It relates to a breathing apparatus.
A filter, a fan unit, a face that covers the entire face of the user, a nose cup that covers the mouth and nose of the user, and a respiratory monitoring device, the filter is attached to and detached from the fan unit, and the fan unit is a face The breathing apparatus is characterized in that the nose cup is detached from the inside of the face piece from the inside of the face piece, and the fan unit operates in conjunction with the breathing timing of the user detected by the breath monitoring device. It is disclosed in

The power supply battery of the fan unit is preferably incorporated in the fan unit from the viewpoint of ease of use of the breathing apparatus. When the power battery is built in the fan unit, the thickness of the fan unit increases. Therefore, when an exhaust valve is provided in the fan unit mounting portion in front of the face piece, there is a need to form a gap between the exhaust valve and the fan unit for discharging exhaust to the external environment. The fan unit having a built-in battery and increased in thickness greatly protrudes from the front surface of the face piece, and the usability of the breathing apparatus deteriorates.
Therefore, the present invention includes a filter, a fan unit, a face covering the entire face of the user, a nose cup covering the mouth and nose of the user, and a respiratory monitor device. The filter is attached to and detached from the fan unit. The fan unit is detached from the outside of the face piece to the front face of the face piece, the nose cup is detached from the inside of the face piece to the face piece, and the fan unit operates in conjunction with the user's breathing timing detected by the breath monitor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a breathing apparatus in which a fan unit has a built-in power supply battery and the protrusion of the fan unit mounted on the face body from the front face of the face body is suppressed.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes a filter, a fan unit, a face body covering the entire face of the user, a nose cup covering the mouth and nose of the user, and a respiratory monitor device. The filter is attached to the fan unit, the fan unit is attached to the face piece from the outside of the face piece, the nose cup is attached to the face piece from the inside of the face piece, and the fan unit is linked to the breathing timing of the user detected by the breath monitoring device. The fan unit has a built-in power supply battery, an exhaust valve is provided on the side surface of the face piece, and the respiratory monitor device includes a diaphragm and a sensor for detecting the movement of the diaphragm. The breath monitor device is disposed in the fan unit, and when the fan unit and the nose cup are attached to the face body, the fan unit Formed diaphragm housing space is provided a breathing apparatus characterized by communicating with the inner space of the nose cup through an opening formed in the face piece and the nose cup.
If the exhaust valve is disposed on the side surface of the face piece, there is no need to provide an exhaust gap between the front face of the face piece and the fan unit. Therefore, the fan unit can be attached to the face piece close to the front face of the face piece. As a result, an increase in the amount of protrusion from the front face of the face of the fan unit due to an increase in the thickness of the fan unit with the built-in power battery is suppressed.
Since the side face of the face piece faces the side face of the nose cup and both have a relatively large area, it is suitable for disposing an exhaust valve and a connection part between the nose cup and the exhaust valve.
When the respiratory monitoring device is composed of an exhaust valve and a sensor that detects the displacement of the exhaust valve, the sensor is arranged in the fan unit instead of the face to be washed with water, and the exhaust valve is arranged in the fan unit mounting portion of the face body. It is reasonable to do. However, when the breath monitor is composed of a diaphragm arranged in the fan unit and a sensor for detecting the movement of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm housing space and the inner space of the nose cup are communicated with each other, the exhaust valve is connected to the face unit fan unit. There is no rational basis for installing it in the mounting part. Therefore, in this case, if the fan unit has a built-in power supply battery, it is most reasonable to dispose the exhaust valve at a portion other than the fan unit mounting portion of the face piece.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, exhaust valves are provided on both sides of the face piece.
By providing a plurality of exhaust valves, the exhaust resistance is reduced and the usability of the breathing apparatus is improved.

The
