Description
The present invention relates to an exhaust gas recirculation for recirculating a part of exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust manifold as EGR gas to an intake manifold in an engine device mounted on a work machine such as a construction machine, an agricultural machine, and an engine generator. It relates to the circulation system.
Conventionally, as an exhaust gas countermeasure for diesel engines (hereinafter simply referred to as engines), an EGR device that recirculates a part of the exhaust gas to the intake side is provided, so that the combustion temperature is kept low and NOx (nitrogen in the exhaust gas is reduced. A technique of reducing the amount of (oxide) is known. An example of this type of EGR device is disclosed in
Further, an EGR valve for adjusting the EGR rate is provided in the reflux line. In this case, the amount of EGR gas is adjusted so as to obtain an optimum EGR rate by adjusting the opening degree of the EGR valve in accordance with the engine driving state such as the engine speed and the engine load. As a result, the amount of NOx is reduced while maintaining a good combustion state of the engine. Here, the EGR rate refers to a value obtained by dividing the EGR gas amount by the sum of the EGR gas amount and the fresh air amount (= EGR gas amount / (EGR gas amount + fresh air amount)).
By the way, it is well known that the amount of EGR gas is not only influenced by the opening degree of the EGR valve but also greatly influenced by the intake and exhaust pressure of the engine. However, the conventional configuration executes the EGR valve opening / closing control using the engine driving state such as the engine rotation speed and the engine load as parameters, and the intake / exhaust pressure of the engine having a large effect is not included in the parameters. In a state where the atmospheric pressure and exhaust pressure are high, an excessive amount of EGR gas is sent into each cylinder, resulting in a lack of fresh air, and the combustion state of the engine deteriorates, resulting in the generation of black smoke. there were.
In particular, in recent years, diesel particulate filters (hereinafter referred to as exhaust gas purifiers) that purify air pollutants in exhaust gas are applied to work machines on which the engine is mounted as higher-order exhaust gas regulations related to engines are applied. , Called DPF). Since the DPF collects particulate matter (hereinafter referred to as PM) in the exhaust gas, if PM accumulates in the DPF, the flow resistance in the DPF increases and the exhaust pressure of the engine increases. It will be. That is, the accumulation of PM in the DPF causes the generation of black smoke (smoke).
Therefore, the present invention has a technical problem to provide an exhaust gas recirculation system for an engine device that has been improved by examining the current situation.
An exhaust gas recirculation system according to a first aspect of the present invention includes an exhaust gas purification device disposed in an engine exhaust system, an EGR device that recirculates a part of the exhaust gas from the exhaust system to the intake system as EGR gas, and A differential pressure detecting means for detecting an actually measured differential pressure between an intake pressure of the intake system and an exhaust pressure of the exhaust system, a rotational speed detecting means for detecting an engine rotational speed, and a load detecting means for detecting an engine load. An exhaust gas recirculation system for an engine device that operates an EGR valve for adjusting an EGR gas amount constituting the EGR device, wherein the differential pressure detecting means is an intake manifold in the intake system. In addition, the exhaust system detects the exhaust pressure of the exhaust manifold and calculates the simple moving average based on the differential pressure between the intake and exhaust pressures of the most recent multiple times. A differential pressure map for calculating a reference differential pressure before and after the EGR valve, a reference opening map for calculating a reference EGR valve opening, and a target EGR gas A target flow rate map for calculating a flow rate, and a target opening rate map for calculating a target EGR valve opening, and from the detection results of the rotational speed detection means and the load detection means, the reference difference The reference differential pressure and the reference EGR valve opening are calculated with reference to the pressure map and the reference opening map, and the target flow map is referred to from the reference differential pressure and the reference EGR valve opening. Then, the target EGR gas flow rate is calculated, and the target EGR valve opening whose differential pressure is corrected is referred to from the target EGR gas flow rate and the actually measured differential pressure by the differential pressure detecting means with reference to the target opening degree map. Calculate the degree and before Is that actuate in response to EGR valve to the target EGR valve opening degree.
According to the present invention, an exhaust gas purification device disposed in an exhaust system of an engine, an EGR device that recirculates a part of the exhaust gas from the exhaust system to the intake system as EGR gas, the intake pressure of the intake system, and the An engine apparatus comprising: a differential pressure detecting means for detecting a differential pressure with respect to an exhaust pressure of an exhaust system; a rotational speed detecting means for detecting an engine rotational speed; and a load detecting means for detecting an engine load. A target EGR gas flow rate is calculated based on the relationship between the detection result of the detection unit and the detection result of the load detection unit, and the differential pressure is calculated based on the relationship between the target EGR gas flow rate and the detection result of the differential pressure detection unit. Since the corrected target EGR valve opening is calculated and the EGR valve for adjusting the EGR gas amount constituting the EGR device is operated according to the target EGR valve opening, the opening / closing control of the EGR valve is performed. In, by including a pressure differential between the exhaust system and the intake system to the parameter, so that the opening degree of the EGR valve (the target EGR valve opening) can speak feedforward corrected.
For this reason, for example, even when PM accumulates in the exhaust gas purification device and the exhaust pressure of the engine rises, the optimum EGR gas amount can be secured. Further, for example, even when the air cleaner is fouled and the intake pressure of the engine is increased, the optimum EGR gas amount can be secured in the same manner. In other words, it is possible to greatly suppress the fluctuation of the EGR gas amount due to the fluctuation of the intake / exhaust pressure of the engine. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of black smoke (smoke) and contribute to the reduction of exhaust emission.
According to the present invention, a reference differential pressure map for calculating a reference differential pressure before and after the EGR valve, a reference opening map for calculating a reference EGR valve opening, and a target EGR gas flow rate are calculated. A target flow rate map and a target opening degree map for calculating the target EGR valve opening degree. From the detection results of the rotational speed detecting means and the load detecting means, the reference differential pressure map and the reference The reference differential pressure and the reference EGR valve opening are calculated with reference to the opening map, and the target EGR is calculated from the reference differential pressure and the reference EGR valve opening with reference to the target flow map. A gas flow rate is calculated, and the target EGR valve opening degree is calculated with reference to the target opening degree map from the target EGR gas flow rate and the detection result of the differential pressure detecting means. In this case, the target flow rate map and the target opening degree map can be measured without using the engine itself if the intake / exhaust system and the EGR device are provided. Therefore, the burden of time-consuming software design (map design) and the like can be reduced, and there is a merit in cost.
According to the present invention, the differential pressure detecting means is configured to detect the intake pressure of the intake manifold in the intake system, and to detect the exhaust pressure of the exhaust manifold in the exhaust system, so that the vicinity of the EGR valve. Therefore, the measurement error can be reduced compared to measuring the differential pressure before and after the EGR valve. Therefore, there is an effect that the accuracy of the opening / closing control of the EGR valve can be improved.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(1). Engine and its Surrounding Structure First, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a
In the above configuration, the fuel in the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The pilot injection B is injected at a timing that is greatly advanced with respect to the main injection A, thereby promoting the mixing of fuel and air. The pre-injection C is performed prior to the main injection A to shorten the ignition timing delay in the main injection A. After-injection D is injected at a time close to main injection A, thereby activating diffusion combustion and re-burning PM (reducing PM). The post-injection E is supplied to the
As shown in FIG. 2, a
An
As shown in FIG. 1, the

The
Since there is a specific relationship between the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the
In the above configuration, the exhaust gas from the
When the exhaust gas passes through the

In the above configuration, fresh air (external air) is supplied from the air cleaner to the

The reference opening degree map M2 shown in FIG. 5 defines the reference EGR valve opening degree Ls corresponding to the engine load LF and the engine rotational speed Ne. It defines the gas flow rate Qg. Further, the target opening degree map M4 shown in FIG. 7 corresponds to the target EGR gas flow rate Qg obtained by referring to the target flow rate map and the actually measured differential pressure ΔP obtained from the detected values of the
(3). Mode of EGR Valve Open / Close Control Next, an example of the
In the opening / closing control of the
Next, the target EGR gas flow rate Qg is calculated with reference to the target flow rate map M3 from the reference differential pressure ΔPo and the reference EGR valve opening degree Ls obtained in the previous step (S04), and then detected (sampling) as appropriate. Using the detected values of the
Next, the target EGR valve opening degree La corrected for the differential pressure is calculated based on the target EGR valve flow rate Qg obtained in step S04, the actually measured differential pressure ΔP which is the value of the simple moving average, and the target opening degree map M4. Then (S06), the
As can be seen from the above description, in the opening / closing control of the
Further, the reference differential pressure map M1 and the reference opening degree map M2 are obtained from the test results of the
