Patent Documents 1 and 2 disclose conventional examples of landing gear noise reduction devices.

US Pat. No. 6,615,587

An object of the present invention is to provide an landing gear in which noise is reduced.

The means for solving the problem will be described below using the numbers used in the (DETAILED DESCRIPTION). These numbers are added to clarify the correspondence between the description of (Claims) and (Mode for Carrying Out the Invention). However, these numbers should not be used to interpret the technical scope of the invention described in (Claims).

The landing gear according to the present invention includes a leg (10A), a leg door (32) fixed to the leg (10A), and an airflow inflow prevention plate (17, 18) fixed to the leg door (32). . The leg (10A) includes a trunnion (11), a wheel support (19) that supports the wheel (25), a pedestal (12) that connects the trunnion (11) and the wheel support (19), and a pedestal Rod portions (13, 14) which are arranged on the front side or the rear side of the body of (12) and which are coupled to the pedestal (12) and the trunnion (11) so as to be inclined with respect to the pedestal (12). Prepare. The leg door (32) is disposed on the side of the body of the leg (10A) in a state where the leg (10A) is deployed. A leg-leg door space (81) is provided between the leg (10A) and the leg door (32). The airflow inflow prevention plates (17, 18) are fixed to the leg door (32) so as to prevent the airflow from flowing into the space between the leg and leg door (81) from the front side of the body. Rubber protective materials (70A, 70B) are provided on the leg (10A) side of the airflow inflow prevention plates (17, 18).

Therefore, noise due to the airflow flowing from the front side of the body into the leg-leg door space (81) is prevented. The legs (10A) are protected by the rubber protective material (70A, 70B).

The airflow inflow prevention plate (17) is disposed on the front side of the body of the leg (10A) and the space between the leg and leg door (81).

In this case, the airflow inflow prevention plate (17) does not come into contact with the legs (10A) while preventing the airflow from flowing into the leg-leg door space (81) from the front side of the machine body and ensuring the noise reduction effect. It is easy to provide a gap (82) between the airflow inflow prevention plate (17) and the leg (10A).

The airflow inflow prevention plate (18) is provided so as to extend linearly along the pedestal (12).

Therefore, the structure of the airflow inflow prevention plate (18) is simplified.

The airflow inflow prevention plates (17, 18) are formed of a composite material such as aluminum or fiber reinforced plastic.

By using these materials, the airflow inflow prevention plates (17, 18) can be formed light weight.

According to the present invention, an landing gear with reduced noise is provided.

With reference to the attached drawings, embodiments for implementing an landing gear and a noise reduction device for landing gears according to the present invention will be described below.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1: shows the left view (a), the front view (b), and the right view (c) in the unfolded state of the landing gear 1A according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Here, the unfolded state is a state in which the landing gear 1A protrudes from the airframe for takeoff and landing. The landing gear 1A is provided as a main leg of an aircraft, for example. The landing gear 1 </ b> A includes a leg 10 </ b> A, wheels 25, a side brace 40, an outer rod door 31, a middle rod door 32, an inner rod door 33, and an airflow inflow prevention plate 17. The leg 10 </ b> A includes a trunnion 11, a pedestal 12, rod-like parts 13 and 14, plate-like parts 15 and 16, a piston 22, a torque link 20, and a wheel support part 19. A rotation axis S <b> 1 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the body passes through the trunnion 11. The trunnion 11 has a shape extending along the rotation axis S1. The wheel support part 19 supports the wheel 25 rotatably. The pedestal 12 connects the trunnion 11 and the wheel support 19. The pedestal 12 is coupled to the trunnion 11 and connected to the wheel support 19 via the piston 22. The piston 22 is extendable and absorbs an impact at the time of landing. The torque link 20 prevents the wheel support 19 and the wheel 25 from rotating around the axis of the piston 22 with respect to the pedestal 12. The rod-shaped portion 13 is disposed on the front side of the body of the pedestal 12 and is coupled to the pedestal 12 and the trunnion 11 so as to be inclined with respect to the pedestal 12. The rod-shaped portion 13 is an overhang portion that handles a load in the longitudinal direction of the machine body. The rod-shaped portion 14 is disposed on the rear side of the body of the pedestal 12 and is coupled to the pedestal 12 and the trunnion 11 so as to be inclined with respect to the pedestal 12. The rod-shaped portion 14 is a projecting portion that handles a load in the longitudinal direction of the machine body. The plate-like portion 15 closes the space between the pedestal 12 and the rod-like portion 13. The plate-like portion 16 closes the space between the pedestal 12 and the rod-like portion 14. Outer door 31 is attached to leg 10A via a link (not shown). In addition, the outer door 31 may be attached to the body side (for example, main wing structure). In this case, the outer door 31 is connected to the leg 10A via a link mechanism. The intermediate lid 32 is fixedly attached to the pedestal 12. The inner rod door 33 is attached to the middle rod door 32 via a hinge 34. The leg 10 </ b> A is rotated around the rotation axis S <b> 1 by an actuator (not shown), thereby transitioning between the deployed state and the retracted state. The side brace 40 holds the leg 10A in the unfolded state. The outer rod door 31, the middle rod door 32, and the inner rod door 33 are arranged on the side of the body of the leg 10A when the leg 10A is in the unfolded state. The airflow inflow prevention plate 17 has a shape extending in the longitudinal direction of the leg 10A, and includes a trunnion side portion 17a on the trunnion 11 side and a wheel support portion side portion 17b on the wheel support portion 19 side. The trunnion side portion 17a extending along the rod-shaped portion 13 and the wheel support portion side portion 17b extending along the pedestal 12 are coupled obliquely.

Referring to FIG. 2, a leg-leg door space 81 is provided between the leg 10 </ b> A and the middle lid 32. The plate-like portion 15 prevents the airflow from passing between the leg column 12 and the rod-like portion 13 and flowing into the leg-leg door space 81, and the airflow between the leg column 12 and the rod-like portion 13. It functions as airflow inflow / outflow prevention means for preventing passage and outflow from the leg-leg door space 81. Therefore, noise caused by the airflow passing between the pedestal 12 and the rod-shaped portion 13 and flowing into the leg-leg door space 81 is prevented, and between the pedestal 12 and the rod-shaped portion 13 and passing between the leg and the leg door 13 is prevented. Noise due to the airflow flowing out of the space 81 is prevented. The plate-like portion 16 prevents the airflow from passing between the leg column 12 and the rod-shaped portion 14 and flowing into the leg-leg door space 81, and the airflow between the leg column 12 and the rod-shaped portion 14. It functions as airflow inflow / outflow prevention means for preventing passage and outflow from the leg-leg door space 81. Therefore, noise caused by the airflow that passes between the pedestal 12 and the rod-like portion 14 and flows into the leg-leg door space 81 is prevented, and passes between the pedestal 12 and the rod-like portion 14 and between the leg and leg doors. Noise due to the airflow flowing out of the space 81 is prevented.

The airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is fixed to the intermediate door 32 so as to be disposed on the front side of the body of the leg 10A and the leg-leg door space 81, and the airflow flows into the leg-leg door space 81 from the front side of the body. It functions as an airflow inflow prevention means for preventing this. Therefore, noise due to airflow flowing into the leg-leg door space 81 from the front side of the body is prevented.

Since the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is fixed to the intermediate saddle door 32 and the intermediate airflow door 32 is fixed to the pedestal 12, the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is prevented from contacting the rod-like portion 13 and the pedestal 12. . The airflow inflow prevention plate 17, the rod-shaped portion 13, and the pedestal are arranged so that the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 does not come into contact with the rod-shaped portion 13 and the pedestal 12 even when the middle door 32 and the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 are covered with the airflow. 12 is provided with a gap 82 that does not affect the noise reduction effect. Since the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is disposed on the front side of the body of the leg 10A and the space 81 between the leg and the leg door, the airflow is prevented from flowing into the space 81 between the leg and the leg door from the front of the body, thereby reducing noise. Can be secured. Furthermore, since the rubber protective material 70A is attached to the leg 10A side of the airflow inflow prevention plate 17, damage to the leg 10A due to accidental contact is prevented. The airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is preferably formed of a lightweight material. Examples of lightweight materials include composite materials such as fiber reinforced plastics and aluminum materials. When the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is provided on the leg 10A, the strength of the leg 10A may be reduced by processing for attaching the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 to the leg 10A. If the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is attached to the leg 10A using an attachment to prevent the strength of the leg 10A from decreasing, the weight of the airframe increases. By providing the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 on the intermediate lid 32, the strength of the leg 10A is reduced and the weight of the aircraft is prevented from increasing. In addition, by providing the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 not in the leg 10A but in the middle lid 32, the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is prevented from interfering with the piping and wiring included in the leg 10A.

The pedestal 12, the rod-like portion 13, the rod-like portion 14, the plate-like portion 15, and the plate-like portion 16 are preferably formed as an integral part. By forming it as an integral part, the required strength can be ensured while preventing an increase in the weight of the leg 10A. For example, the pedestal 12, the rod-like portion 13, the rod-like portion 14, the plate-like portion 15, and the plate-like portion 16 can be formed as cast parts.

Referring to FIG. 3, in the retracted state, leg 10A and wheel 25 do not protrude from the aircraft. At this time, each of the outer rod door 31, the middle rod door 32, and the inner rod door 33 forms part of the lower surface of the main wing or part of the lower surface of the fuselage.

In the leg 10A, only one of the rod-like portions 13 and 14 may be provided. When the rod-like portion 13 is not provided, the plate-like portion 15 is not provided, and when the rod-like portion 14 is not provided, the plate-like portion 16 is not provided.

In the present embodiment, each of the plate-like portions 15 and 16 and the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 alone has a noise reduction effect, but a combination of these provides a more powerful noise reduction effect.

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 4: shows the left view (a), the front view (b), and the right view (c) in the unfolded state of the landing gear 1B according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The landing gear 1B is obtained by replacing the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 with an airflow inflow prevention plate 18 in the landing gear 1A according to the first embodiment. The airflow inflow prevention plate 18 extends linearly along the pedestal 12 and does not have a bent portion or a curved portion.

Referring to FIG. 5, the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 is configured to prevent the airflow from flowing into the leg-leg door space 81 between the leg 10 </ b> A and the intermediate lid door 32 from the front side of the fuselage. And functions as airflow inflow prevention means. Therefore, noise due to airflow flowing into the leg-leg door space 81 from the front side of the body is prevented.

Since the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 is fixed to the intermediate saddle door 32 and the intermediate saddle door 32 is fixed to the pedestal 12, the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 is prevented from contacting the pedestal 12. In addition, even if the middle door 32 and the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 are covered with the airflow, the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 is not in contact with the pedestal 12 so that the noise reduction effect is provided between the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 and the pedestal 12. A gap 83 that does not affect the gap 83 is provided. Furthermore, since the rubber protective material 70B is attached to the leg 10A side of the airflow inflow prevention plate 18, damage to the leg 10A due to accidental contact is prevented. The airflow inflow prevention plate 18 is preferably formed of a lightweight material. Examples of lightweight materials include composite materials such as fiber reinforced plastics and aluminum materials. Further, by providing the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 not on the leg 10A but on the middle saddle door 32, the same effect as when the airflow inflow prevention plate 17 is provided on the middle saddle door 32 instead of the leg 10A can be obtained.

The airflow inflow prevention plate 18 is provided at the front side of the body closest to the pedestal 12 so as to extend linearly along the pedestal 12. For this reason, the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 is simplified in structure and downsized. Thereby, the landing gear 1B is reduced in weight and cost.

In the present embodiment, each of the plate-like portions 15 and 16 and the airflow inflow prevention plate 18 has a noise reduction effect even when used alone, but a more powerful noise reduction effect is obtained by using these in combination.

Noise is generated by the airflow that flows, and noise is generated by the airflow that flows into the space 81 between the legs and the leg doors from the front side of the body and flows out from the rear side of the body.

FIG. 8 shows the noise reduction device 51 attached to the leg 10B. The noise reduction device 51 includes an airflow inflow / outflow prevention plate 61 and a band 75 that fixes the airflow inflow / outflow prevention plate 61 to the leg 10B.

Referring to FIG. 9, airflow inflow / outflow prevention plate 61 has a thin plate shape, and includes flat plate portion 61a, flat plate portion 61b, and curved portion 61c.
