Description
The present invention relates to a temple and a spectacle frame using the temple. In particular, the present invention relates to a temple capable of improving the ease of attachment / detachment while securing the holdability at the time of wearing, and a spectacle frame using the temple.
The spectacle frame is usually configured by connecting a front frame, a temple extending rearward from both ends of the front frame, and a hinge interposed between the front frame and the temple. In such a spectacle frame, from the viewpoint of design, there are many spectacle frames having a so-called straight temple (the temple's rear end side is not curved downward or has a small curvature).
In a spectacle frame having such a straight temple, the rear end side of the temple is generally directed outward along the side surface of the user's head (from the back of the user's ear to the back of the head). Curved in a convex shape. When the spectacle frame is mounted, the temple is expanded in accordance with the shape of the head, so that a pressing force (restoring force of the spring) is applied to both side surfaces of the head.
However, since the straight temple has few portions that are in contact with the back of the user's ear, the spectacle frame is held in a stable state when the spectacle frame is worn, compared to a normal temple whose rear end is curved downward. Poor holdability. Further, if the temple rear end side is curved outwardly so as to be along the side surface of the user's head, the distance between the rear end sides of the left and right temples is narrower than the width of the head. . For this reason, when the eyeglass frame is attached or detached, the temple must be opened to the extent of the width of the head or larger than the width of the head against the pressing force applied to both sides of the head. For this reason, the spectacle frame having the straight temple as described above has a problem that it is inferior in ease of attachment / detachment as compared with the spectacle frame having the normal temple.
In order to increase the holdability of the straight temple, it is conceivable to increase the pressing force on both side surfaces of the head by increasing the bending elastic modulus when the straight temple is displaced outward. However, when the spectacle frame having the straight temple is attached / detached, the force for opening the temple is increased, so that the spectacle frame is further inferior in attachment / detachment.
Moreover, in order to improve hold property, in
In such a temple of the eyeglass frame, the second temple is attached to the tip of the first temple so as to be swingable via a shaft, so that holdability is considered to be improved. However, the region from the inside of the second temple until it is pivotally supported (range L in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 of Patent Document 1) of the head is moved by the user moving the face or exercising. By touching the side, the second temple may slightly swing even when the spectacle frame is attached. When the second temple is swung, there is a problem that the holdability cannot be maintained satisfactorily and the stability is lacking. In addition, since the temple of such a spectacle frame is configured to pivotally support the first temple and the second temple, there is also a problem that the shaft member is likely to deteriorate during repeated use.
On the other hand, in order to improve the ease of attaching and detaching the straight temple, it is conceivable to reduce the pressing force on both side surfaces of the head by reducing the bending elastic modulus when the straight temple is displaced outward. However, the eyeglass frame provided with the straight temple is further inferior in holdability.
As described above, it is difficult to satisfy both the hold property and the ease of attachment / detachment in the spectacle frame having the conventional straight temple.
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, and provides a temple for a spectacle frame and a spectacle frame that maintain the holdability of the spectacle frame and are more easily attached and detached. The task is to do.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention includes a first temple attached to a front frame and a second temple having an attachment portion on a front end side, as described in
According to the temple according to the present invention, when the first temple is attached to the front frame of the spectacle frame, when the first temple is displaced outward, the flexural modulus of elasticity of the configuration from the first temple to the front frame ( Hereinafter, a pressing force (spring restoring force) works inward according to the bending elastic modulus E1. When the second temple is displaced outward, a pressing force acts inward according to the bending elastic modulus of the second temple (hereinafter referred to as bending elastic modulus E2). The second temple has an attachment portion on the front end side, and the front end side of the attachment portion is attached to the first temple. Further, the second temple is elastically displaceable in the inner and outer directions, and is configured to contact at least one point of the first temple when biased in the outer direction. In other words, at least the rear end side of the second temple is located inside the first temple. Since the second temple is attached to the first temple via the attachment portion, if the second temple is displaced outward, the first temple is also displaced outward. However, since the bending elastic modulus E2 is smaller than the bending elastic modulus E1, the pressing force by the bending elastic modulus E2 is dominant until the second temple comes into contact with at least one point of the first temple. Therefore, when the user widens the width of the left and right temples for wearing the spectacle frame, the temple can be widened with a force against the bending elastic modulus E2, so that the wearing can be easily started. Play. And after a 2nd temple contact | abuts to a 1st temple, a 1st temple and a 2nd temple will be displaced integrally, and the pressing force by bending elastic modulus E1 and E2 will work. Next, in a state where the user wears the eyeglass frame including the temple according to the present invention, the second temple is not in contact with the first temple, and the rear end side of the second temple is behind the user's temporal region. If the shapes of the first temple and the second temple are set so as to abut against each other, the user resists the bending elastic modulus E2 when the width of the left and right temples is widened in order to start removing the spectacle frame. Since the temple can be widened by force, the removal of the spectacle frame can be easily started. Then, in the process of removing the spectacle frame, the first temple and the second temple are brought into contact with each other, so that the first temple integrated with the second temple is expanded outwardly to resist the bending elastic moduli E1 and E2. However, as the eyeglass frame is shifted forward, the first temple and the second temple do not come into contact with each other. As a result, the pressing force due to the bending elastic modulus E2 becomes dominant. There is an effect that it can be removed. Further, when the user wears the spectacle frame, if the spectacle frame is moved forward so as to shift, the second temple is pushed outward by the shape of the head, so that the second temple is Abuts one temple. As a result, in addition to the pressing force by the bending elastic modulus E2, the pressing force by the bending elastic modulus E1 is urged behind the user's temporal region. Therefore, since the glasses frame is hardly displaced, there is an effect that holdability can be secured.
In addition, the front end side in the above means the front (front frame side) when the spectacle frame is mounted, and the rear end side means the opposite side. The inner side (inward direction) means the head side when the spectacle frame is worn, and the outer side (outward direction) means the opposite side.
Here, unlike the present invention, a configuration in which the front end side of the attachment portion of the second temple is attached to the inner side surface of the first temple is also conceivable. In this case, as the second temple is urged outward, the force in the direction in which the attachment portion is peeled off from the first temple increases. For this reason, there is a risk that the mounting portion may be damaged when such a strong force is applied.
Accordingly, in the present invention, the first temple has a through-hole penetrating inward and outward, and the attachment portion has a rear end side located on the inner side of the first temple, and is in the middle from the rear end side to the front end side. The front end extends through the through hole and is attached to the outer surface of the first temple.
According to such a configuration, the first temple has a through-hole penetrating inward and outward, and the attachment portion is located on the inner side of the first temple on the rear end side and in the middle from the rear end side to the front end side. By extending through the through hole, the front end side can be attached to the outer surface of the first temple. For this reason, after the second temple is urged outward and the second temple abuts against the first temple, the shape of the mounting portion hardly changes even if the second temple is further displaced outward. First, the first temple and the second temple are displaced together. Therefore, since the force acting in the direction in which the attachment portion is peeled off from the first temple is substantially constant, the attachment portion is not easily damaged, and the durability required for the attachment portion can withstand this constant force. If it is, it has the effect of being good .
However, in the above configuration, a configuration in which the first temple is opposed along the entire rear end side of the second temple is conceivable. In other words, a configuration in which the rear end of the first temple and the rear end of the second temple are positioned substantially in the same relationship in the front-rear relationship is conceivable.
When such a configuration is adopted, since the first temple of the spectacle frame becomes long, the spectacle frame itself becomes heavy, and there is a concern that the comfort of wearing the spectacle frame may be deteriorated. In addition, the material cost increases depending on the length of the first temple. Furthermore, when the eyeglass frame worn by the user is viewed from the side, the first temple and the second temple overlap when the width of the first temple (length in the vertical direction) is smaller than the width of the second temple. May cause a loss of aesthetics. In order to avoid such a situation, there arises a restriction that the width of the first temple must be designed larger than the width of the second temple.
Therefore, it is preferable that the second temple has a front cell at least on the rear end side, the rear end of the first temple is located in front of the rear end of the front cell, and the second temple is outward. When being urged, the front end side of the tip cell and the rear end side of the first temple abut.
According to such a preferable configuration, since the rear end of the first temple is located in front of the rear end of the previous cell, the length of the first temple is configured to be short. For this reason, as a result of the weight reduction of the first temple, the eyeglass frame using the first temple becomes lighter and the wearing comfort of the eyeglass frame is improved. In addition, since a small amount of the first temple material is required, a spectacle frame can be manufactured at low cost. Further, the length of the first temple is configured to be short enough that the front end side of the front cell and the rear end side of the first temple are in contact with each other, and when the temple according to the present invention is viewed from the side, There is almost no overlap between the temple and the tip cell. Accordingly, since it is difficult for the first temple and the front cell to appear to overlap each other, the degree of freedom is increased in designing the shapes of the first temple and the front cell.
Moreover, in order to solve the said subject, this invention is provided also as a spectacles frame provided with the said temple.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a temple of a spectacle frame that can be easily attached and detached without losing the holdability of the spectacle frame, and a spectacle frame using the same.
(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a temple according to a first embodiment of the present invention and a spectacle frame using the temple will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a temple and a spectacle frame using the temple according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 (a) is a plan view of the spectacle frame, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a second temple portion of the spectacle frame. As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The
The bending elastic modulus E2 when the
In the above description, the configuration in which the
The
Next, an operation when the
As shown in FIG. 2A, when the
As described above, since the bending elastic modulus E2 when the second temple is displaced outward is smaller than the bending elastic modulus E1 when the first temple is displaced outward, the

An operation of the

(Third embodiment)
Hereinafter, a temple according to a third embodiment of the present invention and a spectacle frame using the temple will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the description about the part similar to 1st and 2nd embodiment described so far is abbreviate | omitted, and a different part is mainly demonstrated. FIG. 7 is a configuration diagram of a temple and a spectacle frame using the temple according to the third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7A is a plan view of the spectacle frame, and FIG. FIG. 7C is a right side view of the spectacle frame, and FIG. 7C is a perspective view of a second temple portion of the spectacle frame. As shown in FIG. 7, the
An operation of the
According to the
In the
Further, the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, in the embodiment described above, the
