また、配水ポンプと吸引ポンプとを別々に設けたので洗浄液の供給量、廃液の吸引力を洗浄アダプタの把持部で操作でき、洗浄箇所の皮膚の状態によって適宜に配水量、廃液吸引量の調整が洗浄アダプタ2の把持部21に設けた水量調節スイッチ213、真空度調節スイッチ214、必要によりエアーコントロールスイッチでにより手元で容易にでき、従ってベッド等に寝かせたままでの身体洗浄あるいは衣服を着用したままでの身体の部分的洗浄が可能となる優れた効果を有するものである。
