Description

The present invention relates to a post-installed anchor construction method in which an anchor bar can be set and held and fixed at the center of a drilled hole.

10A and 10B are diagrams for explaining the construction procedure of the post-bonding anchor (an example of lateral construction). FIG. 10A is a cross-sectional view, FIG. 10B is a front view, and FIG. FIG. 10D shows a construction procedure.
When an anchor is to be constructed on the base material 1 such as an existing concrete structure (FIG. 10 (a)), a hole 2 drilled to a predetermined depth is formed in the base material 1 (FIG. 10 (b)). The anchor muscle 3 is inserted (FIG. 10C), and the filler 4 is filled in the hole (FIG. 10D). The filler may be put in advance before the anchor muscle is inserted, or may be injected after the anchor muscle is inserted. When the filler in the hole thus drilled is hardened, the construction is completed.

FIG. 11 is a diagram for explaining a problem in construction of a conventional adhesive post-construction anchor.
FIG. 11A shows a case where the anchor bar 3 falls to the lower side of the hole 2, and the lower side of the anchor bar 3 has little adhesion of the filler, and sufficient strength cannot be obtained.
FIG. 11 (b) shows a case where the anchor muscle 3 is set obliquely in the hole 2. In this case as well, the strength of the anchor muscle may not be fully demonstrated.
Thus, it was difficult to set and hold the anchor bar at the center of the drilled hole. For this reason, conventionally, in order to install the anchor muscle, it is supported by a hand or using an instrument or the like, but it has been troublesome and costly.

Hereinafter, this embodiment will be described.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example in which the tip of an anchor muscle is guided to the center of a hole.
In FIG. 1A, a spire-like tapered detail 31 is formed at the tip of the anchor muscle 3 inserted into the hole 2 drilled in the structure base material 1, and FIG. Spherical tapered details 33 are formed on the inner surface of the hole 2, and the tapered details 31, 33 are fitted into a small diameter guide hole 21 provided at the center of the tip of the hole 2. Just by inserting, the tip of the anchor muscle is automatically guided to the center of the hole and set. The filler 4 is injected before or after insertion of the anchor muscle, and the construction is completed by this hardening.

FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating another example in which the tip of the anchor muscle is guided to the center of the hole. In this example, a small-diameter hole having a tapered portion is formed at the tip of the drilled hole, and the tip of the anchor bar is guided to the center of the hole by the tapered portion.
The anchor muscle has a structure in which a tip guide portion 35 narrower than the main body is connected to a fitting hole formed in the tip portion of the anchor muscle main body 33, and the tip guide portion 35 has a tip at the center of the tip portion 37. A cylindrical body is formed with a hole from the side, and a sharp portion of the wedge 40 is fitted into the opening of the cylindrical body. The wedge 40 only needs to have a conical shape, a pyramid shape, or the like that matches the opening shape of the cylindrical body. On the other hand, a small-diameter hole 25 having a tapered portion 27 whose diameter gradually decreases is formed at the tip of the drilled hole 2. As the anchor muscles are inserted, the wedge 40 fitted to the distal end guiding portion 35 of the cylindrical body is guided to the center of the hole as indicated by the arrow along the inclined wall of the tapered portion 27 of the small diameter hole 25. (FIG. 2A). Further, when the anchor muscle is inserted and the anchor muscle main body 33 is pushed in with the wedge 40 reaching the bottom surface of the hole, the tip of the wedge 40 bites into the opening of the tip guide portion 35 which is a cylindrical body. The portion 37 is spread and pressed against the wall surface of the small-diameter hole 25 (FIG. 2B).

FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram of an example in which the tip of the anchor muscle is set and held at the center of the hole.
FIG. 3 (a) shows that an anchor bar 3 inserted into a hole 2 (a hole having a tip portion shown in FIG. 1 or 2) drilled in the structure base material 1 has a predetermined thickness. A mechanism 55 for holding the anchor muscle at the center of the hole is provided at the tip of the hole to be fitted into a small diameter hole provided at the tip of the hole. Retained.
FIG. 3B shows an example in which the anchor bar 3 is thin and the hole has a small diameter so that a small-diameter hole cannot be formed at the tip. A receiving metal fitting 50 is provided at the tip of the hole 2. 3 tip 57 is held in the center of the hole.
In this way, the anchor muscle 3 is held and fixed at the center of the hole even if the hand is released. The filler 4 is injected before or after insertion of the anchor muscle.

Next, a configuration in which the anchor muscle is set and held at the center of the hole will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 4 is a view for explaining a manufacturing example of a mechanism for setting and holding the anchor muscle at the center of the hole.
FIG. 4A shows a method of integrally manufacturing the anchor muscle main body 100 and the tip fixing portion 120 thinner than the main body by cutting the broken line portion 110 while leaving the center portion on the distal end side of the anchor muscle.
4B, the anchor muscle main body 100 and the tip fixing portion 120 thinner than the main body are separately manufactured, and the connecting portion 125 of the tip fixing portion 120 is formed in the hole 115 formed in the center portion on the tip end side of the anchor muscle main body 100. It is a method of inserting and connecting.
In any case, as will be described later, the tip fixing portion 120 functions to set and hold the anchor muscle at the center of the hole (the hole having the tip shown in FIG. 1 or 2).

FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining a method of pressing the separated tip fixing portion and fixing it to the hole.
The distal end fixing portion 130 having the connection portion 125 to the anchor muscle main body is a cylindrical body in which a hole 135 is formed in the central portion from the distal end side, and a sharp portion of the wedge 150 is formed at the opening portion of the distal end portion 137. The distal end fixing portion 130 is pushed into the small diameter portion 210 for guiding the distal end side of the hole 200 that has been drilled as indicated by arrow A (the distal end portion of the hole shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2). )). The wedge 150 may have a conical shape, a pyramid shape, or the like that matches the opening shape of the cylindrical body. When the distal end fixing portion 130 is pushed in and pushed until the wedge 150 reaches the bottom of the small diameter portion 210 for guide, the distal end portion 137 of the cylindrical body is pushed and expanded by the wedge 150 that bites into the opening. And fixed to the wall surface (FIG. 5B). In this state, the anchor bar main body 100 is pushed into and fixed to the connecting portion 125 as indicated by an arrow B, whereby the entire anchor bar is guided and held and fixed at the center of the hole 200 (FIG. 5C). Note that the distal end portion 137 of the distal end fixing portion 130 may be divided into two forks, four forks, and the like. The anchor muscle main body and the tip may be integrated in advance.

FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining an example in which anchor bars are fixed by an adhesive.
In this example, the anchor muscle main body and the thin tip fixing portion are integrated, and a small-diameter portion 210 for guide is formed at the center of the tip of the drilled hole 200, and is integrated with the anchor muscle main body 100 here. The tip fixing part 120 is inserted. A resin-based adhesive 140 is applied to the peripheral surface of the tip fixing portion 120 (FIG. 6A), and as shown by an arrow C, the tip of the tip fixing portion 120 has a small diameter portion 210 (FIG. 1 or FIG. 1). The anchor muscle main body 100 is inserted until the bottom surface of the hole shown in Fig. 2 is reached, and the guide small diameter portion 210 and the tip fixing portion 120 are fixed. In this way, the entire anchor muscle is guided and held and fixed at the center of the hole 200. Note that the method of fixing with an adhesive is applicable even when the anchor muscle main body and the tip fixing portion are separated, and the method of fixing with an adhesive and the wedge effect as shown in FIGS. Thus, a fixing method of pressing the wall surface may be used in combination.

FIG. 7 is a view for explaining a fixing method when the anchor bar is thin and the small diameter guide portion cannot be opened at the tip.
In this example, the drilled hole 200 has the same diameter up to the tip, and a cylindrical tip fixing portion 160 having a hole formed in the center portion from the tip side is fixed to the tip of the anchor muscle main body 100. The sharpened portion of the wedge 170 is fitted into the opening of the distal end portion 165 of the distal end fixing portion 160, and the anchor muscle main body 100 is pushed into the hole 200 as shown by the arrow D (FIG. 7A). When the wedge 170 is pushed in until it reaches the bottom of the hole, the distal end portion 165 of the cylindrical body is expanded by the wedge 170 that bites into the opening, and is fixed in pressure contact with the hole 200 (FIG. 7B). ). In this way, the anchor muscle is guided and held and fixed at the center of the hole 200. Note that the distal end portion 165 of the distal end fixing portion 160 may be configured to be separated into two forks, four forks, and the like. Further, as shown in FIG. 7 (c), the tip fixing portion 160 and the wedge 170 may be in an opposite direction. The tip fixing portion is a wedge 180 having a sharp tip, and a washer 190 for receiving the wedge is opened upward. It is also possible that the cylindrical body 190 is directed toward the end, and the distal end portion 195 of the cylindrical body 190 is pushed and expanded by the wedge 180 and fixed to the wall surface of the hole. Moreover, you may use together with the method of fixing a front-end | tip fixing | fixed part with an adhesive material.

FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the anchor construction procedure of the present invention (an example of lateral construction). FIG. 8 (A) is a cross-sectional view, FIG. 8 (B) is a front view, and FIG. d) shows the construction procedure.
When a post-construction anchor is to be constructed on the base material 1 such as an existing concrete structure (FIG. 8 (a)), a hole 2 of a predetermined depth is drilled in the base material 1 (FIG. 8 (b)), and the anchor bar 3 When is inserted, the anchor muscle 3 is guided and held and fixed at the center of the hole 2 (FIG. 8C). Next, the filler 4 is filled into the holes (FIG. 8D), and the construction is completed when the filler is cured. The filler may be injected before inserting the anchor muscle.
FIG. 9 shows the case where the post-construction anchor is constructed sideways (FIG. 9 (a)), and the case where the post-construction anchor is constructed upward (FIG. 9 (b)).
In the present invention, since the anchor bar 3 is guided and held and fixed at the center of the hole 2 without depending on the construction direction, the construction of the filler is facilitated, and there is no need to provide a spacer or the like for centering. The anchor muscle can be easily set at the center of the hole without labor and cost.
In each of the above examples, a lid (form) that prevents the filler from leaking out to the anchor bars may be attached. There is a risk that the filler may leak out during construction in the sideways or upward direction, but this can be prevented by attaching a lid (form) to prevent leakage, and the finish can be cleaned.
