Claims (8)
- ガスタービンエンジン用のシュラウド(122)であって、
間隔を置いた前端部及び後端部と間隔を置いた円周方向端部とを有する弓形本体と、
前記本体をエンジンの周囲ケースに取付けるための手段と、
前記本体の後端部から後向きに突出しかつエンジンを通るガス流路の一部分を形成するようになった内面(132)を有する弓形延長部材(130)と、
を含み、
前記延長部材(130)が、
前記本体の後端部から半径方向内向きに延びる第1の部分(130A)と、
前記第1の部分(130A)の半径方向内端部から軸方向後方かつ半径方向内向きに延びる第2の部分(130B)と、
前記第2の部分(130B)から軸方向後方かつ半径方向外向きに延びる第3の部分(130C)と、
前記第3の部分(130C)の後端部に配置された、半径方向外向き延長リップ(156)と
を含む
ことを特徴とするシュラウド。 - 前記本体の内面に取付けられたアブレイダブル材料をさらに含む、請求項1記載のシュラウド(122)。
- 前記延長部材(130)の隣接する部材間の漏洩を防止するためのシールをさらに含む、請求項1又は2記載のシュラウド(122)。
- 前記シールが、隣接する延長部材(130)に円周方向に重なるように該延長部材(130)上に配置されている、請求項3記載のシュラウド(122)。
- 前記本体が、該本体の前端部に配置された第1のフックと前記後端部に配置された第2のフックとを含み、前記第1及び第2のフックが、エンジンのそれぞれの相補形レールに係合するようになっている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のシュラウド(122)。
- タービン組立体であって、
タービンを通るガス流と相互作用する半径方向に延びるタービンブレードを含む少なくとも1つの段を支持する長手方向軸線の周りで回転可能なロータと、
前記タービンブレードを囲む第1のセクションと前記第1のセクションから半径方向内向きに延び且つ該第1のセクションの後方に配置されてタービンを通る流路の一部分を形成する第2のセクションとを有する環状の第1のケースと、
前記第1のケースとブレードとの間に配置されたタービンシュラウド(122)と、
を含み、前記タービンシュラウドが、
間隔を置いた前端部及び後端部と間隔を置いた円周方向端部とを有する弓形本体と、
前記本体の後端部から後向きに突出して該本体の後端部から前記第1のケースの第2のセクションまで延び、かつタービンを通るガス流路の一部分を形成するようになった内面(132)を有する弓形延長部材(130)と、を含み、
前記延長部材(130)が、
前記本体の後端部から半径方向内向きに延びる第1の部分(130A)と、
前記第1の部分(130A)の半径方向内端部から軸方向後方かつ半径方向内向きに延びる第2の部分(130B)と、
前記第2の部分(130B)から軸方向後方かつ半径方向外向きに延びる第3の部分(130C)と、
前記第3の部分(130C)の後端部に配置された、半径方向外向き延長リップ(156)と
を含むことにより、該延長部材(130)の内面(132)が前記タービンブレード(102)の半径方向外端部と前記第1のケースとの間に移行流路(F)を形成し、タービン破損が発生した場合の前記タービンシュラウドと前記第2のセクションとの間における破片の捕捉を低減する
ことを特徴とするタービン組立体。 - 前記本体の内面に取付けられたアブレイダブル材料をさらに含む、請求項6記載のタービン組立体。
- 前記延長部材(130)の隣接する部材間の漏洩を防止するためのシールをさらに含む、請求項6又は7記載のタービン組立体。
