Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite fabric with a fluid circuit , and a composite fabric with a fluid circuit .
In special environments such as outer space and nuclear facilities, it is necessary to maintain the body function while shielding the body from the outside, and clothing having a temperature control function of the body is being studied. Further, in the medical field, jackets for keeping warm / cold parts of the affected body are being studied as alternatives to compresses, cooling packs, and heat packs.
In
In Patent Document 3, in a garment equipped with an air conditioner, a garment-side heat exchanger is formed in a thin plate by laminating aluminum foil on flexible refrigerant tubes arranged in a meandering manner, and processed by a heat insulating material. It is described that the clothes-side heat exchanger is sandwiched between the formed outer surface fabric that comes into contact with the outside air and the inner fabric that comes into contact with the skin surface with air permeability and heat conductivity ( Claim 3).
However, a sheet made by heat-sealing a sheet made of vinyl chloride (Patent Document 1), a sheet fused and sealed with an aluminum laminate sheet (Patent Document 2), and a thin tube made by laminating aluminum foil on a refrigerant thin tube (tube). The thing (patent document 3) and the thing (patent document 4) which sewn the tube are structures which are hard to deform | transform easily. In addition, vinyl chloride sheets and aluminum laminate sheets do not have a good fit to the body, and methods such as sewing tubes made of materials different from the fabric require complicated and sophisticated sewing techniques. The production period will be longer.
Therefore, the present inventors have intensively studied, and as a result, when forming a composite fabric, by simultaneously forming a fluid circuit for passing a fluid medium, a composite fabric having a higher fit to the body, At the same time, we succeeded in creating a fluid circuit with water resistance.

The composite fabric with a fluid circuit according to the present invention comprises a stretchable fabric in which a heat-fusible film is laminated on one side of a fiber base fabric made of a knitted fabric or a woven fabric. It is characterized in that a water-resistant fluid circuit that circulates a fluid medium is formed while a composite fabric is formed by heat-sealing a predetermined portion.
According to the present invention, since the fluid circuit for allowing the fluid medium to pass through is formed by the heat-fusible film, there is no need for additional work such as sewing, the fit to the body is high, and the water resistance is high. When a fluid circuit having a characteristic is provided, a composite fabric with a fluid circuit is obtained.
In the present invention, the fluid medium is a gas or a liquid. The fluid medium is a material that does not alter the heat-fusible film and the fiber base fabric, and examples thereof include air, nitrogen, argon, chlorofluorocarbon, water, and antifreeze. Since the heat-fusible film needs to prevent the fluid medium from permeating, a moisture-impermeable film or a water-resistant film is used. When the fluid medium is a liquid, the heat-fusible film is preferably a water-resistant film. When the fluid medium is a chemical, the heat-fusible film is preferably a chemical resistant film.
According to the present invention, the circuit shape of the mold used in the hot press includes a concave portion in which the main portion has a meandering shape in which a streamline is continuously combined in a plan view and a convex portion in which both sides of the concave portion protrude Yes, the portion corresponding to the concave portion is not hot pressed, and the portion corresponding to the convex portion is hot pressed .
According to the present invention, it is easy to form the composite fabric and the fluid circuit at the same time. In the present invention, at the time of the hot pressing, either high frequency or ultrasonic waves or both of them can be used in combination in order to increase thermal efficiency.
Examples of the circuit shape include a meandering shape, a wave shape, a spiral shape, a U shape, a triangular shape, a quadrangular shape, and a jagged shape.
The present invention is characterized in that the circuit shape constituting the fluid circuit is a meandering shape in which the main part is a continuous combination of streamlines in plan view .
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes easy to raise the circuit density of the fluid circuit in composite fabric while it becomes a smooth flow with little resistance at the time of flowing a fluid.
The present invention is characterized in that the heat-fusible film is an elastomer selected from one or more of polyurethane, polypropylene, nylon, polyester, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyolefin, polyamide, and polycarbonate.
According to the present invention, the high stretchability of the elastomer can withstand the pressure when the fluid flows. In the present invention, the stretch rate in the heat-fusible film is set to 50% or more and 1000% or less, and the stretch rate is preferably 200% or more and 500% or less. In the present invention, the thickness of the heat-fusible film is set to 10 μm or more and 500 μm or less. When the thickness of the heat-fusible film is less than 10 μm, there is a possibility that it cannot withstand the pressure required to flow the fluid. If the thickness of the heat-fusible film exceeds 500 μm, the stretchability is not sufficient. The heat-fusible film preferably has water resistance, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. The melting point of the heat-fusible film is preferably 110 ° C. or higher and 210 ° C. or lower. When the melting point of the heat-fusible film is less than 110 ° C., it is difficult to obtain necessary heat resistance. When the melting point of the heat-fusible film exceeds 210 ° C., the heat-sealing process is not easy.
Of the materials of the heat-fusible film, polyurethane is preferable as a moisture-impermeable heat seal in an aqueous medium. In addition, since polyurethane has a low glass transition temperature, it is excellent in low temperature stability and low temperature durability. Of the materials of the heat-fusible film, polypropylene is preferable as a moisture-impermeable heat seal in a solvent-based medium.
In the present invention, the fiber base fabric is a knitted fabric or a woven fabric using an elastic yarn selected from one or more of polyurethane, polypropylene, nylon, polyester, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyolefin, polyamide, and polycarbonate. In the present invention, the thickness of the fiber base fabric is set to 30 μm or more and 2000 μm or less, and the thickness of the fiber base fabric is preferably 100 μm or more and 1000 μm or less. The heat exchange efficiency is increased as the thickness of the fiber base fabric is reduced. The thicker the fiber base fabric, the better the touch and the higher the strength.
As the fiber base fabric, it is possible to further improve the touch by raising. As the fiber base fabric, thermal sensibility can be further improved by knitting or weaving metal fibers having good thermal conductivity. In order to improve the adhesion between the fiber base fabric and the skin, the fineness of the single yarn is preferably 1 dex or less.
In the present invention, two pieces of the above-mentioned fabric in which a heat-fusible film is laminated on one side of a fiber base fabric are overlapped. A composite fabric with an improved fit to the water and a fluid circuit with water resistance . According to the present invention, it is easy to simultaneously form the formation of the composite fabric and the formation of the fluid circuit by hot pressing. ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it becomes easy to raise the circuit density of the fluid circuit in a composite fabric while there is little resistance at the time of flowing a fluid, and it becomes a smooth flow.

The form for implementing this invention is demonstrated below.
(First embodiment of the present invention)
FIG. 1 is a plan view illustrating a
In this embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the

FIG. 5 is a plan view illustrating a
FIG. 7 is a plan view showing another example of the

(Second embodiment of the present invention)
FIG. 9 is a plan view illustrating a
(Example)
The
The required water pressure resistance of the product of the present invention is 5000 mm / water column or more, and when this is converted in terms of peel force, it is about 1500 g / cm 2 or more. For this improvement, it is necessary to increase the heat fusion volume to some extent, and therefore the thickness of the heat-fusible film 3 is preferably 12 μm or more. In order to obtain good stretchability, the thickness of the heat-fusible film 3 is preferably 25 μm or less. Further, since the heat fusion volume is increased to some extent, the hot press time is preferably 25 seconds or more and 45 seconds or less.
