Claims (10)
- 標的位置に療法超音波を送達するためのMR対応プローブであって:
軸のまわりに回転可能な超音波素子と;
前記超音波素子を支持し、前記超音波素子と一体的に回転するよう構成された、前記超音波素子に隣接するシャフトと;
音響結合・冷却流体を循環させるための、前記シャフト内に包まれた流体導路と;
前記超音波素子をカバーし、中に前記音響結合・冷却流体を保持するよう取り付けられる音響膜と;
前記音響膜とともに取り付けられ、前記超音波素子および前記シャフトを受け容れ、中で前記超音波素子およびシャフトの自由回転を許容するよう構成された静的な外側シースであって、前記超音波素子および前記シャフトは、前記外側シースおよび前記音響膜内で回転する、外側シースとを有する、
プローブ。 - 請求項1記載のプローブであって、前記超音波素子が、非磁性の超音波トランスデューサから構成される可変焦点の平面状アレイを含む、プローブ。
- 請求項1および2のうちいずれか一項記載のプローブであって、さらに:
前記超音波素子の非アクティブな面を前記シャフトに対して支持して剛性部材を形成するトランスデューサ・ハウジングと;
前記超音波素子のアクティブな面の向かい合う側に画定され、前記軸のまわりに回転可能な超音波素子のすべての軸位置において前記アクティブな面の前記向かい合う側での位置付けを維持するよう構成され、前記超音波素子の前記アクティブな面上に前記冷却・音響結合流体を循環させるよう前記流体導路に接続された少なくとも一つの入口および出口の対とを含む、
プローブ。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか一項記載のプローブであって、前記シャフトがさらに:
複数の電気リードおよび
複数の導路を含む、
プローブ。 - 請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか一項記載のプローブであって、
前記音響膜が、前記超音波素子を取り囲み、前記超音波素子がその中で回転する際、周を取り巻いて全方向の音響透明性を許容し;
前記音響膜の壁厚が、前記超音波素子によって放出される1音響波長未満であり;
前記音響膜が、前記冷却・結合流体で満たされるよう構成された取り囲まれた体積を画定する、
プローブ。 - 請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか一項記載のプローブであって、さらに:
当該プローブの遠位端に隣接するバルーンと;
前記バルーンをふくらませるために前記バルーンに流体を供給する流体導路とを含む、
プローブ。 - 請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか一項記載のプローブであって、さらに:
前記超音波素子よりも前記プローブの遠位端に近くに配置された開口と;
流体を伝達するよう前記開口から当該プローブを通じて導く導路とを含む、
プローブ。 - 請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか一項記載のプローブであって、さらに:
前記超音波素子および前記シャフトを回転および/または並進させるよう少なくとも一つの非磁性圧電モーターを設けられた回転子マウンティングと;
前記外側シースが前記剛性部材の回転とともに回転しないよう、前記外側シースを機械的に保持するよう構成された、当該プローブの近位端におけるプラグ・ハウジングとを含み、
前記回転子マウンティングとプラグ・ハウジングは電気プラグ・コネクタを介して着脱可能に接続される、
プローブ。 - 検査領域中に静磁場を生成する磁石と;
前記検査領域中の被験体の磁気共鳴を誘起および操作する、および/または前記検査領域からの磁気共鳴データを収集するよう構成された高周波送信コイルと;
請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか一項記載のプローブとを有する、
磁気共鳴撮像システム。 - 請求項9記載の磁気共鳴撮像システムであって、前記プローブが、
前記超音波素子の回転および/または並進上の位置決めを制御するよう構成されたモーター・コントローラ;
前記調音波素子の焦点を制御するよう構成された超音波生成器;
前記冷却・結合流体の温度、圧力および循環を制御するよう構成された冷却ユニット;および
前記バルーンの膨張を制御するよう構成されたバルーン・コントローラに接続されている、
磁気共鳴撮像システム。
