上記の厚紙製ディスクホルダー10が、一端にディスク挿入口を開口した略U字形状のディスク嵌込用のポケット部10Hを切欠又は打抜き形成して成る表面台紙10Cと、この表面台紙10Cと同じ外形形状を成し、且つ、当該表面台紙10Cの裏面側に中間台紙10Bを介して接着されると共に、上記表面台紙10Cのディスク嵌込穴よりも若干小さな相似形状以外の任意形状を成すポケット部10Hが切欠又は打抜き形成された基板台紙10Aとによって構成されていて、
上記表面台紙10Cのポケット部10Hの裏面側より内方向に突出する上記基板台紙10Aに設けられているポケット部10Hの内側縁が、上記表面台紙10Cのポケット部10Hに嵌込まれるディスクDKの外周縁を外側から支えるようにガイドして、当該ディスクDKの記録面を前記紙製ケース本体CKの内側面から離間させるための、顎状ガイド突片10Xとしての機能を発揮するように構成し、
