Description
The present invention relates to a double tube for foam.
Conventionally, many packaging products that discharge foamy discharge products (foam) such as cosmetics such as shampoo and cleansing and foods such as whipped cream have been sold. These products usually use pump containers.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 of Patent Document 1, the pump container includes a container main body, a pump that sucks the contents containing a foaming agent such as a surfactant filled in the container main body, and discharges the contents to the outside. It is made up of. The pump sucks the contents in the container body and at the same time sucks the air in the container body, mixes them in the gas-liquid mixing chamber of the pump, and foams the mixture by passing it through the porous body of the pump. , To be discharged as a foam.
Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a squeeze container that discharges in a foam shape. This squeeze container is composed of a container main body and a squeeze former attached to the opening. The squeeze foamer includes a dip tube whose lower end extends to the bottom of the container body, a gas-liquid mixing chamber connected to the upper end of the dip tube, and a foam homogenizing means (net or porous material) connected to the gas-liquid mixing chamber. ) And a discharge port connected to the bubble homogenizing means. In the gas-liquid mixing chamber, an air introduction path communicating with the gas phase portion in the container body is formed. Therefore, by compressing the container body, the foamed contents reach the gas-liquid mixing chamber via the dip tube, and the air in the gas phase part reaches the gas-liquid mixing chamber from the air introduction path. It is mixed in the mixing chamber and discharged from the discharge port through the foam homogenizing means.
However, in Patent Documents 1 and 2, it is necessary to attach a separate member such as a pump or a squeeze foamer to the container body in order to mix and foam the contents and air. In particular, they are composed of a plurality of parts and have a complicated structure, and many processes are required for the production thereof. In particular, since the squeeze foamer of Patent Document 2 is large, it is necessary to squeeze the container considerably to discharge the entire content, which is troublesome.
An object of the present invention is to provide a double tube for foam that has a small number of parts, has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can be miniaturized.
The double tube for foam of the present invention includes an outer tube having elasticity, an inner tube that is plastically deformed and accommodated in the outer tube, and a porous body provided in the vicinity of the opening of the outer tube. And an expandable / contractible air supply unit configured by a space between the outer tube body and the inner tube body is provided, and is provided between the outer tube opening and the inner tube opening. A gas-liquid mixing chamber is provided, a gas introduction passage is provided to communicate the air supply unit and the gas-liquid mixing chamber, and the inner tube includes a cylindrical head having a cylindrical opening. A male screw is formed on the head, and a groove extending downward from an upper end is formed on a side surface of the head, and the groove is a missing part in which a part of the thread of the male screw is missing. The outer tube engaging portion Male screw and the screw fitting to the female thread is formed, said outer tube so as to be gas-liquid mixing chamber between the opening of the opening and the inner tube to the outer tube, and leaving the groove air An engagement portion that fits with the head portion is provided on the inner surface so as to close the supply portion, and the groove portion is a gas introduction passage.
Even in such a double tube, before Symbol porous body may be a gas-liquid mixing chamber.
Furthermore, it further includes a cylindrical joint member that connects the opening of the outer tube and the opening of the inner tube, and the joint member communicates with the side surface of the internal space of the joint member and the air supply unit. What has a hole is preferable.
The double tube for foam of the present invention includes an outer tube having elasticity, an inner tube that is plastically deformed and accommodated in the outer tube, and a porous body provided in the vicinity of the opening of the outer tube. And an expandable / contractible air supply portion comprising a space between the body portion of the outer tube and the body portion of the inner tube is provided, and a gas liquid is provided between the opening portion of the outer tube and the opening portion of the inner tube. A mixing chamber is provided, and a gas introduction passage that communicates the air supply unit and the gas-liquid mixing chamber is provided, so that the outer tube body can be compressed by picking and compressing the body portion of the outer tube. Air is introduced from the space between the section and the body portion of the inner tube, and the contents are introduced from the inner tube into the gas-liquid mixing chamber, and both are mixed and pass through the porous body. At this time, the contents are foamed and discharged in the form of foam (form) from the opening of the outer tube. In addition, since force is applied to the inner tube through an air supply / reduction unit that can be expanded and contracted, air is first introduced into the gas-liquid mixing chamber, and the contents and air are reliably mixed and foamed. In addition, since the double tube for foam does not require a pump device, the structure is simplified and the double tube can be downsized. Furthermore, since the outer tube is elastic, the outer tube returns to its original shape after compression, and the air supply unit is refilled with air. At the same time, the residue (liquid) remaining in the vicinity of the porous body is sucked into the gas-liquid mixing chamber. Therefore, it is possible to suppress dripping (afterdraw) and clogging due to the residue remaining in the opening. Since this residue is returned to the gas-liquid mixing chamber, it can be mixed with air and discharged again through the porous body when discharged again.

A passage is formed, and the groove portion is constituted by a missing portion in which a part of the thread of the male screw is missing, and a female screw that is screwed with the male screw is formed in the engaging portion of the outer tube. because it is, the space between the openings of the inner and the opening of the outer tube the tube is a gas-liquid mixing chamber, the groove of the inner tube head is a gas introduction passage.
In the double tube of the present invention, when the porous body is a gas-liquid mixing chamber, the contents remaining in the gas-liquid mixing chamber after discharge can be retained, and the contents are supplied to the air supply unit. The inner tube 12 includes a cylindrical body portion 28, a head portion 29 provided with a reduced diameter at the upper portion thereof, an open top portion, a shoulder portion 30 connecting the body portion and the head portion, and the body portion thereof. The bottom 31 is formed by flattening the cylindrical body at the lower end and sealing the flat part by bending or heat welding. On the outer periphery of the head 29, a longitudinal groove 32 is formed annularly from the upper end downward. The longitudinal groove 32 communicates with the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17 and functions as a gas introduction passage through the air supply portion 16 fitted and closed to the inner diameter portion of the head portion of the outer tube. As shown in FIG. 2a, a female screw is provided on the inner diameter of the head portion of the outer tube, a screw thread 33 of the male screw is provided on the outer periphery of the head portion of the inner tube, and a missing portion 34 in which a part of the screw thread 33 is missing is provided. It may be a gas introduction passage.
Such an inner tube 12 is formed by molding a metal disk such as aluminum into a bottomed cylindrical shape, forming a shoulder portion and a head portion by drawing the vicinity of the bottom portion, and screwing the outer periphery of the head portion with a roller or the like. Form a ditch. In addition, you may shape | mold by blow molding etc. using a synthetic resin, if it is the hardness which can deform | transform by acts, such as picking the trunk | drum of an outer tube with a finger at the time of discharge . As contents remaining in the gas-liquid mixing chamber is discharged from the inner tube does not flow back into the inner tube, Ru der which plastic deformation.
In addition, a check valve that allows the contents to be discharged from the inside to the outside when a compression force is applied to the opening of the inner tube and shuts off the inside and the outside when the compression force is lost. It may be provided. For example, as shown in FIGS. 2b and 2c, the inner tube 12 having the nozzle portion 33b having the discharge port 33a at the upper end is provided with a gasket 34 that covers the outer periphery of the nozzle portion 33b so as to close the discharge port 33a. Is mentioned. As a result, when a compressive force is applied to the inner tube, the gasket 34 is deformed by the extruded content, the discharge hole 33a is opened, and the content is discharged into the gas-liquid mixing chamber. When the compressing force on the inner tube is lost, the gasket 34 returns to its original shape and closes the discharge port 33a again. This check valve may be molded integrally with the inner tube, or may be mounted on the opening as a separate member.
The diameter of the trunk portion 28 is preferably 3 to 30 mm, particularly preferably 5 to 20 mm, and the thickness of the trunk portion 28 is preferably 0.01 to 2 mm, particularly preferably 0.02 to 1 mm. A gap (air supply part 16) of 1 to 10 mm, preferably 2 to 8 mm, is formed between the inner surface of the outer tube body 23 and the outer surface of the inner tube body 28. ing. The diameter of the head 29 is preferably 2 to 28 mm, particularly 4 to 18 mm, and the outer surface of the head 29 is configured to be fitted to the inner surface of the head 24 of the outer tube. The thickness of the head 29 is preferably 0.5 to 4 mm, particularly preferably 1 to 3 mm. The bottom part 31 is fixed by crushing the cylindrical body at the lower end of the body part flatly and winding the flat part or heat welding. Further, the length of the longitudinal groove 32 is preferably 1 to 15 mm, particularly preferably 2 to 10 mm.
The porous body 13 is disposed at the upper end of the head 24 of the outer tube, and examples thereof include synthetic resin, metal porous body, ceramic porous body, and ceramics. In particular, synthetic resin foams (foamed resin bodies manufactured by foaming polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyamides, polyacetals, polyesters, polystyrenes, etc. and molding them into the desired shape), or synthetic Resin-made sintered body (resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, methyl methacrylate, polytetrafluoroethylene, polysulfone, etc. is pressed and molded in a mold and then heated at a temperature below the melting point or at a temperature at which it partially dissolves. A synthetic resin porous body having a network structure formed by the above method is preferable.
Its apparent specific gravity is preferably 0.005 to 0.3 g / cm @ 3, particularly 0.01 to 0.2 g / cm @ 3. The thickness is preferably 1 to 20 mm, particularly preferably 2 to 15 mm.
This double tube 10 is manufactured as follows. The porous body 13 is attached to the outer tube 11, and the outer tube 11 and the inner tube 12 are fixed by fitting the inner tube head 29 to the inner surface of the outer tube head below the step 24a. At this time, the upper end of the head portion of the inner tube is in contact with the step portion 24a, and the lower end of the longitudinal groove 32 (gas introduction passage) of the inner tube extends downward from the lower end of the head portion 24 of the outer tube. Thereby, a space (gas-liquid mixing chamber 17) is formed between the opening of the outer tube 11 and the opening of the inner tube 12, and the longitudinal groove communicates the air supply unit 16 and the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17. The porous body 13 may be attached after the outer tube 11 and the inner tube 12 are fixed. Finally, the bottom portion 26 of the outer tube 11 is closed and manufactured.
The inner tube 12 is filled with the contents from the bottom 31 of the inner tube, but may be performed before being attached to the outer tube 11 or after being attached but before the bottom 26 of the outer tube 11 is closed.
Such a double tube 10 compresses the air supply portion 16 between the outer tube 11 and the inner tube 12 and the inner tube 12 by compressing the body portion of the outer tube 11 with a finger or the like. Thereby, the air in the air supply unit 16 reaches the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17 through the longitudinal groove 32, and the contents in the inner tube 12 also reach the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17 from the opening of the head 29 of the inner tube. To do. Then, the content mixed with air passes through the porous body 13, and the foamed discharge is discharged from the opening of the outer tube 11.
After the discharge, the outer tube 11 returns to its original shape by the elastic force, and the air supply unit 16 is refilled with air. At the same time, the residue remaining in the porous body 13 is also drawn back into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 16 by the suction force. For this reason, it is possible to prevent dripping (afterdraw) and clogging due to the residue from the outer tube opening after use. The residue is mixed with air in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17 when discharged again, and foams by passing through the porous body 13. Therefore, it is possible to repeatedly discharge a foam-like discharge until the contents of the inner tube 12 disappear.
When the inner tube 12 is a metal barrel, the barrel is plastically deformed, so that the contents in the inner tube 12 are continuously supplied to the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17. Therefore, the empty operation of the double tube can be prevented. Since the inner tube is plastically deformed, when the discharge after the outer tube returns to its original shape, the contents in the gas-liquid mixing chamber can be prevented from flowing back into the inner tube. A check valve may be provided at the mouth of the inner tube.
Examples of the contents of such a double tube include those in which an active ingredient and a foaming agent are blended in water. A water-soluble polymer may be added to the contents to form a gel, or an oil component may be added to form an emulsion or cream. Moreover, you may mix | blend a foaming agent.
Examples of the active ingredient include styling resin, treatment ingredient, glazing ingredient, active ingredient for hair such as dye, active ingredient for skin care such as moisturizing ingredient, cleansing ingredient, and squeezing ingredient.
Examples of the foaming agent include various surfactants such as nonionic surfactants, silicone surfactants, and amino acid surfactants. Examples of foaming agents include normal butane, isopentane, methyl Examples thereof include volatile organic solvents such as perfluorobutyl ether whose vapor pressure at 35 ° C. is 0.2 MPa or less.
3 has a porous body 36 provided between the opening of the outer tube 11 and the opening of the inner tube 12, and this porous body 36 serves as a gas-liquid mixing chamber. It is what. Further, the cap 37 has an annular projecting portion 38 fitted to the opening of the outer tube 11 on the surface thereof, and is connected to the holder 39 via a connecting hinge 39a. Other configurations are substantially the same as the double tube 10 of FIG.
Thus, when the porous body 36 also serves as the gas-liquid mixing chamber, the contents remaining in the gas-liquid mixing chamber after discharge can be held by the porous body 36. Therefore, movement of the contents to the air supply unit can be prevented. In addition, since the mixed liquid composed of air and contents has a longer path in the porous body 36, the discharged foam becomes finer.
The double tube 40 in FIG. 4 a is formed by connecting the outer tube 11 a and the inner tube 12 a with a joint member 41. The inner tube 12a does not include a gas introduction passage. The inner tube 12a has a male screw (engagement portion) formed on the outer periphery of the head. Further, as shown in FIG. 4b, the bottom portion 42 of the double tube is formed by flattening the bottom portion 42a of the inner tube 12a and forming the bottom portion 42b of the outer tube 11a into a flat plate shape, and wrapping both. By tightening the bottom of the outer tube and the inner tube together, even if the inner tube is filled with contents having a vapor pressure, the tightening portion does not turn over due to the vapor pressure in the inner tube. In this case, it is preferable to provide a check valve at the opening of the inner tube. Other configurations are substantially the same as the double tube 10 of FIG.
The joint member 41 includes a cylindrical main body 43, an outer flange 44 projecting outward at the upper end of the main body side surface, an inner flange 45 projecting inwardly at a lower portion of the main body side surface, and an inner surface below the inner flange. It has an engaging portion 46 and a gas introduction hole 47 slightly above the inner flange on the side surface of the main body.
The outer flange 44 is brought into contact with the upper end of the outer tube 11a, and the holder 22 is fixed thereon via the porous body 13.
The upper end of the inner tube 12 a is disposed on the lower surface of the inner flange 45.
The engaging portion 46 is a female screw that is screw-fitted with the male screw of the inner tube 12a. However, the engagement means between the joint member 41 and the inner tube 12a may be key engagement or the like.
A plurality of gas introduction holes 47 are formed on the side surface of the main body.
Since the double tube 40 is configured as described above, the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17 is formed between the outer flange 44 and the inner flange 45 inside the joint member. The gas introduction hole constitutes a gas introduction passage that communicates the air supply unit 16 and the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17. However, the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17 may be configured by the porous body 13 by filling the space between the outer flange 44 and the inner flange 45 with the porous body 13.
Thereby, by compressing the body part of the outer tube 11a of the double tube 40, the air of the air supply part 16 and the contents of the inner tube 12a are supplied to the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17 to become a mixture, and the porous body 13 After being discharged as a foam.
The double tube 50 of FIG. 5 has a gap between the joint member 51 and the head portion 52 of the outer tube, and the gas introduction hole 53 of the joint member 51 is provided in the upper part. Further, the inner tube 54 is made of a synthetic resin formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape having a hemispherical bottom by blow molding. When the inner tube is elastically deformed, it is preferable to provide a check valve at the opening.
In this case, since the gas introduction hole 53 is formed in the upper part of the joint member, the contents introduced into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 17 are unlikely to return to the gas supply unit 16.
6 has the same outer diameter of the barrel of the outer tube 61 as that of the holder 62, and the outer diameter of the barrel of the inner tube 63 and the outer diameter of the joint member are the same as those of the outer tube 61. This is smaller than the inner diameter of the opening.
By making the outer diameter of the body portion of the outer tube 61 the same as the outer diameter of the holder 62, the double tube 60 can be reduced in size. Therefore, it can be easily accommodated in a bag or the like, and is easy to carry.
Further, the inner tube 63 can be replaced by making the outer diameter of the body portion of the inner tube 63 and the outer diameter of the joint member smaller than the inner diameter of the opening portion of the outer tube. Therefore, by adopting a detachable configuration such as screw fitting between the outer tube 61 and the holder 62, the user can replace the inner tube 63 with a new one, and the outer container can be used repeatedly. In addition, by refilling the inner tube from the refill container filled with a large amount of the content, the inner tube can also be reused, resulting in an environmentally friendly double tube.
