Description
Claims (19)
- 調整された流体流量システムの利得を調節するための流体流量システムの利得調節装置であって、
調整弁の入口に関連する流体流量を受容し、弁機構に、および前記調整弁の弁部材の片側に、調節された流体流量を提供するための流体増幅弁であって、前記流体増幅弁は、増幅器の開口部に流量ピンを有し、前記流量ピンは、固定長の移動コネクタによって前記調整弁の前記弁部材に固定的に接続され、前記調整弁の出口での流体流量の変化は、前記弁機構に、前記調節された流体流量を調整させ、前記弁部材および前記流量ピンを同時に移動させ、前記調整された流体流量システムの前記利得を変化させる、流体増幅弁を備える、流体流量システムの利得調節装置。 - 前記弁部材および前記流量ピンが、前記弁機構によって同時に移動する際、同量だけ移動する、請求項1に記載の流体流量システムの利得調節装置。
- 自動的に前記利得を調整するために流体流量の変化に応じて自動的に作動する、請求項1に記載の流体流量システムの利得調節装置であって、
前記流体増幅弁は、自動調整になっており、前記調整弁の出口との継続的な流体連通をとりながら、前記調整弁の出口での流体流量の変化に応じて、前記弁機構に、および前記調整弁の弁部材の片側に、調整された流体流量を提供する、請求項1に記載の流体流量システムの利得調節装置。 - 前記流体増幅弁は、前記調整弁の一部である、請求項1に記載の流体流量システムの利得調節装置。
- 前記流体増幅弁は、前記弁機構の一部である、請求項1に記載の流体流量システムの利得調節装置。
- 前記流体増幅弁は、前記調整弁に接続される筐体を含む、請求項1に記載の流体流量システムの利得調節装置。
- 流体流量を調整するための流体流量調整装置であって、
弁入口および弁出口と、弁通路にある筐体弁座と、片側で負荷流圧に供され、前記筐体弁座で流体流量を調整するように移動可能な弁部材と、を有する、制御弁と、
前記弁入口および前記弁出口と連通するための流体接続部と、
前記弁入口と関連する流体流量を受容するように、前記流体接続部に配置され、かつ、増幅器の開口部と、前記増幅器の開口部にあり、固定長の移動コネクタによって前記弁部材に固定的に接続される流量ピンと、前記負荷流圧を前記弁部材の片側に連通するための増幅器出口と、を含む、流体増幅器と、
前記増幅器出口から受容した負荷流圧を調整し、前記調整された負荷流圧を、前記弁出口へ連通するように、前記流体接続部に配置される弁機構であって、前記弁出口での流体流量の変化は、前記筐体弁座での流体流量を調整するように、弁機構に、前記弁部材に連通された前記調整された負荷流圧を変化させる、弁機構と、を備える、流体流量調整装置。 - 前記弁部材および前記流量ピンが、前記弁機構によって同時に移動する際、同量だけ移動する、請求項7に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記制御弁は、ガスの流量を調整する調整弁である、請求項7に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記流体増幅器は、前記制御弁の一部である、請求項7に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記流体増幅器は、前記弁機構の一部である、請求項7に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記流量ピンは、前記弁部材を係合するように延在する、請求項7に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 流体流量を調整するための流体流量調整装置であって、
前記流体流量を調整するための弁部材を有する制御弁と、
前記制御弁の入口と出口との間の流体流量を連通するための流体接続部と、
前記流体接続部に配置され、固定長の移動コネクタによって、前記弁部材へ固定的に接続される流量ピンを有する、増幅器弁であって、前記制御弁に負荷流体流量を提供する、増幅器弁と、
前記負荷流体流量を調整し、前記調整された負荷流体流量を前記出口に連通させる、弁機構であって、前記出口での流体流量の変化は、前記弁機構に、前記調整された負荷流体流量を変化させ、前記弁部材および前記流量ピンを同時に移動させ、前記出口で前記流体流量を提供する、弁機構と、を備える、流体流量調整装置。 - 前記弁部材および前記流量ピンが、前記弁機構によって同時に移動する際、同量だけ移動する、請求項13に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記増幅弁および前記制御弁は、筐体内に包含される、請求項13に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記増幅弁および前記弁機構は、筐体内に包含される、請求項13に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記増幅弁は、前記制御弁によって支持される、請求項13に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記同時移動は、前記出口で前記流体流量の量に従って前記弁機構の前記利得を調節するステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の流体流量調整装置。
- 前記制御弁は、調整弁であり、前記固定長の移動コネクタは、自動調節増幅弁の少なくとも一部を提供する、請求項13に記載の流体流量調整装置。
