In recent years, many electric and electronic devices are mounted on automobiles, and these electric and electronic devices are controlled by a microcomputer.
For example,
Hereinafter, the connector disclosed in
The connector 30 includes a

Patent Document 2 below discloses a connector having a vibration-proof structure that holds an electric wire connected to a contact terminal. The connector includes a housing main body, and a rear holder that is rotatably connected to the upper and lower walls of the housing main body via a hinge and that can close an opening formed on each rear end side of the upper and lower wall surfaces. Yes. The rear holder covers the terminal accommodating chamber, protects the press contact terminal, and prevents the electric wire connected to the press contact terminal from coming out of the housing body. That is, the rear holder protrudes from the inner surface on the inner surface at a position corresponding to each terminal receiving chamber, and when the rear holder is closed, the rear holder is engaged with the pressing terminal in the terminal receiving chamber to lift the pressing contact terminal. A locking projection is provided to prevent this. Further, the rear holder is provided with locking protrusions at the left and right end portions, and when the rear holder is closed, the rear holder is engaged with the locking groove of the housing body to maintain the closed state of the rear holder.
This type of connector has been used in a wide range of applications, but when used in an automobile or the like, external force (vibration) is applied to the connector and the electric wire led out from the connector. In particular, since the electric wire led out from the connector is long and routed in the vehicle, an external force is applied in a wide range, and the external force is amplified and transmitted to the contact terminal mounted in the connector housing. If the external force due to vibration is in the longitudinal direction of the electric wire, the connectors of
However, if the external force due to vibration is in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the electric wire, the electric wire is added to the electric wire as a repetitive moving motion in the right and left and up and down directions, and the electric wire is moved up and down and sideways in those directions. Slightly slides. When the electric wire slides slightly, the fine slide is transmitted to the contact terminal connected to the electric wire, and is transmitted between the contact terminal and the counterpart contact terminal electrically connected to the contact terminal. If the fine sliding becomes large, the coupling state of both contact terminals is affected, which causes a contact trouble such as an increase in contact resistance and contact failure.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4A, the
Further, these meshing
As shown in FIG. 4, the four
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the

The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
With reference to FIGS. 7 to 9, the assembly of the contact terminal 2 into the
Four contact terminals 2 to which electric wires C having a predetermined length are connected in advance are prepared, and these contact terminals 2 are inserted into the respective
According to the electrical connector of this embodiment, even if an external force (vibration, etc.) is applied to the electric wire led out from the connector, the electric wire connected to the contact terminal is held and fixed by the clamping teeth of the rear holder. The fine sliding of the electric wire is suppressed. As a result, transmission of external force to the contact terminal connected to the electric wire is blocked, and contact troubles due to an increase in contact resistance and poor contact with the mating connector connected to the contact terminal can be prevented. . In addition, since the pinching tooth piece is provided with an acute taper, the engagement with the recessed groove or the meshing with the meshing tooth becomes smooth, and the taper is used to make the interval between the pair of the sandwiching teeth facing each other. Is narrowed, the holding force of the electric wire is increased, and the electric wire is more firmly held and fixed.
