Description
Claims (10)
- 触媒粒子から、同伴および/または吸着された炭化水素を分離するための装置であって、
分離容器、
前記分離容器によって画定され、同伴または吸着された炭化水素を含有する触媒粒子を受け取る少なくとも一つのポート、
分離容器の少なくとも一部にわたって垂直方向に間隔をあけて配置された第一のバッフルおよび第二のバッフルであって、それらの間の下降経路を画定する第一および第二のバッフル、ここで、前記第一のバッフルは、垂直線に対し第一の鋭角で傾いた第一の面および垂直線に対し第二の鋭角で傾いた第二の面を含み、前記第一の鋭角は前記第二の鋭角とは異なり、前記第一の面が、分離容器の壁に固定された固定端及び突出端を有し、前記第二の面が、前記第一の面の突出端に固定された固定端を有し、
炭化水素を粒子材料から分離するため、分離流体を前記第一および第二のバッフルの下側に送る流体入口、及び
分離された粒子を第一および第二のバッフルから回収する粒子出口、
を含んでなる装置。 - 前記第一のバッフルの第二の面は、前記第二のバッフルの垂直投影に向かって伸びる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第一のバッフルの第二の面は、前記第二のバッフルの垂直投影内に伸びる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 垂直スカートが前記第一および第二の面の交点から下方に延伸する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第二の鋭角が前記第一の鋭角よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記分離容器を通って反応器ライザーが延伸し、前記第一のバッフルが前記分離容器の壁によって支持され、前記第二のバッフルが前記反応器ライザーの壁によって支持される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第一のバッフルの前記第一の面の固定端が、前記壁のそれぞれ一つに固定される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第一のバッフルの前記第二の面は、前記下降経路内に延伸する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 触媒粒子から同伴および/または吸着された炭化水素を分離するための方法であって、
触媒粒子を炭化水素ストリームと接触させ、
前記炭化水素ストリームとの接触後、触媒粒子から炭化水素を離脱させて、同伴および/または吸着された炭化水素を含有する使用済み触媒のストリームを生成し、
使用済み触媒粒子を複数のバッフル上を下方に通過させ、
使用済み触媒の少なくとも一部を、垂直線に対し第一の鋭角で第一のバッフルの第一の面を下るようにさせ、その後垂直線に対し第二の鋭角で第一のバッフルの第二の面を下るようにさせ、ただし、前記第二の鋭角は前記第一の鋭角とは異なるようにし、前記第一の面が、分離容器の壁に固定された固定端及び突出端を有し、前記第二の面が、前記第一の面の突出端に固定された固定端を有し、
分離流体および分離された炭化水素をバッフルから回収し、
分離された触媒粒子を前記バッフルから回収する、
ことを含む方法。 - 前記第一のバッフルの前記第二の面を下る前記使用済み触媒は、前記バッフルによって画定された下降経路を渡って、垂直線に対し第三の鋭角で隣接バッフルの第一の面を下り、その後垂直線に対し第四の鋭角で前記第二のバッフルの第二の面を下り、前記第四の鋭角は前記第三の鋭角とは異なっている、請求項9に記載の方法。
