orientation of the insertion member 40 is fixed (a state where the insertion member 40 does not rotate).

Thus, it goes without saying that various modifications can be made in the present embodiment without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
