Claims (7)
- 複流式蒸気タービンの冷却経路であって、
該蒸気タービンが、発電機端(12)と、タービン端(14)と、軸方向に発電機端とタービン端の間に配設された複流タブダイアフラム(18)と、該蒸気タービンの第1段とを備えており、
第1段が、複数の第1段ノズル(50)と複数の第1段バケット(52)とを備えており、
蒸気経路が、入口領域(24)からタービン端を経て蒸気出口まで画成されており、
冷却経路がタブダイアフラムに複数の冷却孔(54)を備えていて、タブダイアフラムの下から第1段ノズルの周囲に蒸気を流して第1段バケットの手前で蒸気経路に戻すことができ、
冷却経路が、第1段ノズル(50)に隣接して複数の根元部半径方向シール(58)を備える、
冷却経路。 - 前記タブダイアフラム(18)に4つの冷却孔(54)を備える、請求項1に記載の冷却経路。
- 前記複数の冷却孔(54)がタブダイアフラム(18)の周囲に配設される、請求項2に記載の冷却経路。
- 発電機端(12)と、
タービン端(14)と、
軸方向に発電機端とタービン端の間に配設された複流タブダイアフラム(18)と、
複数の第1段ノズル(50)と複数の第1段バケット(52)とを含む第1段と、
入口領域(24)からタービン端を経て蒸気出口まで画成された蒸気経路と、
タブダイアフラムの複数の冷却孔(54)と根元部半径方向シール(58)とを備える冷却経路であって、第1段ノズルの周囲に蒸気を流して第1段バケットの手前で蒸気経路に蒸気を戻すことのできる冷却経路と、
を備える、蒸気タービン。 - 前記タブダイアフラム(18)に4つの冷却孔(54)を備える、請求項4に記載の蒸気タービン。
- 前記複数の冷却孔(54)がタブダイアフラム(18)の周囲に配設される、請求項4または5に記載の蒸気タービン。
- 複流式蒸気タービンの冷却方法であって、該蒸気タービンが、発電機端(12)と、タービン端(14)と、軸方向に発電機端とタービン端の間に配設された複流タブダイアフラム(18)と、該蒸気タービンの第1段とを備えており、
第1段が、複数の第1段ノズル(50)と複数の第1段バケット(52)とを備えており、
蒸気経路が、入口領域(24)からタービン端を経て蒸気出口まで画成されており、
当該方法が、第1段バケットを迂回せずに動翼ダブテールを能動冷却するためタブダイアフラムの下に蒸気流を導くステップを含み、該導くステップが、
蒸気経路の蒸気流を、タブダイアフラム(18)の複数の冷却孔(54)を通して分岐するステップと、
分岐した蒸気流を第1段ノズル(50)の周囲に流し、根元部半径方向シール(58)を介して第1段バケット(52)の手前で蒸気経路に戻すステップと、
を含む、
