また、傷ができた直後は、血液、体液、膿などが出てくるが、ドーム内部の吸収シートが漏れを防ぐので、染み出た血液等が、ズボンなどの衣類に付着する心配もない。

（ロ）フタ部（３）は、厚さ１ｍｍ程の塩化ビニールシートのような素材でできており、 ドーナツ状パッド（１）の表側の上部面（４）とぴったり密着している。ソフトな 素材であるが強度もあり、外部からの力を跳ね返し、創傷部に触れるのを防ぐ。
（ハ）ドーナツ状パッド（１）の裏側の下部面（５）には、医療用接着剤が付いており、 接着シール（６）を剥がして皮膚に装着できる構造となっている。
（ニ）ドーナツ状パッド（１）の内側周壁には、血液や体液、膿などの液体を吸収するた めの吸水シート（２）が貼ってある。
本発明は以上のような構造である。
