Description

The present invention relates to a wet wiper for monitoring such as a large-screen liquid crystal television or a plasma television, and a wiper package.

In recent years, large-screen liquid crystal televisions and plasma televisions with a screen size of 32 inches or more are rapidly spreading. However, these large-screen monitors are prone to stains such as dirt and dust, and wipers that are easy to wipe off are desired. Further, in the case of a liquid crystal television, since the monitor surface is made of a resin polarizing film, it is required to wipe off without scratching.
As wipers for wiping off various objects, those impregnated with a chemical are known (Patent Documents 1 to 3). For example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 describe a synthetic fiber wiper nonwoven fabric and a wiper obtained by impregnating a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric with a cleaner liquid containing a surfactant and an antistatic agent. Patent Document 3 describes a wiper in which a fiber assembly containing polyalkylene glycol is impregnated with a chemical solution having an alcohol concentration of 70% by mass or more.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 17-230474

However, since the nonwoven fabric of synthetic fiber is poor in hydrophilicity and has a small amount of water retention, there is a problem that when the nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a chemical solution containing a large amount of moisture, the chemical solution exudes excessively from the nonwoven fabric and the wiping residue tends to occur. . In addition, a wiper using a chemical solution with a high alcohol concentration is a flammable dangerous material in order to improve the wiping property of dirt, and therefore special care is required for management and handling.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a wet wiper for a large screen monitor and a wiper package that does not excessively exude the chemical contained in the fiber and has little chemical remaining (unwiped) on the screen.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the wet wiper for a large screen monitor of the present invention contains 70% by mass or more of cotton fibers or regenerated cellulose fibers that are hydrophilic fibers, and has a basis weight of 50 to 120 g / m 2 and a size of 200 mm × 250 mm. A wet wiper for a large screen monitor obtained by impregnating a sheet-like fiber assembly having a size of 350 mm × 400 mm or less with a chemical solution, the chemical solution comprising 5 to 35% by mass of an alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, a surfactant. 1% by weight or less and the remaining water, and the surfactant is (1) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether or sucrose fatty acid ester surfactant; (2) (polyethylene glycols, glycerin fatty acid esters) and / or Or (alkylamine salt, quaternary amine salt); (3) quaternary amine salt, phenoxyethanol, imidazoline Conductor, or iodo pro vinyls; consists of one or two or more, WET confidence index of 1.0 to 1.5. However, WET sensation index = {(mass impregnation of the chemical solution) / (mass of the sheet-like fiber aggregate)} × 100 / (mass% of the hydrophilic fiber in the sheet-like fiber aggregate)

Here, when the WET feeling index is 1.0 to 1.5, it is possible to define the minimum impregnation amount that does not contain excessive chemicals, and no dripping occurs, and the screen is about 2 to 3 times. Even if it wipes repeatedly, the chemical | medical solution amount of the grade which a chemical | medical solution remains in a sheet-like fiber assembly can be prescribed | regulated.
The amount of impregnation to the extent that the chemical remains in the sheet-like fiber assembly even when the screen is wiped repeatedly about 2 to 3 times without causing dripping of the chemical depends on the composition ratio of the hydrophilic fibers in the sheet-like fiber assembly. It depends. And the higher the composition ratio of the hydrophilic fibers, the higher the water retention amount of the chemical solution (hydrophilic chemical solution) even if it is a sheet-like fiber assembly with the same basis weight, and the liquid dripping when the same amount of chemical solution is included. It is hard to wake up. In addition, in the sheet-like fiber assembly made of hydrophobic fibers, since the water retention capacity is poor when the same amount of chemical solution is included, liquid sag is likely to occur. On the other hand, if the amount of impregnation of the chemical solution is reduced, it is 2-3 times. There may be insufficient chemicals to wipe off. For this reason, the WET feeling index is introduced in the present invention. Moreover, since the wet wiper for large screen monitors of the present invention is used by containing a (hydrophilic) chemical solution, the composition ratio of the hydrophilic fibers in the sheet-like fiber assembly needs to be 70% by mass or more. .

The wiper package of the present invention is formed by packaging 1 to 10 wet wipers for a large screen monitor. As described above, the wet wiper for a large screen monitor of the present invention has a WET index of 1.0 to 1.5, and the amount of impregnation of the chemical solution is the amount of impregnation of the normal wet tissue (relative to the sheet-like fiber aggregate) Therefore, it is most desirable to reduce the volatilization of the chemical solution as a sealed individual package for each wiper. In terms of cost, when packaging a large number of sheets, the package after opening is not completely airtight and chemicals may volatilize spontaneously. And

According to the present invention, a wet wiper for a large screen monitor is obtained in which the chemical liquid contained in the fibers does not exude excessively and the chemical liquid remains on the screen.

A wet wiper for a large screen monitor according to an embodiment of the present invention is obtained by impregnating a sheet-like fiber assembly described below with a chemical solution. Unless otherwise specified,% represents mass%.
The sheet-like fiber assembly can be in the form of a known nonwoven fabric or knitted fabric. As a fiber which comprises a fiber assembly, the thing containing 70 mass% or more of the cotton fiber or regenerated cellulose fiber which is a hydrophilic fiber is used. Cotton fibers and regenerated cellulosic fibers have high hydrophilicity, and fiber assemblies containing 70% by mass or more of these fibers also have high hydrophilicity and excellent water retention of chemicals. For this reason, when the fiber assembly is impregnated with a chemical solution containing a large amount of water in an appropriate range (the above-mentioned WET feeling index of 1.0 to 1.5), the chemical solution is less likely to exude from the fiber assembly. Therefore, wiping residue due to liquid dripping or liquid residue hardly occurs, and wiping unevenness due to insufficient chemical liquid does not occur. In particular, when wiping a large screen monitor of 32 inches or more, the present invention is effective because the screen remains unwiped or unevenly wiped.
The fiber aggregate only needs to contain 70% by mass or more of cotton fiber or regenerated cellulose fiber, and may be a mixed fiber of cotton fiber or regenerated cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber. Moreover, you may manufacture a fiber assembly using 100% of cotton fiber or regenerated cellulosic fiber.
Examples of regenerated cellulosic fibers include rayon and lyocell.

The basis weight of the fiber assembly is 50 to 120 g / m 2 and the dimensions are 200 mm × 250 mm or more and 350 mm × 400 mm or less. The reason why the size is 200 mm × 250 mm or more is that the sheet size is increased and the wiping area is increased once, and the number of wiping operations can be reduced when wiping a large screen monitor of 32 inches or more. In particular, the dimensions are preferably (250 to 300) mm × (300 to 350) mm. In the wet wiper for a large screen monitor of the present invention, the fiber assembly is usually one ply (one sheet).
Further, if the basis weight of the fiber assembly is less than 50 g / m 2 , the volume feeling and softness when the size of the fiber assembly is 200 mm × 250 mm or more are reduced, and a large screen monitor of 32 inches or more is wiped off. It becomes difficult to do. Furthermore, the water retention of the fiber assembly is also reduced. On the other hand, if the basis weight of the fiber assembly exceeds 120 g / m 2 , the fiber assembly becomes too bulky and, on the other hand, it is difficult to wipe off, and the product is bulky or causes an increase in product cost. Arise.

As a chemical | medical solution, the thing of the composition which consists of 5-35 mass% of C1-C3 alcohol, 1 mass% or less of surfactant, and remainder moisture is used. When an alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms is used, the boiling point of the whole mixture of the alcohol and water is lowered (by azeotropic action) and easily evaporated. (The boiling point of MeOH (methyl alcohol) is 65 ° C, the boiling point of EtOH (ethyl alcohol) is 78 ° C, the boiling point of PrOH (isopropyl alcohol) is 83-97 ° C). And the familiarity of the chemicals with the screen surface is improved.
The reason why the alcohol concentration in the chemical solution is 5 to 35% by mass is that if the alcohol concentration is less than 5% by mass, the cleaning effect is low. This is because handling becomes troublesome.

As surfactants in the chemical solution, 1) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether or sucrose fatty acid ester surfactants (both are nonionic surfactants); 2) nonionic surfactants (polyethylene glycols, glycerin fatty acids) Esters) and / or cationic surfactants (alkylamine salts, quaternary amine salts); 3) quaternary amine salts, phenoxyethanol, imidazoline derivatives, iodoprovinyls. Of these, 1) is a surfactant having a cleaning effect, 2) is a surfactant having an antistatic effect, and 3) is a surfactant having an antifungal effect.
One or two or more of these components 1) to 3) can be combined and used as a surfactant. When two or more of these components 1) to 3) are combined, the total amount of these components is regarded as the amount of the surfactant in the chemical solution.
When a preservative is added to the chemical solution, the total amount of the preservative and the surfactant is regarded as the amount of the surfactant in the chemical solution.

The reason why the concentration of the surfactant in the chemical solution is 1% by mass or less is that when the concentration exceeds 1% by mass, the surfactant remains on the screen after wiping, and the remaining wiping is noticeable. Further, the lower limit of the concentration of the surfactant in the chemical solution is not particularly limited, but is usually 0.2% by mass.

As described above, the fiber assembly is impregnated with the chemical solution in the range of the WET feeling index of 1.0 or more and 1.5 or less. If the WET feeling index is less than 1.0, the amount of impregnation of the chemical solution is too small, resulting in uneven wiping, and the screen cleaning effect is low. On the other hand, when the WET index exceeds 1.5, the chemical solution exudes excessively from the fiber assembly, and the wiping residue tends to occur. In particular, when wiping a large screen monitor of 32 inches or more, the remaining wiping is conspicuous.
When the WET index is 1.0 or more and 1.5 or less, the impregnation ratio {(mass of chemical) / (mass of sheet-like fiber assembly)} is 100 for a sheet-like fiber assembly having 100% by weight of hydrophilic fibers. In a sheet-like fiber assembly having 70% by mass of hydrophilic fibers, the impregnation rate is 70 to 105%.

The wiper package of the present invention is formed by packaging 1 to 10 wet wipers for large screen monitors. The wet wiper for large-screen monitors of the present invention has a WET index of 1.0 to 1.5 (semi-wet), and is a chemical solution that can be used up in two to three wiping operations without causing dripping or liquid residue. The amount of impregnation is minimal and the chemical tends to evaporate after opening the package. For this reason, the wet wipers are individually packaged one by one, or 10 or less wet wipers are packaged to form a package. If the number of wet wipers contained in one package is 10 or less, it can be used up before the chemical solution evaporates in about 1 to 2 months in normal use. In addition, since the wet wiper is originally a large sheet having a size of 200 mm × 250 mm or more, when 11 or more wet wipers are stacked to form a package, the package becomes too large and is difficult to handle and store. Normally, wet wipers are folded into C and folded into two or four, and then wrapped.
As a package used for the wiper package, a resin film or the like that prevents evaporation of the chemical solution can be used.

It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and extends to various modifications and equivalents included in the spirit and scope of the present invention.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated concretely, this invention is not limited to these examples of course.

Figure 0005542428

As is clear from Table 1, in each example, the screen was easy to wipe, the cleaning effect and the antistatic effect were excellent, and the remaining wiping was small.
On the other hand, in the case of Comparative Example 1 in which the sheet size is less than 200 mm × 250 mm, the wet wiper size is small, the WET feeling index is less than 1.0, the number of wiping times exceeds 15, and the chemical solution is insufficient. The ease and cleaning effect were inferior, and uneven wiping occurred. In the case of the comparative example 2, since the sheet | seat dimension was less than 200 mm x 250 mm, the frequency | count of wiping exceeded 15 times and it was inferior to the wiping ease.
In the case of Comparative Examples 3 and 4 using only synthetic fibers as the fibers of the fiber assembly, the sheet size was less than 200 mm × 250 mm. Moreover, the remaining wiping due to the liquid residue was conspicuous. This is thought to be because, in Comparative Examples 3 and 4, the fiber assembly is low in hydrophilicity and poor in water retention.
In the case of Comparative Example 5 in which the amount of the surfactant in the chemical solution exceeded 1% by mass, the wiping residue was conspicuous. This is because the surfactant remained on the screen after wiping and drying.
