Description
The present invention relates to an illuminating device that is disposed on a ceiling in a passenger cabin of a vehicle and has a casing that incorporates a light source in a state where light emitted from the light source is directed to at least a side, and particularly for illumination in a passenger compartment of a railway vehicle. It is used.
Conventionally, as a lighting device used in a passenger room such as a railway vehicle or an aircraft, a fluorescent tube is attached to the ceiling portion in an exposed state, and there are many cases where special light distribution control is not intended. Such a lighting device is limited in design by the shape of the fluorescent tube, so the degree of freedom in the design of the device is poor, and the direct light from the fluorescent tube is dazzling, especially on advertisements on windows in the cabin. When viewing, there is a problem that the advertisement is difficult to see due to the glare of the fluorescent tube.
Therefore, recently, an illuminating device configured to use an LED lamp as a light source instead of a fluorescent lamp, or to illuminate a cabin by indirect light instead of direct light has become mainstream. For example, in Patent Document 1, a thin illuminating lamp that emits light from both front and back surfaces is incorporated in a casing, and a direct illumination window that faces the thin illuminating lamp is disposed on a lower surface cover that covers the opening surface of the casing, and is positioned outside the same. An indirect illumination window is provided, and an illumination device that irradiates direct light and indirect light toward a lower vehicle interior is disclosed.
In
However, in the conventional techniques disclosed in
Further, in any conventional technique, the lower surface cover and the bottom wall portion covering the opening of the casing and the housing are configured separately from each other so that the passenger can directly touch them. Even if you do not touch it directly, there is a high possibility that your luggage will collide. If some impact is applied to these separate cover parts and they are unexpectedly removed from the casing or if they are damaged, they will fall into the cabin as they are, thus posing a safety problem.
In view of such problems of the conventional technology, the inventors of the present invention irradiate light on the advertising surface developed along the corner of the ceiling portion in the cabin according to Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-266951. Moreover, even if the cover that covers the light source is melted, an illumination device that has no possibility of the molten material falling downward has already been proposed.
However, even with such a lighting device, since the irradiation of light on the advertising surface is only based on indirect light, there is a possibility that the advertising surface cannot be irradiated sufficiently brightly.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the problems of the prior art as described above. By irradiating direct light and indirect light separately according to the purpose with one apparatus, soft can Terasuru by indirect light, near with the ceiling of the room can be illuminated brightly by the direct light, moreover, a cover portion covering the light source is resistant to breakage, event broken even debris in the room It aims at providing the illuminating device which can prevent falling.

Next, the operation based on the above solution will be described.
According to the illumination device (10, 10A to 11C) described in [1], the light source (20) is incorporated in the casing (11, 11A to 11C) in a state of emitting light at least to the side, Part of the light emitted from (20) is reflected downward by the reflecting surfaces (14a to 14d) in the casing body (12, 12A to 12C). The cabin (2) is illuminated by the reflected indirect light. Further, when a part of the light emitted from the light source (20) also travels downward on the cabin side, the direct light traveling downward is integrally formed below the casing body (12, 12A to 12C). It is blocked by the hanging receiving parts (15, 15A to 15C).
Thereby, the direct light from the light source (20) does not reach the cabin (2), and the cabin (2) is illuminated by the indirect light reflected and diffused by the reflecting surfaces (14a to 14d) as described above. . Therefore, the dazzling in the cabin (2) can be reduced and softly illuminated, and the effect of indirect lighting can be enhanced. Here, by devising the shape of the reflecting surfaces (14a to 14d), various light distribution controls according to the purpose and application in the cabin (2) can be performed. Further, the receiving portions (15, 15A to 15C) are integrally formed with the casing body (12, 12A to 12C), and there is no possibility that the receiving portions (15, 15A to 15C) may come off like separate removable members.
A casing (11,11A-11C) is between the edge of a casing main body (12,12A-12C) and the edge of a receiving part (15,15A-15C) among the lights radiate | emitted from the light source (20). directly from the light is installed in the Hare state suited to the side. Therefore, not only does it irradiate the area where the seat is located in the cabin (2) as in the prior art, but particularly in the vicinity of the boundary between the ceiling (3) and the side wall surface portion (4) in the cabin (2), that is, generally on a window. The advertisement (6) can be made bright and conspicuous by direct light irradiation.
More specifically, as described in [2] above, the casing (11, 11A to 11C) is used as the edge of the casing body (12, 12A to 12C) out of the light emitted from the light source (20). And direct light directed sideways from between the edges of the receiving portions (15, 15A to 15C) were irradiated along the boundary between the ceiling portion (3) and the side wall surface portion (4), and developed in the vicinity . It is good to install in the state which irradiates the whole surface of advertisement (6). Here, the “state” means the mounting position and orientation of the casing (11, 11A to 11C), the angle or the inclination posture, and the like.
Thereby, along the boundary between the ceiling part (3) and the side wall surface part (4), for example, an advertisement (being developed so as to bend from the ceiling surface (reference surface of the ceiling part (3)) to the side wall surface part (4) ( The entire surface of 6), in particular, the portion along the ceiling surface can be directly irradiated with light. Moreover, it becomes possible to set it as the light distribution which irradiates the whole surface of advertisement (6) by one illumination device (10,10A-11C), and a passenger, without a group, a shadow, a line, etc. appearing in advertisement (6) Makes the advertisement (6) easier to see.
Further, as in the lighting devices (10, 10A to 11C) described in [3], the protective cover (30) is attached to the casing (11, 11A to 11C) so as to cover the light source (20) from the outside. May be. The light emitted from the light source (20) is transmitted through the protective cover (30), so that the luminance of the light source (20) is reduced and excessively strong light irradiation can be prevented. Moreover, the contact of the other object which may cause the failure of the light source (20) can be prevented, and the light source (20) can be protected.
The protective cover (30) is not provided integrally with the casing body (12, 12A to 12C) like the receiving portions (15, 15A to 15C), but is a separate member that is attached later, and the impact is applied from the outside. If added, it may come off or break. Here, the receiving portion (15, 15A to 15C) extends at least to a position where it overlaps in the vertical direction with respect to the entire area of the protective cover (30), and when the protective cover (30) is damaged, it receives the fragments. Is formed. Therefore, when the protective cover (30) is unexpectedly removed or broken, the fragments are received by the receiving portions (15, 15A to 15C) and do not fall into the cabin (2). Thereby, sufficient safety can be ensured.
According to the illuminating device (10, 10A) described in [4], the casing (11, 11A) extends long, and both sides extend in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the casing body (12, 12A). The part (14) is formed in an arc-shaped cross section that is curved so as to spread downward from both sides of the uppermost center part (13), and the inside of the arc-shaped cross section is the reflection surface (14a, 14b). ).
And the said receiving part (15,15A) is formed in the hook-shaped cross section which hangs down integrally from the center part (13) of a casing main body (12,12A). Here, the lower end edges of both side parts (14) of the casing body (12, 12A) and the upper and lower upper edges of the saddle-shaped cross section of the receiving part (15, 15A) are light emitted from the light source (20) between them. Are arranged in a positional relationship where the light is directly irradiated to the side. The light source (20) is a plurality of LEDs (22) arranged side by side on a substrate (21) extending in a narrow width.
The said board | substrate (21) containing the said light source (20) is integrated in the state which faces each side at the upward angle along the left-right inner side of the saddle-shaped cross section in the said receiving part (15,15A). Moreover, the said protective cover (30) is formed in the plate shape extended thinly like the said board | substrate (21), and right and left of the saddle-shaped cross section in the said center part (13) and the said receiving part (15,15A). The substrate (21) is mounted so as to cover the substrate (21) from the outside along the inside. Thereby, the unit of an illuminating device (10, 10A) is completed. In addition, the inner side of the bowl-shaped cross section in the receiving portion (15, 15A) becomes a space for receiving a piece of the protective cover (30).
Each lighting device (10, 10A, 10B) as described above has a casing inside the reference plane of the ceiling (3) in the passenger compartment (2) of the vehicle (1) as described in [5] above. (11, 11A, 11B) may be installed in the embedded state. Thereby, the presentation effect by the illumination in a passenger room (2) can be heightened.
Furthermore, as described in [6] above, the casing (11C) may be integrally formed as a part of the ceiling (3). In such a case, the appearance can be finished beautifully without a seam being produced at the connection point with the reference surface of the ceiling (3). Moreover, since the reflecting surface (14d) can be widened, indirect lighting in the cabin (2) can be realized with even higher efficiency.
According to the lighting device of the present invention, it is possible to irradiate direct light and indirect light separately from one device according to the purpose, and the interior is softly illuminated by indirect light to suppress glare. can, near with the ceiling of the room can stand out bright by direct light, moreover, with a cover portion covering the light source is not easily damaged, debris be damaged in any way is prevented from falling in the room Therefore, safety can be improved.
Hereinafter, various embodiments representing the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
More specifically, the casing
As shown in FIG. 4, light emitted from the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the receiving
The lower end edge of the both
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
In this way, the receiving
The
Next, the effect | action of the illuminating
As shown in FIG. 5, the
In the present embodiment, the lower end edge of both
Moreover, in the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
Thus, the direct light from the
Further, the light emitted from the
Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 5, along the boundary between the ceiling portion 3 and the side
Further, the light emitted from the
The
