Claims (8)
- ガスタービンエンジン用のロータデカップラシステム(50)であって、
ロータ(12)に連結されたシャフト(18)と、
フレーム(26)に固定されかつ少なくとも1つの軸受支持体(70)を有する支持構造体(38)と、
内側レース(74)、外側レース(72)並びに前記内側レース及び外側レース間に設置されたベアリング要素(73)を含む少なくとも1つの軸受システム(36)と、
前記軸受システム(36)及び軸受支持体(70)間に配置された荷重軽減システム(60)と、を含み、
前記荷重軽減システム(60)が、前記外側レース(72)に取付けられた前方側及び後方側フューズ(75)と前記外側レース(72)及び軸受支持体(70)間に且つ前記外側レース(72)の周りに円周方向に配置されたダンパ(71)とを含み、
保持プレート(78)が、前記外側レース(72)及び軸受支持体(70)の前方側面及び後方側面に取付けられ、前記前方側フューズ(75)が前記前方側面の保持プレート(78)に、前記後方側フューズ(75)が前記後方側面の保持プレート(78)に取り付けられ、
前記ダンパ(71)が、前記前方側及び後方側フューズの少なくとも1つが破断した時に半径方向荷重の少なくとも一部を前記ロータ(12)から前記軸受支持体(70)に伝達するようになる、
ロータデカップラシステム。 - 前記ダンパ(71)が、ワイヤメッシュ(51)を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ダンパ(71)が、少なくとも1つのロープダンパ(91)を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロープダンパが、複数のロープダンパ組立体(81)を含み、
各ロープダンパ組立体(81)が、少なくとも1つのダンパプレート(94)に固定された少なくとも1つのロープダンパ(91)を含む、
請求項3記載のシステム。 - 前記ロープダンパ組立体(81)が、前記ダンパプレート(94)及び軸受外側レース(72)間にギャップ(82)が存在するように該外側レース(72)の半径方向外側に設置される、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記前方側及び後方側フューズ(75)が、剪断要素である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 複数の前方側及び後方側フューズ(75)が、前記外側レース(72)の周りに円周方向に配置される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記支持構造体(38)及びファンフレーム(26)間に配置され、かつそれが支持した伸長荷重が既知の限界値を超えた時に破断することが可能な少なくとも1つのフューズ(98)を有するモーメント荷重軽減システム(90)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
