An electric vehicle includes an auxiliary engine for charging a driving battery in an emergency, a combustor that heats hot water for heating, and a heat accumulator that stores heat using high-temperature hot water. A technique for preheating the auxiliary engine by supplying hot water stored in the heat accumulator to the auxiliary engine is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
Also, in a hybrid vehicle that combines engine drive and motor drive, with a heat accumulator that keeps some of the coolant warm, and when the coolant temperature in the heat accumulator is higher than the coolant temperature in the engine when the vehicle starts A technique is known in which cooling water is supplied to an engine from a heat accumulator to warm up the vehicle and the vehicle is driven by a motor during the current period (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
However, in the conventional technology as described above, since a sensible heat accumulator that stores heat as sensible heat is used, the heat storage state cannot be maintained for a long period of time, and more than the temperature of the stored hot water or cooling water. Heating to the temperature of is not possible.
An object of the present invention is to obtain a vehicular chemical heat storage system that can stably store heat for a long period of time and can heat a heating target that requires a high temperature in consideration of the above facts.

Furthermore, in this chemical heat storage system for vehicles, the adsorber is cooled by the refrigerant circulating in the refrigerant circuit when the heat is stored in the reactor. In other words, the refrigerant is heated by the adsorption heat of the adsorbent. During the heat storage or at the end of the heat storage, the refrigerant heated by the control of the control device is stored in the sensible heat storage device. On the other hand, at the time of heat radiation from the reactor, the refrigerant in the sensible heat storage device is supplied to the adsorber under the control of the control device, whereby the adsorbent is heated and water vapor is desorbed from the adsorbent.
In the chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to
Note that vacuum pump can combine with the above-described sensible heat heat storage device, in this case, it is possible to further increase the water vapor pressure generated from the adsorbent. Moreover, it is preferable to provide a decompression pump in the communicating path of a reactor and an adsorber.
A chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to a third aspect of the present invention is the chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to the second aspect , wherein the vehicle has an exhaust catalyst for purifying the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine, The exhaust catalyst is the heating target.

A hybrid vehicle including a battery that supplies electric power to the motor, and the battery is the heating target.
In the vehicle chemical heat storage system according to
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a chemical heat storage system for a vehicle in which a chemical heat storage material that stores heat by performing a dehydration reaction by exhaust heat of an internal combustion engine mounted on the vehicle and that dissipates heat by a hydration reaction is built-in. An adsorber containing an adsorbent capable of adsorbing water vapor released along with the dehydration reaction and desorbing the adsorbed water vapor, and desorption promoting means for desorbing water vapor from the adsorbent of the adsorber, A heat transfer structure that transfers heat radiated by the chemical heat storage material in the reactor to the object to be heated.
In the vehicle chemical heat storage system of the first aspect, when the exhaust heat is stored in the chemical heat storage material of the reactor, water vapor dehydrated from the chemical heat storage material is adsorbed by the adsorbent of the adsorber. On the other hand, when the object to be heated is heated, the desorption promoting means is operated. Then, water vapor is desorbed from the adsorbent in the adsorber, and the water vapor is supplied to the chemical heat storage material in the reactor, so that the chemical heat storage material generates heat along with the hydration reaction of the chemical heat storage material. This heat is supplied to the heating target (object to be heated) through the heat transfer structure. That is, the heat stored in the chemical heat storage material is radiated to the heating target.
In this vehicle chemical heat storage system, since a chemical heat storage material that stores and releases heat by dehydration and hydration reactions is used, heat can be stored stably over a long period of time. Further, since the water vapor is supplied from the adsorber to the reactor by the operation of the desorption promoting means, the chemical heat storage material of the reactor can be heated at a high temperature in a low temperature environment.
Thus, in the vehicle chemical heat storage system of the first aspect, heat can be stably stored over a long period of time, and heating of a heating target requiring high temperature is possible.
The chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to a second aspect is the chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to the first aspect, wherein the desorption promoting means includes an exhaust heat recovery device for recovering exhaust heat of the internal combustion engine to a heat exchange medium, Medium transfer means for guiding the heat exchange medium that has recovered the exhaust heat to the adsorber, and the exhaust heat of the internal combustion engine is recovered by the heat exchange medium when the vehicle is started And a control device for controlling the exhaust heat recovery device and the medium transfer means so that the heat exchange medium is guided to the adsorber.
In the vehicle chemical heat storage system of the second aspect, when the vehicle is started, the exhaust heat recovery device operated by the control of the control device recovers the exhaust heat of the internal combustion engine to the heat exchange medium, and this heat exchange medium is transferred to the medium. By being guided to the adsorber by the means, the adsorbent is heated and water vapor is desorbed from the adsorbent. Thus, since the adsorbent is heated using a relatively high-temperature heat exchange medium from which exhaust heat has been recovered, the water vapor pressure generated from the adsorbent can be increased, and the chemical heat storage material of the reactor can increase the temperature. It becomes possible to generate heat.
The chemical heat storage system for vehicles according to the third aspect is the chemical heat storage system for vehicles according to the first or second aspect, wherein the desorption promoting means includes a decompression pump for reducing the pressure in the adsorber. Yes.
In the chemical heat storage system for vehicles of the 3rd mode, when heating a candidate for heating, a pressure reduction pump is operated and pressure in an adsorption machine is reduced. Then, desorption of water vapor from the adsorbent in the adsorber is promoted (desorption temperature is lowered), and the water vapor generated from the adsorbent is pressurized on the discharge side of the vacuum pump to increase the water vapor pressure. It is possible to generate heat at a high temperature by the chemical heat storage material of the reactor.
The decompression pump can be combined with the exhaust heat recovery device described above, and in this case, the water vapor pressure generated from the adsorbent can be further increased. Moreover, it is preferable to provide a decompression pump in the communicating path of a reactor and an adsorber.
The chemical heat storage system for vehicles according to a fourth aspect is the chemical heat storage system for vehicles according to the second or third aspect, wherein the vehicle has an exhaust catalyst for purifying the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine, and the exhaust A catalyst is the heating target.
In the vehicle chemical heat storage system of the fourth aspect, since the water vapor pressure generated by the adsorbent of the adsorber can be increased by the exhaust heat recovery device and / or the decompression pump as described above, the heat dissipation of the chemical heat storage material of the reactor is performed. High temperature heat can be obtained. For this reason, it becomes possible to effectively heat the exhaust catalyst whose reaction activity is good at a high temperature (for example, 300 ° C.) with the heat stored in the chemical heat storage material.
A chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to a fifth aspect is the chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the vehicle supplies a motor that exhibits a driving force for traveling and power to the motor. A hybrid vehicle including a battery, and the battery is the heating target.
In the vehicular chemical heat storage system of the fifth aspect, a battery having a low output density at a low temperature is generally heated at the time of starting the vehicle by the heat stored in the chemical heat storage material, so that the output density of the battery is increased. Thereby, in the vehicle to which this chemical heat storage system for vehicles is applied, the low temperature startability by the motor is improved.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a chemical heat storage system for a vehicle in which a chemical heat storage material that stores heat by performing a dehydration reaction by exhaust heat of an internal combustion engine mounted on the vehicle and that dissipates heat by a hydration reaction, and the reactor An adsorber containing an adsorbent capable of adsorbing water vapor released from the dehydration reaction and desorbing the adsorbed water vapor, and a microscope configured to store the cooling water of the internal combustion engine in a heat-retaining state. A heat storage device, and a cooling water transfer means for guiding the cooling water stored in the sensible heat storage device to the adsorber, and a desorption promoting means for desorbing water vapor from the adsorbent of the adsorber, A heat transfer structure that transfers heat radiated by the chemical heat storage material in the reactor to the object to be heated, and cooling water of the internal combustion engine is stored in the sensible heat storage device when the vehicle is stopped. To control the sensible heat storage device Both at the time of starting of the vehicle, and a, and a controller cooling water stored in the sensible heat storage device controls the cooling water transfer means to be guided to the adsorber.
In the vehicle chemical heat storage system of the sixth aspect, when the exhaust heat is stored in the chemical heat storage material of the reactor, water vapor dehydrated from the chemical heat storage material is adsorbed by the adsorbent of the adsorber. Thus, in the vehicle chemical heat storage system according to the first aspect, heat can be stably stored over a long period of time, and heating of a heating target requiring high temperature is possible. Furthermore, in this vehicle chemical heat storage system, when the vehicle is stopped, the cooling water of the internal combustion engine is stored in the sensible heat storage device under the control of the control device. That is, the sensible heat of the cooling water is stored. When the vehicle is started, cooling water is guided from the sensible heat storage device to the adsorber by the cooling water transfer means based on the control of the control device. The adsorbent is heated by this heat, and water vapor is desorbed from the adsorbent. Thus, by using the cooling water of the sensible heat storage device as a heat source, for example, the object to be heated can be heated without starting the internal combustion engine when starting the vehicle.
The chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to a seventh aspect is the chemical heat storage system for a vehicle according to the sixth aspect, wherein the desorption promoting means includes a decompression pump for reducing the pressure in the adsorber. In the vehicular chemical heat storage system of the seventh aspect, when the heating target is heated, the pressure reduction pump is operated to lower the pressure in the adsorber. The decompression pump can be combined with the exhaust heat recovery device and the sensible heat storage device described above, and in this case, the water vapor pressure generated from the adsorbent can be further increased. Moreover, it is preferable to provide a decompression pump in the communicating path of a reactor and an adsorber.
The chemical heat storage system for vehicles according to an eighth aspect is the chemical heat storage system for vehicles according to the seventh aspect, wherein the vehicle has an exhaust catalyst for purifying exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine, and the exhaust catalyst is the It is a heating target. In the vehicle chemical heat storage system according to the eighth aspect, since the water vapor pressure generated by the adsorbent of the adsorber can be increased by the exhaust heat recovery device and / or the decompression pump as described above, the heat dissipation of the chemical heat storage material of the reactor is performed.

The vehicular chemical
Ca(OH)2 ⇔ CaO + H2O
The vehicle chemical
Ca (OH) 2 Ca CaO + H 2 O
Ca(OH)2 + Q → CaO + H2O
CaO + H2O → Ca(OH)2 + Q
となる。
When the heat storage amount and the heat generation amount Q are shown together in this equation,
Ca (OH) 2 + Q → CaO + H 2 O
CaO + H 2 O → Ca (OH) 2 + Q
It becomes.
In addition, the vehicle chemical
The
That is, the
Furthermore, the chemical
In addition, the vehicle chemical
The
In this reference example, the
Furthermore, the vehicle chemical
In addition, the vehicle chemical
A three-
In the vehicle chemical
This point will be supplemented with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 shows a cycle of the vehicle chemical
In this reference example, the
On the other hand, in the vehicle chemical
In this reference example, the temperature of the
As described above, in the vehicle chemical
Furthermore, the vehicle chemical
In this reference example, the
On the other hand, when the
Next, the operation of the first reference example will be described.
In the vehicular chemical
During execution of this heat storage mode, water vapor, which is water dehydrated from the chemical heat storage material in the
As described above, in the
In the vehicle chemical
Thereby, heat necessary for desorption is supplied to the
The heat generated in the
Here, in the vehicle chemical
In particular, in the vehicle chemical
As described above, in the
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. Parts and portions that are basically the same as those in the first reference example or the previous configuration are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first reference example or the previous configuration, and the description thereof is omitted. There is a case.
(First embodiment)
A vehicular chemical
Specifically, the
A three-
The vehicle chemical
As described above, the vehicle chemical
Therefore, in this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the object to be heated by the vehicle chemical
About the cycle of the chemical
On the other hand, referring back to FIG. 10, in the vehicle chemical
As shown in FIG. 12, since the
The vehicle chemical
In this embodiment, the

Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described.
In the vehicle chemical
During execution of this chemical heat storage mode, water vapor, which is water dehydrated from the chemical heat storage material in the
As described above, in the
In the vehicle chemical
In the vehicular chemical
Water vapor is desorbed from the
When the
Here, in the vehicle chemical
In particular, the vehicle chemical
Supplementing this point, the output density of the
As a result, the
(Second Embodiment)
A vehicular chemical
Specifically, the vehicular chemical
Further, a three-
The vehicle chemical
Then, as shown in FIG. 14, the
In this embodiment, the
Further, the
Further, the
Next, the operation of the second embodiment will be described.
In the vehicular chemical
Therefore, the vehicle chemical
In particular, the vehicle chemical
In the second embodiment, the chemical heat storage mode and the sensible heat storage mode are separately performed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the sensible heat storage mode is set when the chemical heat storage mode is executed. It may be configured to execute in parallel.
(Third embodiment)
A vehicular chemical
The
Further, the
Other configurations of the vehicle chemical
Next, the operation of the third embodiment will be described.
In the vehicle chemical
Here, in the chemical
In the vehicle chemical
Therefore, the vehicle chemical
In the third embodiment, the
Moreover, although the example which applied the
Furthermore, in each above-mentioned embodiment, although schematic structure of the chemical
Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, an example in which calcium hydroxide is used as a chemical heat storage material has been shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and various chemical heat storages that perform various heat dissipation and heat storage by hydration / dehydration. It can be implemented using materials.
