Description

  The present invention relates to a body decoration seal, and more particularly to a transfer-type body decoration seal.

  As a method of drawing a picture, a pattern, etc. on the body, there are body painting and tattoo. However, body painting and tattooing take time to draw pictures and patterns on the skin. Therefore, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a body decoration seal capable of attaching a pattern to a body has been proposed.

  In Patent Document 1, the user peels off the separator of the body decoration seal and attaches the adhesive surface to a desired position on the body. The user wets the body decoration seal from the base (mounting) side with water. Since the rewet layer formed between the base and the pattern is dissolved in water, the user can peel the base from the pattern.

  Patent Document 2 describes a transfer seal kit. The transfer seal kit includes a base sheet and a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. The base sheet includes a water absorbent paper, a first coating layer, a second coating layer, and a third coating layer. The first coating layer is made of a synthetic polymer having water solubility and is formed on the entire upper surface of the water-absorbing paper. The second coating layer is made of a synthetic polymer having water repellency and is formed on the first coating layer. The third coating layer is made of a synthetic polymer having ink receptivity and is formed on the second coating layer.

  The user prints a desired mark, pattern, or the like on the surface of the third coating layer, and creates a transfer seal by bonding the double-sided adhesive sheet to the third coating layer. When the created transfer seal is affixed to the surface of the subject, the second coating layer functions as a masking sheet that protects the third coating layer on which a mark, a pattern, or the like is printed.

  However, since the 2nd coating layer is affixed on the whole upper surface of a water absorbing paper, it exists also in the position where the mark and the pattern are not printed. When the second coating layer at a position where the mark and the pattern are not printed is attached to the subject, there is a problem that the second coating layer is conspicuous. In order to make the second coating layer inconspicuous, the user has to cut along the shape of the mark or the pattern.

  The objective of this invention is providing the seal | sticker for body decoration which can make the layer which protects a pattern inconspicuous.

Means and effects for solving the problems

  The body decoration seal according to the present invention includes a mount, a masking layer, a decoration layer, and a protective film. The masking layer is formed on the mount and patterned into a predetermined shape. The decoration layer is formed on the masking layer and patterned into the same shape as the predetermined shape. The adhesive layer is formed on the decorative layer. The protective film is formed on the adhesive layer.

  According to the present invention, the decorative layer and the masking layer are patterned into the same shape, and the decorative layer is formed on the masking layer. Thereby, when the body decoration seal is affixed to the body, the masking layer can be prevented from being noticeable.

  Preferably, the decorative layer includes a metal layer.

  According to the present invention, since the decorative layer includes the metal layer, a pattern with metallic luster can be attached to the body.

  Preferably, the decorative layer includes a first colored layer formed between the metal layer and the masking layer.

  According to the present invention, various materials can be expressed by the metal layer and the first colored layer.

  Preferably, the decoration layer has the same color as the first colored layer, and includes a second colored layer formed between the metal layer and the adhesive layer.

  According to the present invention, the second colored layer is formed between the metal layer and the adhesive layer, so that the user can display the pattern represented by the decoration layer before the body decoration seal is attached to the body. The color can be confirmed.

  Preferably, the body ornamental seal further includes a glue layer. The glue layer is formed between the mount and the masking layer.

  According to the present invention, the glue layer is formed between the mount and the masking layer. Thereby, the masking layer can be easily peeled off from the mount.

  The method for manufacturing a body decoration seal according to the present invention is used for manufacturing the body decoration seal of the present invention.

  Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will not be repeated.

{Structure of body decoration seal}
FIG. 1 is a top view of a body decoration seal 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, a plurality of patterns 2 having metallic luster are drawn on a body decoration seal 1. The picture 2 includes pictures of various shapes such as a cross, a crown, a butterfly, and a key. The user can affix the pattern 2 to the body individually.

  FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of the body decoration seal 1 shown in FIG. With reference to FIG. 2, the cross-sectional structure of the body decoration seal 1 will be described. The arrow B direction is assumed to be the upward direction. The body decoration seal 1 includes a mount 3, a glue layer 4, a masking layer 5, a foil 6, an adhesive layer 7, and a protective film 8.

  The mount 3 is water-absorbing paper. The thickness of the mount 3 is about 0.5 millimeters, for example.

  The glue layer 4 is formed on the entire top surface of the mount 3. The thickness of the glue layer 4 is, for example, about 3 micrometers. The glue layer 4 is made of, for example, a water-soluble synthetic polymer such as polyvinyl alcohol (commonly called poval) or polyvinyl pyrrolidone. By forming the glue layer 4 between the mount 3 and the masking layer 5, the masking layer 5 can be easily peeled off from the mount 3.

  The masking layer 5 is patterned into a predetermined shape like the picture 2 and is formed on the glue layer 4. The masking layer 5 is formed of a transparent water-repellent polymer compound such as an acrylic resin. The thickness of the masking layer 5 is about 5 micrometers.

  A foil 6 is formed on the masking layer 5. The foil 6 is a decorative layer constituting the pattern 2. The foil 6 is patterned into the same shape as the shape (predetermined shape) of the masking layer 5. Actually, the shape of the foil 6 is determined according to the pattern 2, and the masking layer 5 is patterned into the determined shape. This is to protect the foil 6 with the masking layer 5 and make the masking layer 5 inconspicuous when the body decoration seal 1 is affixed to the body. For this reason, when forming the foil 6 on the masking layer 5, it is necessary to match the position of the masking layer 5 with the position where the foil 6 is formed. In consideration of alignment, the masking layer 5 may have a margin. Therefore, “the same shape as the predetermined shape” includes a shape that is exactly the same as the predetermined shape and a shape that is slightly smaller than the predetermined shape. The structure of the foil 6 will be described later.

  The adhesive layer 7 is formed on the foil 6. As shown in FIG. 2, the adhesive layer 7 may be formed so as to cover the foil 6 and the masking layer 5, or may be formed only on the foil 6. The thickness of the adhesive layer 7 is, for example, 10 micrometers.

  The protective film 8 is formed on the adhesive layer 7 and covers the entire mount 3. The protective film 8 is formed of a transparent material such as PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate). The protective film 8 is used to protect the pattern 2 and the adhesive layer 7 before the body decoration seal 1 is attached to the body.

  FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the foil 6. With reference to FIG. 3, the foil 6 includes an adhesive layer 61, a colored layer 62, a metal layer 63, and a colored layer 64. In FIG. 3, the arrow B direction is assumed to be the upward direction.

  The adhesive layer 61 is formed on the masking layer 5. The adhesive layer 61 adheres the foil 6 to the masking layer 5.

  The metal layer 63 is formed of a metal such as aluminum. The colored layer 62 is formed between the adhesive layer 61 and the metal layer 63. That is, the colored layer 62 is formed between the masking layer 5 and the metal layer 63. The colored layer 64 has the same color as the colored layer 62 and is formed on the metal layer 63. On the colored layer 64, the adhesive layer 7 is formed.

  The color of the pattern 2 is expressed by the colored layers 62 and 64 and the metal layer 63. For example, when the metal layer 63 is aluminum and the colored layers 62 and 64 are yellow ink, the color of the pattern 2 is gold. When the foil 6 is formed on the mount 3, the color of the pattern 2 is expressed by the metal layer 63 and the colored layer 64. When the body decoration seal 1 is affixed to the body, the color of the pattern 2 is expressed by the colored layer 62 and the metal layer 63.

4A and 4B are diagrams for explaining a method of attaching the body decoration seal 1 to the body. Note that the upward direction in FIGS. 4A and 4B is opposite to the upward direction in FIGS.

  First, the user cuts off the body decoration sticker 1 including the favorite pattern 2. The user peels off the protective film 8 from the cut body decoration seal 1 and attaches the adhesive layer 7 to the skin 10 as shown in FIG. 4A.

  Next, the user wets the mount 3 with water. Specifically, the user may apply a sponge or tissue paper containing water to the mount 3 in the direction opposite to the arrow B direction. Thereby, the water passes through the mount 3 and reaches the glue layer 4. Since the glue layer 4 is formed of a water-soluble polymer compound, it is soluble in water. When the glue layer 4 is dissolved in water, the user can peel the mount 3 from the masking layer 5 and the adhesive layer 7. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4B, the foil 6 constituting the pattern 2 is attached to the skin 10 so as to be sandwiched between the masking layer 5 and the adhesive layer 7.

  Since the masking layer 5 is a water-repellent polymer compound as described above, water does not penetrate to the foil 6. For this reason, the colored layers 62 and 64 do not flow out by water.

  Referring to FIG. 4B, when the body decoration seal 1 is attached to the skin 10, the foil 6 is covered with the masking layer 5, so that it does not directly touch the outside air and is not exposed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the foil 6 from being peeled off from the adhesive layer 7. Moreover, since the masking layer 5 has the same shape as the foil 6, the masking layer 5 can be made inconspicuous when the body decoration seal 1 is attached to the body.

  The pattern 2 is transferred to the skin 10 by applying the body decoration seal 1 to the skin 10. Therefore, when the body decoration seal 1 is affixed to the skin 10, the color of the pattern 2 is expressed by the colored layer 62 and the metal layer 63. Since the color of the colored layer 62 is the same as the color of the colored layer 64, the color of the pattern 2 viewed from the masking layer 5 side is the same as the color of the pattern 2 viewed from the protective film 8 side. Thereby, the user can confirm the color of the pattern 2 easily before sticking the body decoration sticker 1 on the body. Moreover, it is also possible to express pearly luster by forming the colored layers 62 and 64 with white ink.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a method for manufacturing the body decoration seal 1. With reference to FIG. 5, first, the glue layer 4 is formed on the mount 3 (step S1). A water-soluble synthetic polymer is applied to the entire top surface of the mount 3.

  A masking layer 5 is formed on the mount 3 on which the glue layer 4 is formed (step S2). In step S2, the masking layer 5 is patterned into a predetermined shape (the shape of the pattern 2). Screen printing is used to form the masking layer 5.

  A decorative layer having the same shape as the predetermined shape is formed on the masking layer 5 (step S3). Specifically, the foil 14 is transferred onto the masking layer 5 by foil pressing.

  FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining a method of forming a decorative layer by foil pressing. Referring to FIG. 6, a sheet-like metallic foil 9 is used as a material for the foil 6 (decoration layer). The gold plate 20 is a relief plate on which the pattern 2 is formed. In FIG. 6, the arrow B direction is assumed to be the upward direction.

  The metallic foil 9 includes a base film 91, a release layer 92, and the foil 6. The base film 91 is, for example, a PET film. The release layer 92 is formed between the base film 91 and the colored layer 64.

  In foil stamping, the metallic foil 9 is disposed between the gold plate 20 and the mount 3 on which the masking layer 5 is formed. By moving the gold plate 20 onto the masking layer 5, the position of the gold plate 20 and the position of the masking layer 5 are matched. The metal plate 20 presses the metallic foil 9 onto the masking layer 5, whereby the foil 6 having the shape of the pattern 2 is transferred onto the masking layer 5. When the metallic plate 20 is pressed against the metallic foil 9, the adhesive layer 61 is dissolved by the heat and pressure of the metallic plate 20, and the foil 6 is adhered to the masking layer 5. The release layer 92 is activated by the heat of the metal plate 20, whereby the foil 6 is easily peeled from the base film 91. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, only the foil 6 is transferred onto the masking layer 5.

  Referring to FIG. 5 again, the adhesive layer 7 is formed on the masking layer 5 and the foil 6 (step S4). Screen printing is used to form the adhesive layer 7. The protective film 8 is affixed so that the whole upper surface of the base_sheet | mounting_paper 3 in which the adhesion layer 7 was formed may be covered (step S5). Thereby, the body decoration seal 1 is formed.

  In the said embodiment, although the foil 6 demonstrated the example which comprises a decoration layer, it is not restricted to this. For example, the decoration layer which comprises the pattern 2 may be comprised by one colored layer. In this case, one colored layer is formed on the masking layer 5 by screen printing. Thereby, the pattern 2 can be expressed using various colors.

  In the said embodiment, although the example in which the foil 6 was provided with the colored layers 62 and 64 was demonstrated, it is not restricted to this. When making the color of the pattern 2 silver, the foil 6 may not include the colored layers 62 and 64. The foil 6 may include only the colored layer 62.

  In the said embodiment, although the example which uses a water-soluble high molecular compound as the paste layer 4 was demonstrated, it is not restricted to this. For example, a material soluble in alcohol may be used as the glue layer 4. In this case, when the user attaches the body decoration seal 1 to the body, the user may press a sponge containing alcohol or the like against the mount 3.

  While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above-described embodiments are merely examples for carrying out the present invention. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be implemented by appropriately modifying the above-described embodiment without departing from the spirit thereof.
